Contamination punaises de lit - Emplacement Cuisine dans l’appartement Infestation de punaises de lit .ils le savent et ne font rien (autocollants pour mîtes présents au dos du lit depuis un moment ) Nombre très important - des grandes et des petites . Nous avons des enfants c’est inacceptable . Aucun remboursement . Obligation de quitter le logement en pleine nuit quand on a découvert le problème. Échange avec booking - refus du propriétaire de rembourser - geste commercial de booking de -82€ . sur 500€ de coût pour 3 nuits . Obligé de chercher un autre logement en pleine nuit avec 2 enfants . Plus : - l’adresse ne correspond pas à l’annonce - très bruyant -Le lit dans le salon est un convertible minuscule et dans un état pitoyable > à peine correcte pour nos filles . Impossible pour des enfants
• Camille (4/5): - La proximité avec les transports est agréable Globalement je ne recommande pas ce logement. Le rapport qualité/prix est mauvais. Pour un tel tarif, il est attendu un certain entretien du lieu. Bien que ce dernier soit "propre", de trop nombreux signes d'usure sont présent! La salle de bain serait a revoir! Le carrelage est fissuré, tout semble etre recollé grossièrement.. De plus, hormis des draps/des serviettes de toilette/tapis de bain, il n'existe aucun nécessaire de base pour votre séjour. Pas de torchon pour la vaiselle, sachant que le lave vaisselle semblait etre hors service, il nous a été impossible de le faire fonctionner. Dans la cuisine, l'électroménager fonctionne (micro onde, bouilloire) mais si vous comptez cuisiner, vous le trouverez aucun ingrédients de base. Pas de sel, pas d'huile. Pour finir, le bruit et le manque de rideau/volet! Les nuits n'ont pas été reposante le bruit du quartier donne l'impression de dormir fenêtre ouverte et le système de store ne permet pas d'avoir le noir pour dormir. Quand bien même vous reussisez a vous endormir, attention a ne pas vous retrouver sur le sol de la chambre... en effet, un des lits comporte un sommier qui ne tient pas sur le cadrant du lit donc si vous vous tourner, vous pouvez vous retrouver a moitié sur sol...

• Mari Carmen (8/5): Buena ubicación - Para cogerlo en el último momento, la ubicación estaba bien y estaban los apartamentos uno de otro cerca. Las puertas no se cerrabaan correctamente y los apartamentos estaban sucios
• Jenny (2/5): Katastrophe (keine Heizung im Winter) und an der Kreuzung einer Hauptstraße gelegen (Lärm) - Da es verschiedene Apartments sind (mittlerweile kann man dies auch durch die vielen verschiedenen Fotos von unterschiedlichen Apartments erahnen), ist das schwierig zu beurteilen. Unseres hatte: - eine gute Busanbindung - einen Geschirrspüler :) - war sauber, auch wenn die Fenster saudreckig waren Einfache Kommunikation per WhatsApp (außer wenn es zu ernsthaften Problemen kommt). - die ersten 2.5 Tage ohne Heizung bei 2°C Außentemperatur (war im Februar), hatten wir 13°C im Apartment🥶🤬 (auch Booking war hier überhaupt keine Hilfe!) - Apartments werden nicht auf die Gästeankunft vorbereitet (sonst hätte man auch merken können, dass die Heizung nicht läuft und dass zudem das zentrale Bedienelement für die Heizung leere Batterien hat) — aber wenn man die Bewertungen so liest, scheint das eine gängige Praxis zu sein, dass entweder die Heizung nicht läuft oder es kein Warmwasser gibt - hatte ein Apartment in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gebucht (Anbieter nennt es im Nachhinein „Referenz-Adresse“) und bezog eins im Kreuzungsbereich an einer Hauptstraße - Adressangabe ist nur eine Referenz-Adresse! - spärlich eingerichtet und teils in die Jahre gekommen - spartanische Küchenausstattung - zu wenig Klopapier (mussten wir nachkaufen) - kein Fön (mussten wir uns auch selbst vor Ort kaufen) - Abholstelle für Wohnungsschlüssel ist ca. 15min zu Fuß entfernt - haben den Schlüssel dennoch erst um 15Uhr bekommen (keine Minute früher!)

