• Jodi (7/5): Good location and spacious apartment but smelly. Pillows were the worst! - The apartment was spacious with plenty of seating, a full kitchen and a washing machine. Good location across from Green Park and not far to the tube station. It had lift access. The pillows were terrible - made it very hard to sleep. When we arrived there wasn’t even any toilet paper in the bathrooms - luckily we could run to Tesco before it closed and grab some. A few teabags were provided but upon opening they seemed to be years old, they were discoloured and looked awful. There was a reed diffuser in the entry that was very overpowering with an extremely unpleasant smell (maybe to mask cigarette smell?). We were advised a refund would be offered for our last night as we added extra nights at the start, but then this changed to a refund only being available if the room could be rented to someone else. But they didn’t update the dates so the room appeared unavailable and couldn’t possibly be rented to someone else.

• Nadine (1/5): Still trying to recover our money as we did not stay due to the property condition Sent photos to - Nothing. Did not stay due to terrible condition of property. Still trying to get our money back The whole place. Unlocksble doors scum in all bathrooms cracks throughout property
• suhaib (1/5): Very very bad, not recommended - Nothing and the owner is rude the owner has put the deposit on hold and then deducted the whole amount from me and said that my kid has damaged the sofa while this is not true.
• Nojoud (6/5): بصراحة الجيد في الشقة المكان والمساحة بس التوقعات كانت اكثرمن ناحية توفيرخدمة التنظيف على الأقل حتى لو بمبلغ إضافي وكمان - Location Space Bad reception as I did not meet anyone and they kept the keys under the rug because my flight was delayed but during it was very timely to respond to my messages and they asked us to checkout at 11 which is too early without any flexibility Old building Old furniture No air conditions only fans No cleaning service and no shattaf in the. Bathrooms Old towels
• Gavin (7/5): Overall adequate, but below expectations - Excellent location close to tube stop and Green Park. Beds were very comfortable and the apartment was spacious. TV was very large. Located in the midst of a construction project. It felt very worn. Initially only one working fan during a heat wave (another fan was later delivered).

There is major construction going on nearby so take heed - The location was excellent, just across the park from Buckingham Palace, close to SoHo, Fortnum & Mason close to the Green Park tube stop. I used the king size bed which was comfortable but the other two people thought the single beds were uncomfortable, too soft.
• Virginia (10/5): Perfect location with lovely host and comfortable spacious flat! Highly recommend. - The location was spectacular and the flat is well appointed, very comfortable and the host was extremely helpful and informative about the area. Very conscientious nice touches like fresh flowers, chocolates and cozy bedding. Great area with restaurants and pubs around the corner and easy Tube access. We had a lovely stay and most definitely recommend. Would stay again! There is construction ongoing in an adjacent building so there was noise associated with that, but as we were out during the majority of the day, this was minimally bothersome to us, just something to be aware of.

• Hart (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very spacious and in a great location. The host was very kind and shared information about the property and nearby restaurants and shops that was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
• Bharath (10/5): Great experience will definitley recommend it - The property is in Prime location of Central London, which helps to travel all Prominent places in London without any hassle which is brilliant for people like me who are visiting London for the first time and mind The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, along with plenty of cookware and utensils. The living area was cozy and featured a large, comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The apartment was spotless with fresh linen and 2bathrooms are impeccably clean. Overall, I highly recommend it Nothing

• Brian (8/5): The location is fantastic. - The location was great. The apartment was very cute. Some construction around us, but otherwise a lovely stay. Some confusion upon arrival and was given an apartment across the hallway which was different from the photos we used to make the decision. After discussion, we were moved across the hall to the appropriate apartment, but it seemed odd.
