It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area as well as travel to central London. What truly stood out was the hosts—they were exceptional communicators and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their responsiveness and attention to detail made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. The apartment was fully equipped, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place with fantastic hosts!

• Manal (7/5): Great Place for Long Stays - The apartment is very well organized and located in a safe and secure area. It is conveniently close to various shops and restaurants, making it particularly suitable for individuals seeking halal dining options and access to Muslim-friendly neighborhoods. It is an excellent choice for long-term stays, especially for those who do not plan to go out for sightseeing frequently. The owner was exceptionally helpful and supportive throughout our stay, responding promptly to all inquiries. They also kindly accommodated a late checkout for us due to our evening flight. The location is a bit far from the main city attractions, and reaching them often requires taking two to three buses or trains, or alternatively using Uber, which can be costly. However, the bus stop is only a few minutes’ walk from the property, and most routes conveniently connect to the station. Another point I found challenging was the heating system. Although we followed the provided instructions to adjust it, the system would automatically lower the temperature on its own.

• Chatterton (10/5): - Wow, home from a fantastic stay! The apartment was fantastic. Even from the initial booking the hosts were brilliant at communicating and answering any questions I had. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, even the smaller things like tea, coffee, salt and pepper, even a laundry room if needed. We opted for 4 single beds however these can be changed to suit your requirements. The apartment block itself was very quiet, no road noise. Lovely and warm didn't need to put the heating on. On arrival i was unsure about parking but after a few texts the hosts helped me sort that out. We managed to get a spot for free however there was plenty of spaces on the road however they are chargeable. Self check in and out was a very easy process. Very easy to get to the tube ( Elizabeth Line) just a few streets away and everything was easily accessible, the apartment is just round the corner from sainsbury's and Lidl, just a couple of minutes walk. I would 100% recommend and will hopefully return in the future.

• 佐々木 (10/5): - 広くて綺麗なお部屋でとても快適でした。 掃除は行き届いていてとても綺麗です。 大きな通りから1本中にあり静かな環境です。 良質なタオルやアメニティなど必要なものはすべて揃っていました。大きな物干しがあったのが便利でした。 宿から10分くらい歩くとエリザベスラインの駅がありヒースロー空港やロンドン中心部にすぐに行けます。近くにはスーパーも数件あり便利な場所です。 オーナーのWayne & Martinaはとても親切です。 30年振りのロンドン観光でしたがこの宿にしてよかったです。 また来る機会があれば是非利用したいです。

Nei dintorni diversi supermercati ed esercizi commerciali dove poter mangiare. Raggiungibile facilmente a piedi la stazione di west ealing dove passa la Elizabeth line. Fermate dell'autobus a due passi per poter andare ad ealing Broadway o in altre zone di Ealing. Dal rubinetto del lavandino del bagno esce poca acqua. Piccolo problema che non influisce sull'ottima.impressione di questa struttura.

• Michelle (10/5): Book this accommodation with confidence. - Contact with manager was very good, they ask to hold a security deposit and guests should be okay with this, as they want to protect the quality of this top tier property. Lock box entry worked well. It’s all one level and safe for kids, all facilities are absolutely spotless and well maintained from the quality bed linen to the complimentary toiletries and lovely towels. Everything worked v well. The flat faces onto a shared garden square which had a wonderful family feel with kids playing, although not rowdy. I was a woman travelling alone and felt v safe. Manager came to swap out a broken bin and followed up my exit with helpful texts. Pictures are v accurate. I would happily book again. Nil

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The host was excellent — very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, and even arranged for the apartment to be cleaned midway, which was a nice touch. The location is central and convenient, with easy access to many parts of London. It’s especially close to the Elizabeth Line, which made getting around the city simple and fast. It only took about 20 minutes to reach Heathrow Airport, which was very convenient.

The hosts were very attentive and instructions for checking in etc were very clear. Very close to West Ealing train station which is serviced by the Elizabeth line for quick trips to Heathrow and Central London .

The lampost lights in the main courtyard that are on during the night are a little off putting so property could benefit with black out blinds

The property was in a good location for walking around and exploring and easily accessible for transit. The owners spoke to me in the middle of the night when I arrived because I wasn't sure how to get in. They gave very detailed instructions and made sure we were okay. The apartment is very clean and well appointed. The second bedroom with the two twin beds was VERY small and the beds were pretty small.