• Christian (1/5): - Nichts Wir wurden einfach ohne Vorwarnung in ein anderes Apartement in Camden umgebucht, es war eine Kellerwohnung, wir hatten dort keine Heizung im gesamten Apartement, keinen Strom im 1. Stock und kein warmes Wasser. Nach einem sehr kalten durchgefrorenen Nacht konnten wir endlich am nächsten Tag in ein anderes Apartement in Kentish Town umziehen. Da war die Heizung auch nicht an, es war auch dort sehr kalt und ungemütlich und auch sehr abgewohnt. Niemals würde ich dort wieder buchen!

• PATRICIA (1/5): A fuire - Rien Les photos sont mensongères. Un logement sale 15degres dans les chambres Il est annoncé 2 salles de bain, hors une seule est utilisable. La seconde a la fenêtre cassée, protégée par un carton, pas de rideau de douche, produits de toilette et de ménage inexistant. Honteux de louer un tel logement.

The photos looked to be from a range of properties, so we didn't know what kind of accommodation to expect until we arrived. The place was nice, just some information ahead would have been good.

• Katharina (4/5): - - Gute Lage - ausreichend von der Einrichtung und Größe SCHLECHTER SERVICE, DREI TAGE KEIN WARMES WASSER!!!! Nur sehr sporadisches kleinst Inventar: keine Spülbürste oder -tücher, keine Handseife, nur zwei Rollen Toilettenpapier bei drei Frauen und 5 Nächten Aufenthalt, das Waschbecken und die Spüle haben keinen Stöpsel, kein scharfes Messer, keine Schere, nichtmal etwas Salz. Nudeln kochen? Ohne Salz? Aber das aller schlimmste: schlechter Service am Wochenende wenn was nicht passt. Am Samstag morgen hatten wir plötzlich kein warmes Wasser mehr, die Unterkunft gab den Tipp die Therme zu reseten, hat nicht geholfen, danach kam nichts mehr. Wir hatten von Samstag morgen bis zur Abreise am Montag kein warmes Wasser, konnten somit drei Tage nicht duschen. Ich versuchte mehrfach Kontakt aufzunehmen, ohne Rückmeldung.
• Henry (1/5): Avoid staying here at all costs. - Location Very disappointing. There was building works outside the premises and when we walked in we noticed the apartment wasn’t anything like our booking. When questioned with the apartment booking they stated xxxxx. The ceiling was leaking from the bathroom into the kitchen without resolution (see photos). I wouldn’t recommend staying here again. Absolutely unacceptable. From the moment we arrived, the experience was a disaster. Ongoing construction outside the property made it feel more like a building site than a place to stay. The apartment looked nothing like what we booked — a complete misrepresentation. When we raised this, the response from the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. Worst of all, there was a serious leak from the bathroom ceiling into the kitchen (see attached photos), which was never resolved during our stay. This place is not just disappointing — it’s negligent. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.
• andrea (8/5): Comfortable - It was close to the town lots around . To be honest it didn’t feel very clean. Quite dirty in places. We found bugs in our beds. Only had 2 toilet rolls for 8 people.

• Zitouni (5/5): A fuir absolument !!!! - L’appartement est situé sur Camden Road, à proximité de toutes les commodités. La gare de Camden Road et la station de métro Camden Town se trouvent à seulement 7 minutes à pied. Un supermarché Argos est accessible en 5 minutes à pied, avec des prix défiant toute concurrence. En bref, un quartier populaire qui permet de rester proche du centre de Londres sans avoir à supporter les coûts exorbitants pratiqués en plein centre. Publicité mensongère et service déplorable L’appartement reçu (n°3, 1ᵉʳ étage) ne correspond en rien aux photos de l’annonce. En France, ce type de pratique est pénalement répréhensible : les photos sont fausses et aucune mention « photo non contractuelle » n’est indiquée. Logement dans un état pitoyable (photos à l’appui) : pas de protège-matelas, une couette simple pour un lit double, équipements vétustes et sales (machine à café inutilisable). Prix payé : 270 € la nuit. Service client inexistant et désagréable : nous sommes une famille avec 4 enfants, arrivée à Londres à 11h, mais avons dû attendre 15h pour récupérer les clés dans une boutique à 15 minutes à pied, sans aucune flexibilité. Par contre, pour le départ, on frappe à la porte à 10h pile, menace de frais supplémentaires, et messages pour nous chronométrer lors du retour des clés. En résumé : première journée payée mais perdue, logement sale et inconfortable, accueil inhumain. À fuir absolument. Nous avons à l’habitude d’aller à Londres plusieurs fois par ans c’est la 1er fois que nous sommes écœurée à ce point de notre expérience logement.

