Irakli (3/5): I'd request the full refund and leave the property, if not locked in time! Highly unrecommended! - Location is good. Hosts were responsive, and the entry was no no-brainer. First of all, cleanness - first time in my life, I've purchased the sheets and towels, as the ones were not reliable at all. Washed, but worn out, with multiple spots. Another big problem - the bathroom was clogged, bought some chemicals and unclogged it, and then washed it out. Still, when water runs in a sink, it pops up from the bath. Nasty!
Gema (1/5): NO RECOMENDABLE - Lo único bueno del alojamiento fue la ubicación. Para empezar no explican bien que portal es, hay dos portales uno detrás del otro y perdimos un montón de rato solo en buscar cuál de los dos era. La puerta no se puede cerrar con llave, cuando esa puerta la tumban si quieren entrar. El apartamento estaba súper sucio, habían papeles en los cajones, botellas vacías de plástico en los armarios, condones debajo de las camas, polvo, la cocina estaba todo súper sucio, en fin, no podías dejar nada en ningún sitio por que realmente daba asco. Me parece un apartamento que no cumple con ningún requisito de sanidad. Por no hablar de las camas…. Cojines manchados, sábanas que huelen mal, a cada cual de las cuatro camas era peor, se te clavaban los muelles al tumbarte. Hay dos baños pero puedes considerarlos más medios que baños enteros, el baño de arriba tiene un retrete NADA MÁS, faltaba el espejo. El baño de abajo tiene un espejo en un lateral y una bañera la cual no traga el agua y se queda encharcada. No es nada cómodo ya que si quieres ir al baño de madrugada tienes que subir las escaleras que encima son súper empinadas y con mini escalones que no te cabe ni el pie al bajar, abajo están las habitaciones. El calentador iba fatal, enciendes la calefacción y se apaga solo. Tiene un mini balcón el cual está lleno de colillas. Suciedad por todas partes. Encima reclamo a booking y aún estoy esperando una respuesta. Pésimo. NO RECOMIENDO

Anita (8/5): Comfy, good location, good access arrangements - 15 minute walk to nearest tube station and good bus service within a 5 minute walk. Good area with local shops. small versions of well known chain supermarkets near the tube station. Property clean and tidy. The property has 5 beds but only 2 knives to eat with, but lots of dessert spoons and folks and we were a towel short. Toaster did not work. Trays to put food on to go in the oven would have been useful. There were only 4 dining chairs too.
Miyuki (3/5): Very disappointed - Not enough towels and hangers, no bin bags or no even a tea bag Bath tub was crogged, couldn't have a shower without having a pool. Need to clean the drain properly. There were lots of rubbish under the sofa in each room. There was no hot water on arrival. Luckily we found the manual by chance and managed to change the setting. Neighbors were very noisy after midnight. The lift was out of order. We were on the 5th floor with suitcases.... Entrance door knob was very hard to use. Need maintenance.