Check in was very easy and the apartment as well as being very clean, well decor - The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s very close to a variety of shops, cafes and bars and within a 10 minute walk to West Ealing train station. It’s very peaceful at night and has a lovely terrace to sit at.

• Alan (10/5): Better than I could have hoped for - This was a unique trip. I have Motor Neurone Disease and was visiting London to fulfil a lifelong ambition and complete the London Marathon. As a result of my illness I need to have a hospital bed to rest and sleep in. I hire the bed and then discuss (usually with a hotel) having the bed delivered and set up before my arrival. This of course requires the removal of the bed which is normally in the room which is a process that hotels are used to and prepared for. This was the first time I had made this sort of trip to a privately owned apartment and the owner could not have been more accommodating or helpful. He went above and beyond to make mine and my teams (we rented both apartments) stay exactly as we needed it, allowing us to concentrate on our preparation and recovery from the race. We successfully crossed the finish line and it was a trip of a lifetime! Nothing

Bus station and train station are nearby, so the City Center is good to reach. All fine, thanks The neighbourhood is not the most cleanest one in London. But as we did not spend a lot of time there, all good.

The hosts provided a fold-a-bed so that my children did not need to share the fold out couch and this was so thoughtful. Our stay was lovely and very comfortable. The apartment is a very quick walk (2 mins) from the main high street of West Ealing and Sainsbury’s. Public transport is very close and the bus is quick to get into Ealing Broadway. The hosts were so accomodating and personable in their contact with us prior to our stay. We enjoyed our stay. Nothing, everyone was to our liking.

• Rhinoab (9/5): Quiet and close to the Elizabeth line - Esquire Apartment is a ground floor flat in West Ealing. It's 8 minutes from the Elizabeth line which takes only 20 minutes to get you to Bond street. We chose it due to being close to the Elizabeth line which is London's newest underground and thankfully is air-conditioned on a hot summers day. The surrounding area has everything you need, from Costa coffee, Sainsbury's and a range of restaurants. The area felt safe even when coming home late from a west end show, and the apartment was nice and quiet for a good nights sleep to get over jet lag. The apartment is very clean, with comfortable beds and well set up kitchen.

When check out, just leave the key back to the lock box and ready to go! A little bit far from train station, but still have bus available near by.

• Vojtech (10/5): Perfect place for both shorter and longer stays in London. - Wayne is an awesome host, ready to solve even the smallest things in no time! The flat is beautiful, comfortable, having literally everything you might need during the stay in London. Getting to the place is superb easy and having the key stored outside, you can be sure everyone gets inside even when parted during the day (if you give them the code :-D). With the new Elizabeth line just behind (few) corner(s) the place is unexpectedly close to the city centre. In the front bedroom time to time you can hear some noise from the street, but as the road is quite quiet at night, we didn't really mind.

• Mirjana (9/5): A comfortable friendly apartment with great connection to the tube. - We stayed 5 nights as a 4 persons group. Had a good experience as the owners were easy to communicate with regarding the check-in and check-out procedure. They also checked in on us once to make sure everything is fine, which I considered a good host behavior. There wasn't any unnecessary pinging or anything similar I would sometimes find annoying so it's 10/10 in that category. Bedrooms were comfortable, albeit with small beds, but chalk that one to the fact that we were a group of guys all taller than 6'2. A large closet was present. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans and glasses. Tea and coffee were stocked along with sugar. The dishwashing machine was available with plenty of dishwashing tablets. Microwave and a kettle are present. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The bathtub has a comfortable showering section so you can shower standing up or if you prefer take a normal bath. Soap, body wash, shampoo and hand lotion were provided. Towels were provided in a good amount for each of the 4 guests separately. The proximity of the West Ealing station is a huge bonus as you can quite easily arrive from Heathrow and leave for central London via the Elizabeth line. There are 2 large groceries stores close by as well as some smaller local shops. There are plenty local pubs around a short walk away from the place. Neighborhood seems nice and quiet and security vise we didn't have any issues or found the surroundings intimidating in any way. Wi-Fi connection was spotty at best, but we didn't find that problematic too much as we had large data plans on our phones.
• Lai (10/5): Definitely gonna stay here again if we return to London! - The place is superb with a good location that is close to the West Ealing Station with a huge Waitrose next to the station and a high street nearby the apartment. The place literally is what me and my family looked for when booking for an apartment instead of a hotel. Everything is so perfectly prepared, which allows us to spend less on supplies and other daily essentials. In the event that my family and I return to London, we will without a doubt stay here again.