• Gilles (6/5): Good place to sleep with family after busy day exploring london - Central london, close to pancras int @ camden market Fridge, Ketel and washing mashing available, Not clean, not like pictures, had to switch appartements in middle of stay due to fire security checks required
• Fadhilah (8/5): Great access to tourists attractions and a comfortable place. - The location is situated near Camden market and within 30 minutes to most attractions. As it was an apartment, it would be great if they provide basic necessities like trash bags so that we can dispose trash easily. The only things they provided were small bars of soap and the usual beddings and towels. Since there is a washing machine, will be great to also include some softeners or washing powder. We had to buy those things ourselves and left them for the next guests.

O - Was close to Camden Market The entrance to the property is not the tidiest. The sofa bed has seen better days 😔 would have been nice to have a place to sit and unwind after a long day sightseeing. There’s a £300 refundable deposit 😳 they do t mention this till after you’ve confirmed your booking
• Patrik (3/5): Many problems, doesn’t match the listing, poor attitude from the host - One apartment had a great location near Camden Market and busy street (the other one, 15 minutes away, was in a boring residential area with nothing around - not even a grocery store) As a family, we booked two apartments – one with one bedroom and one with three bedrooms. The day before our arrival, we received the instructions and were very unpleasantly surprised to find out that our apartments were a 15-minute walk apart! We immediately contacted the host, but he said there was nothing he could do. If such a situation can occur, the host definitely shouldn’t offer it as a single listing on Booking! When we picked up the keys and wanted to leave our belongings in the apartment, one of the three doors was locked, and we hadn’t been given a key for it. The staff didn’t respond to messages or answer the phone for about 10 minutes, and since we were in a hurry for a scheduled sightseeing tour in the city center, we had to take our heavy bags with us. Only after we returned was the apartment made fully accessible. Additionally, one apartment had a broken refrigerator, and the other had a shower issue, which led to water leaking into the apartment below. When I messaged the host about these problems, he made no effort to even reply. Very poor attitude – and to top it all off, after our stay, he messaged me asking for a rating of at least 8/10 on Booking. Absolutely not! And finally, the apartments did not match the photos at all.

Very strict rules about return of the keys with threats of fines if not done properly. Too strict and we had to walk 15 minutes to drop the keys off which was inconvenient given our baggage. Surely a lock box would be better? However, we enjoyed our overnight stay and would return there.

Customer service very poor
• Mathew (8/5): Very good - Great location. Ease of access. Clean. Functional. Staff were accommodating and contactable. (Note that there is an out of hours call out fee for emergencies. We didn't use this but also found staff responsive on the following business day.) We arranged when booking, but staff were very accommodating of our arrival time. Some of our group were elderly and the stairs can be an issue.
• Lucie (7/5): Nice stay in Camden - Perfect place for a stay in Camden. The location is great. We knew it wouldn't be high luxury considering the low price, which was okay for us as the purpose of the stay was to enjoy the town and be outside a lot, not to stay into the flat. There are a few things that could be improved: insulation, bathroom comfort... but totally ok as with that kind of price we could not wait for more.

