• serena (9/5): - Appartamento molto ben organizzato con tutto l'essenziale per un soggiorno a Londra. La zona è tranquilla e vicino ci sono supermercati e le fermate dei mezzi pubblici. Millie è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema, ma Millie è stata subito disponibile ed è intervenuta immediatamente per risolverlo.

• Susanne (10/5): Vi fik tydelig vejledning fra Millie, og følte os meget trygge i området. - Rummelig og velindrettet lejlighed med de nødvendige fornødenheder. Vi var mor og datter, og for os var lejligheden helt perfekt. Lejligheden ligger i meget rolige omgivelser. Vi hørte stort set ikke naboer eller støj fra vejen. Nærmeste tube er 5 minutter væk, indkøb ligeså.

• Asun (10/5): - Lo que más me gustó de la casa es la limpieza, buena calefacción, agua con buenísima presión, bien equipada, tiene de todo. Recoger y entregar la llave, esta a12 minutos andando de la casa, si vas con maletas y llueve es un poco incómodo.

• Juile (8/5): A super comfy apartment in the burbs of London. - Beautiful, comfortable apartment. Great location, and nice amenities. Felt secure, understood expectations for our stay, and apt. had everything we needed. Using only one key to access the apartment (both in and out) for three guests wasn't ideal. If we wanted to go different directions for the day, it was really difficult to coordinate the key drop off and retrieval.

• Thomas (7/5): Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und bedanken uns für die freundliche Betreuung. - Die Lage war gut, die Wohngegend war zufriedenstellend und es war für die Verhältnisse in London sauber und ruhig. Wir waren mit der Ausstattung zufrieden und fanden es sehr freundlich und positiv, dass eine gewisse Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln bereits für die Gäste vorrätig war. (Cornflakes, Nudeln, Pesto, Zucker, etc.) Für mich persönlich war das Bett zu weich, aber das ist ein subjektives Empfinden.

• Andreas (9/5): Mrs.Millie is a great host and apartment is very clean - Location of the apartment is on the spot. Also very quiet here. The tube and the bus stations are few minutes away. The apartment is very clean and you have all the utilities you need for your stay. Millie is very responsible and answers all your questions very quick. To pick up the keys was very easy, 10 minutes of walk. Stores and coffee is few minutes of walk.

• Sonja (8/5): Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage - Eine schöne saubere Wohnung in sehr guter Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten in London. Die Schlüsselübergabe ganz in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station hat problemlos geklappt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung könnte ein paar kleine Renovierungen gebrauchen (z.B. Bad), für große Menschen (wir sind 1,80 m) ist die Dusche zu niedrig.

Quiet location and a quick walk to places such as Tower Bridge. It was really hot in London, and there was not a lot of ventilation. An air conditioning unit would have been wonderful.

• Natalia (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is comfortable and well-maintained. Kitchen well equipped, so you can cook yourself. Bathroom clean and also has towels. I had constant contact with the owner, who gave all the information I needed before arriving. She even recommended two pubs where we actually went and it was great. We had a return flight at 6 in the morning, so we had to leave at 3:00, but fortunately there was no problem, only we had to leave a small extra charge for the housekeeper to carry the keys to the return point. However, this did not cause any problem for us. We will definitely be back in the future.

• Michaela (7/5): Unconfortable beds, good locations - Good locations, around 10min to Jubilee line, which connects the main tourist attactions. Picking up and returning the keys at the checkout in the store was no problem. Large quantities of cooking utensils. Extremely uncomfortable beds. One had a hole crawled through. You could see by eye about a 5cm hole. If you lay down close to the edge, the mattress would bend and you would slide out of bed. The cupboards and dishes would deserve to be cleaned and washed better. If you are over 170cm tall you can hit your head at the chandelier in the main hallway.

Instructions for returning keys should be explained better. Had an early flight and the location to drop off keys was close although it said open 24 hours.

• P. (9/5): Great time in London and the flat didn't disappoint! - A small jaunt from the nearest tube station but not too bad. Close to the downtown areas so once you are at the station it's a quick ride to all the best sights in town. Nothing! All went as expected.
• David (7/5): It was a great home base for our first time in London. - Millie was very attentive and always answered any of my questions. She also gave a few great recommendations around the area. The flat was quite cosy in a quiet neighborhood. Overall a good experience. My only issue was the bed in main room had sank quite a bit.
• Wiesław (9/5): Superb - Good contact with the owner, Millie. A bit of combination when picking up the key (collected in the store from an employee - don't look for a locker in the store 😉). The apartment is fine. Nearby there are shops, a park, a pub and a good kebab for a quick meal on Spa Rd. The area is quiet. Good connection to the center by metro/buses. I recommend.
• Rimma (10/5): The apartment was great, very clean, spacious, comfortable beds, good kitchen and shower. - To collect keys is very easy if you arrive to the station (it is just a few minutes from the station to the shop that open from early morning till late. I do not remember exact time - I think from 7 am till 11 pm? However, you need to leave somebody with the luggage if you arrive straight to the flat by a taxi. It is not a long walk from the flat to the station, but just a little bit annoying. Maybe keys can be left with somebody in the building?

• Geoff (8/5): Bermondsey 2023 - The owner communicated with us regularly, the key access was easy, location was exceptional and the property had plenty of electrical sockets. The property was also located close to local amenities. The facilities in the apartment were excellent, the decor was fresh and inviting and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the white goods you could need. The lack of extra pillows was disappointing and the beds were a little on the soft side for us but that is a personal preference, the towels were rough and could possibly be replaced, a couple of extra towels would also not go amiss. The second bedroom was possibly a little too cosy for two adults.
• Yvette (5/5): Modest and Efficient Flat - The Host was responsive and quite helpful. The flat is in a very quiet pocket and we felt secure inside the small building. The kitchen was super tiny but very well-equipped. It is by far the best part of the flat. It has good lighting and bar seating for 2 with easy access to electrical outlets -- makes a good work station. Excellent water pressure throughout.. Key pick-up and drop off at the River Market is a little over half a mile walk in a rather dodgy location with lots of graffiti was very inconvenient as we travelled with luggage and children. The housekeeper rather than the guest should be responsible for throwing out the rubbish in the receptacle behind the building. There was no letter with instructions for appliances and electronics. The beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable. At first glance, the flat looks quite clean, but the refrigerator interior was not clean nor was the exterior which had streaks of film from improper cleaning. The base of the floor lamp was laden with dust as was some large object underneath one of the beds -- perhaps an air mattress. One area of the sofa seat cushions has lost all its spring and just sinks. The bathtub is quite high - more than chair height and quite slippery, which may be an issue for some guests. The flat was a 20-minute walk to the Tower of London and Tower bridge, but a 30-minute ride or 1 1/2 hour walk to most of the other central London sites that interested us.
