- Florencia (9/5): Muy bien - Muy cómodo para dos personas, instalaciones funcionales, cerca de medios de transporte y supermercados
- AdrianAdi1988 (1/5): horrific - nothing from the check in , deposit not mentioned on booking.com; however asked for 500 pounds deposit for a 2 nights stay
- Lilja (5/5): L'appartamento sarebbe perfetto con piccole correzioni e riparazioni. - La metro era vicinissima. Tanti negozi e ristoranti.
- Dragos (5/5): - Close to subway Noisy and not so clean
- Ilinca (3/5): Too expensive for what we got - It was close to the metro station, had some shops close by The photos are really old and the property has degraded since them. The staircase smelled terribly, nobody mentioned that it was on the third floor but ig that was our fault for not asking. In any case, the appartament is not as appealing as it looks in photos. The floor is broken, the cabinets are broken, the couch extended in such an angle that sleeping in it was a bit uncomfortable and we woke up sore every morning. The internet connection is really bad. I regret not paying a bit more for a better flat or at least asking more questions so my hopes were not as high.
- Amrishlal (2/5): Deceitful security deposit conduct of the owners, mars the whole stay at this property. - The kitchen. The entrance stairway was dirty everyday, dark with motion sensor activation that did not always work. I almost fell from the steep steps due to the light being off. There was no lift available and difficult to carry suitcases up three narrow flights of stairs. The internet was intermittent, slow and the last day did not work and I was forced to use McDonalds internet down the road. The shower had low water pressure and did not adjust to ambient temperature, being too hot or cold. The worst thing was that after the booking, I got an email for 500 pound fully refundable security deposit or 36 pounds non-refundable deposit. This is not stated in the properties policy. It states that one may be charged 430 pounds if there is damage to the property after check out. The lack of security deposit information. and transparency, upfront before booking is deliberate and a pyramid scheme. The owner must very well know that most guests will not outlay 500 pounds in addition to the booking fee and be forced to pay the 36 pounds non-refundable fee. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and apartments, around the world and have never heard of an upfront non-refundable deposit for damages. I would never recommend this place to anyone, due to the dishonesty of the property owner.

- Amina (10/5): Exceptional - Super impressed. Everything was spotless and beautifully organised!
- Isobel (9/5): Amazing - Amazing project B Ed and the room
- Srinivasan (8/5): Very good - Close to the tube, grocery stores, and a high street Single glazed windows get a bit of road noise
- Philip (7/5): Friendly owner and very spacious well equipped apartment. Let down by lots of noise from busy road junction and £500 dam - Lots of space and really well furnished and equipped
Handy location for train stations Single glazing facing onto the main road means it’s really noisy.
Didn’t realise I’d have to pay a £500 damage deposit and then spend 15 mins looking for anything I was likely to be billed for and sending photos off las evidence now waiting for 7 days to get money back. . Alternatively had to pay £36 as indemnity insurance that was non-refundable
- Mare (9/5): Great stay in London - Good location, near tub and overground, bus only 25 min from centre London, shops and services all near. Nice and warm living place. We didnt chech, that appartment was at second floor. In our age it was difficult to get up there. End of month Wi-Fi was very slow, but starting of new month it was good.
- Ryan (9/5): Superb -
- Magdalena (4/5): The area is not safe. - We had a reservation for three people and the bedding was only prepared for one. Despite requests every day to deliver two additional duvets, we did not manage to get them by the end of our stay. The area is very noisy at night, with cars driving under the windows, making it difficult to sleep. Very poor internet in the apartment, only on the last day after several interventions by the owner the internet improved a bit.
- Ms (9/5): Superb -
- Shirley (8/5): Very good -
- Ruth (8/5): Very good -
- Malfe (9/5): Very cute and well connected mini apartment - Location was ideal, and the place was super cute! The shower was a little weak and the living room heater wasn’t working unfortunately, but honestly we had a lovely stay regardless
- Ben (7/5): Good -
- Roy (1/5): VICTIMIZED - Location From the beginning it was a nightmare. The advertisement doesn't say that it is 3 steep flights up with no lift/elevator in the building until you can't change/cancel, when they send the directions the day before you get there. When I learned this I tried to get out of it because I have a chronically ill adult child traveling with us. It wouldn't be easy. They wouldn't let us cancel. Okay we'll take it slow. She made it up the stairs, dizzy (pots and icp, basically tachycardia and stroke possibilities). There was no way we could do that every day to explore. Opening the door to the building there is cigarette smoke. This is supposed to be a smoke free building/property. Get to the 3rd floor apartment and the smoke is the worst. We opened the windows hoping that would help. It did not. I was in immediate contact, still wouldn't let us out of the contract. Guess what smoke does to Tachycardia and ICP. I thought we were going to end up in the hospital with our daughter. I have all the communication. I also asked for mattress cover/protectors. Was promised them didn't get them. Actually, when I sent pictures the person said I've never had complaints about the mattresses before. (they didn't respond that way about the smoke problem, which tells me it's a long term issue with the smoke). Also, the advert says no children allowed but there was a highchair and playpen being stored there taking up space that we could have used in the tiny apartment for 3 people. We left as soon as we found another place to stay. My daughter could have had serious damages and was still coughing for 2 days after, they could have been liable for lying about being a smoke free environment and not telling about 3 extremely steep, narrow flights of stairs. I asked for the manager or whoever was communicating to come and verify everything, only lip service promising housekeeping would come. They didn't.