• Drewnowski (1/5): The worst apartment I have ever been in - The stay had no advantages, I would never want to return to this place, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Our stay at this hotel was a complete disaster – the apartment we got was totally different from the one in the pictures, and it looked like it hadn’t been renovated in many years. The conditions were awful: the windows were broken, it was very cold inside at 17°C, there was mold on the walls, and the damp air smelled terrible, which made the place unhealthy. The apartment was dirty, with rusty taps, dirty bed sheets, and sticky, dirty utensils that were disgusting. There was no dishwasher as promised, and the WiFi never worked, even after a technician tried to fix it. The staff didn’t answer any of our complaints, and I had to walk 2 km to pick up the keys, which was very frustrating. The apartment was not quiet, we could hear everything from outside and the neighbors, and there wasn’t even basic stuff like toilet paper. As soon as we arrived, we started looking for another place to stay – this was the worst experience we have ever had.
• Natasha (6/5): Pleasant - We met Brian at the office down the road from the apartment. It was easy to communicate our delay due to a train cancellation. He was very accommodating and was helpful. The apartment was great, but we felt that the kitchen cupboards could do with updating as they were very badly marked and had a lot of use over time. The bath/shower could do with a rail to help you step in and out as it is very high.

• Alexandra (3/5): Great location and friendly check-in, but the place was dirty and didn’t match the photos. - One highlight of our stay was definitely the check-in experience. The team was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right from the start. Their warm hospitality set a positive tone for our entire stay. And I have to say that the location of our accommodation was absolutely fantastic. It was just a stone's throw away from the Camden Town Underground station, which made it incredibly easy to get around the city. However, I was disappointed with the accommodation itself. The apartment we received did not match the pictures shown in the listing. It was rather dirty and dark, with only one window facing the inner courtyard and a skylight with a blind that couldn't be opened. Additionally, only one toilet roll was provided for two people over four nights. The actual space felt quite different from what was advertised, which was a letdown.
• Sokel (3/5): The location was good but overall the place was unsatisfactory. - The location was good. We did not order breakfast. The house overall is rather grotty and shabby. One of the beds had a spring poking through. The television was not working and took 2 days to get repaired. The tap in the kitchen was faulty - the cold water spurted out at speed and it was difficult to turn the taps off. There were broken tiles on the kitchen floor. The house smelt musty when you first enter. There were barely enough towels and we asked for more but got no response. There was a big hole in one of the bathroom sinks where the plug should be. All in all it was not a pleasant environment.
• Pauline (8/5): Over all great stay! - In a great location, pretty central to the city with good transport links. Property was clean and spacious. Lovely bathroom and great shower. Could do with a little updating, decor outdated. Kettle leaked and iron plug was broken so couldn’t use it. In a lovely area but very noisy. Pets at home next door which has frequent deliveries before 7am.

• Armel-ewan (10/5): Perfect and awesome stay - The emplacement (less than two mins away from Camden Town’s station), the friendliness of the staff, it was comfy and so clean, by far one of the best places I've been. I can only recommend anyone looking for stays around Camden to refer to them for a good stay near one of the busiest and nicest neighborhoods of London. Amazing work guys ! On booking it was mentioned that there would be a washing machine, unfortunately we didn’t have one, we had a dishwasher instead. But that wasn’t a huge problem since a lavomatic was open 8 mins away by walk from the place.

• Nikolaos (1/5): Bad - Everything except the apartment which we booked using the booking.com website. 1. The apartment it was not the one which we booked. The responsible local office informed us that the address of the apartment which we booked using booking.com, was not existed, as it was used only as reference address. When we made our compliants to the local office, they told us to adress to your website. Unexeptable.... 2. The apartment was above a grill restaurant and we couldn't open the window because of the smoke. 3. When the residences of the above apartment were using the washing machine or even when they were just walking, the noise was unbelievable. 5. The location was the worst, just next to a very busy street. 6. In general the apartment which was advertising in the booking web site, and which we booked was not existed. Unfortunately we are not going to use again the booking.com website for our journeys....

