• Jonathan (8/5): - The location was convenient and the facility provided what the group needed at a price they could afford. Door lock technique was unfamiliar and caused us to delay our itinerary by a day to communicate with the property manager. The toilet seat was loose and slipped to the side when seated. The shower head didn't function well.

• Fidel (5/5): Due to amount paid I expected to stay in a clean property and have a good rest. Mattresses need to be replaced and new t - Perfect heating Poor cleaning- poor bedding - old towels and covers - doors colour preference would be wife but brown was not nice to see.

• Linda (1/5): Not at all the right localisation !!!! Far from Stratford - It was clean and warm, quite pleasant during winter. There was a TV and 2 couches but only a little table with 2 chairs (supposed to be for 6 people). Big fridge and a washing machine. The appart was not at all at the place advertised on booking.com. instead of 250 meters from Stratford station it was 1,7 kilometer! This was a huge bummer as it doubled our time in transportation. Not enough chairs in the apartment and the mattresses were not very comfortable but it was ok for a few nights.
• Mercy (9/5): Superb - The location WiFi and heating was great and the managers were helpful, on call. when called to work on the heaters in one of the rooms that was prompt. It's alittle bit hard to find, but the communication made to us prior with the images was very helpful so keep that up.
• Claire (3/5): Poor - Location for Abba venue was good. Beds were clean. Lounge ok . Place was dirty throughout, bathroom in particular. Dirty, sticky cutlery in drawer with food attached! Needs a deep clean throughout. No mirrors (problem for ladies getting ready).

• Andii81 (2/5): Great location but dont bother! - The location was great. Close to train station, little cafes bars and convenience stores. Great cool location. We had to clean all surfaces, cutlery, cooking tools etc before we could safely prepare food. The mould that appeared in the bathroom made us sick (headaches, nausea, cold and flu symptons), the rat (or whatever animal it was) that was living in the kitchen and walls, the lack of cutlery (enough beds for 7 people but only 3 forks and 5 knives), the 3 large bags of linen (presume dirty) hidden in kitchen and a bedroom cupboard, the broken light fittings, the windows that were either broken so they wouldnt open or painted shut, no covers to doonas or pillows in most beds, uncomfortable beds (springs badly sticking out), the bathroom door that jammed so you had to kick it to open, some powerpoints not working, no teatowels, bin bags or spare toilet rolls, the 'dining table was a small hall table with 1 chair!! Also no correspondence that maintenance was going to be happening while we were there - unable to leave on two occassions as someone arrived and painted the front door... couldnt close it while wet!!!

• Chelsie (8/5): Plain, simple and ideal for a cheap stay close to London! - Location was spot on, walking distance from Hackney Wick station. Parking right outside the front door. Spacious apartment, clean with basic amenities, bed linen and towels provided. It’s not luxury but it’s plain and simple and does the job. Only issues we had were the double bed you can feel all the springs through it, there were limited pillows and the kitchen had limited utensils (3 forks, no tin opener etc). Needed to be a little better stocked and needs a new double bed mattress.
• Andrew (9/5): Clean and comfortable for a London getaway - Clean and comfortable and just 5 minutes walk from tube station and local shops. A couple of small issues when we arrived but they were resolved quickly once reported to the owners. Felt a bit like the place was not quite ready for letting with extra mattresses against the wall and some plug sockets not working. Maybe a slightly different bed layout would be good. Could have been another double bed in the large room
• Naga (2/5): not happy - location mattress are too bad and can’t even sleep, heaters are nut working, there is smell in the property which reflects to properly not maintained, the kitchen is bits and peaces

• Folasayo (9/5): The house made my stay in London easier than I expected and I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. - The accommodation was great, clean and had everything we needed. It was spacious and there was enough beds for us all. It was a convenient location as the bus stop was just a few minutes walk from us. Also there was a nearby corner shop which meant shopping for food was easier. There was a nice park as well near the house. The location was hard to find and we really struggled before we could find it. The toaster was not working and their could have been a bigger mirror in at least one of the rooms in the house.