• Joseph (5/5): Was very good for what we needed, property is dated and is in need of a refurbishment. - How the room wasn’t ready for 3 pm even tho we had to be somewhere ASAP. Lucky we were not to bothered about a through clean of the apartment, the cleaner let’s us put stuff in the apartment so we could leave ASAP to get to our event. Cleaner was very helpful and the reception team was very helpful.
• Julie (3/5): Would not recommend - Not much! This property was very poorly advertised. The photos made it look bright and airy and it lacked any of these features. It was the third floor without lift access. It wasn’t at all clean, two rolls of toilet paper, blocked shower drain we had to plunge. The carpets were in a terrible state. Only one extra rubbish bag left. There was on small soap - not even a much as a sachet of coffee or sugar. £50 cash to check in after 8pm. Just a joke. This was absolute falsely advertised. We paid an astronomical amount of money.

• Emily (5/5): Passable - I liked the property itself. It was clean and had enough space for the amount of people I was traveling with. The property was in central Camden which was what was advertised, I'm just not sure if I would stay in Camden again because of the town itself. The host made us pay a 50 pound fine for checking in after 8pm which I think is just super unreasonable. We ended up giving them the money, but then the girl who gave us the keys gave us the wrong set. We had to walk 15 min to our flat and then tried to get in for over an hour and eventually had to have the police "break" us in. The girl we spoke to wasn't willing to come to us to give us the right set of keys unless we paid a fine and it was extremely hard to work with her on this situation especially because she didn't really speak english. She only ended up coming after we said that the police was on their way. We did request for the 50 pound fee to be returned and it was - but we wanted more compensation for the disaster of that first night along with the fact that we had no hot water after the first night and maintenance was refused.

• Riya (4/5): pathetic - only the location was good. however the location given on booking.com was wrong (25 mins away from the actual location and thus we had to book uber twice because we had so much luggage) the heaters weren’t working on the first day. plus there was no hot water. we complained however till the last day, one of the room’s heater was not working and thus we had to sleep in cold. i tried complaining but the staff was quite rude about it and always shunned me by saying that maintenance would fix it. but no one actually fixed it till check out.

• Heather (7/5): Good option for family group on a budget. Location was good. - Location and size. Rooms on split levels. Shower room was dated and cramped.
• Vinay (5/5): Fair but electrical equipment in property needs review - Difficult to park taxi and collect keys , had to locate for office and didnt find parking space near to office as mentioned gas boiler not working as water leakage caused short circuit and had to call electrician by contacting london apartment , delayed family schedule to visit as they came for sight seeing, although the electrician was arranged, didn't expect to happen very first day

• Nigel (5/5): not the best, pictures definitely don’t reflect what you get! wouldn’t use again - It had the basic and the space wasn’t too bad for a base place to stay Entrance not clean, apartment very basic and a good 15 minute walk from tube, only one key so when we did separate stuff we had to meet up to come back! lots of noise outside on an evening seems to be a place groups like to meet up!
• Wendy (5/5): Passable - Location was good for our purposes. This is run by a property management group. The pictures on the booking in now way look like what you get. You get the same number of beds and baths, but nothing else is even remotely the same. Small chopped up rooms, no good gathering space, maintenance workers were there during our stay.
• Marta (6/5): Pleasant - Location Price Size All necessary fernitures and actually all the necessities The apartment is very used and dirty with dirt that cannot be cleaned (old) One bathroom for 7 people Very few cups, mugs, etc One room with windows that cannot be opened (no fresh air)
• Nurul (3/5): disappointed my kids and grandkids were separated from us and a disappointment experience - i mentioned earlier to put my group in 2 apartments next to each other as we are a family of my kids and grandchildren. but instead they put us far from one another with a bus ride with 6 stops!! how is this possible? and how were we supposed to get that family time?? It’s walk up and they put us on the 2nd floor! And one of the apartments is also haunted!

• Aeshah (4/5): Disappointing - Nothing not clean. Doesn’t have washing machine not the same as in the photo I got old with broken cupboard and washing machine and dirty apartment
• Threeleavelove (6/5): Pleasant - Had to send email to the office to sort out the TV issue, there were broken glasses and mugs outside the bedroom windows (from previous tenant).
• Meagan (5/5): we were a bit squashed for a family of 6 - great location and near the northern line and Camden markets no hot water or heating for two days and currently no reimbursement . Bit light on the plates ( only 3 for a family of 6) no plug and no spare garbage bag.
