• Vanessa (6/5): Para pasar unos días en Londres y no arruinarte, suficiente - El precio, la limpieza y tener baño propio. Se agradece la cocina, pero no está pensada para cocinar gran cosa, pues solo con poner algo al fuego, la alarma antiincendios salta porque está justo encima y no hay extractor. No está en el centro pero no es difícil llegar, hay muchos autobuses en la zona, que no es excesivamente cara. En los apartamentos del último piso es complicado subir maletas que pesen, porque la escalera es muy estrecha y empinada. La ventana tenía un tope, con lo que no se podía abrir más que un poquito, y al estar en julio y con ola de calor, el apartamento resultaba muy caluroso (aunque dejaron un ventilador que algo ayudaba). La cama tampoco es la mas cómoda del mundo, porque se nota donde acaban los muelles.

La pulizia del'appartamento, la mancanza di asciugamani, ci ha fornito 4 asciugamani grandi uno a testa, per tutto il periodo del soggiorno, i cuscini erano sottilette, praticamente non erano cuscini. L'appartamento è piccolo per 4 persone.

• Ayhan (2/5): Zeer slecht - eigenlijk niets. Stinkende handdoeken, overal spinnen en insecten. Schimmel op de muur in de badkamer, en lekkage van boven die via de lamp op onze vloer druppelde, levensgevaarlijk in verband met elektriciteit. De bovenverdieping kraakt enorm, en midden in de nacht hoor je mensen op en neer lopen. De trap in de hal kraakt als de hel. Echt verschrikkelijk. En echt reactie op een oplossing of tegemoetkoming krijg je niet.
• Emma (6/5): Minimal, but enough for a short stay. Amenities could improve slightly. Affordable in comparison to others in the area. - Good location, Tesco express round the corner, bus stop across the street and underground/overground to central London 10-15 mins away by walk. Easy to locate and access, nice and spacious bathroom with good shower and water pressure. Booked for 4 people, only 1 glass available in the kitchenette. No toaster available, but could make do with oven and microwave. Sofa bed hinges weren’t installed properly and we had to try and fix it to pull out the extension. Managed, but a slight inconvenience.
• Kristina (4/5): I would sum it up as we were disappointed. - The only thing I liked about this accommodation was that it was completely modernly furnished, for example the bathroom was nice. Another advantage was the large sofa bed, coded entrance and self-check-in. There were various shops nearby (e.g. Tesco Express). Also the apartment was clean when we arrived. There were many more things we didn't like about the apartment. I would probably start with the biggest problem... We paid about 50 pounds for cleaning, but not once did anyone come to clean it... the trash can was full, no one replaced it, new towels were also not available. Not once did the cleaning service come to our unit. I rate this very negatively and we were very dissatisfied because of it. I also don't understand why in the bathroom where there is a large window above the sink, there was no roller blind/curtain, since the next building was very close - windows from the next building were about 3 meters away (right opposite). There was also a window in the shower, where there was from the outside another one right next to it, it is very illogical that there is nothing there to cover us. Overall, the bathroom was small, and there were no towel racks, we had nowhere to put our clothes/towels, the shower flowed really weakly, it should definitely have a stronger flow. The room with the bed was also really small. We also negatively assess the fact that we did not notice anything in the entire apartment to cool it down a bit. In the future, I think there should definitely be some small air conditioning or something similar, because on the first night when it was 33 degrees Celsius, it was really impossible to exist there. Also, the refrigerator cooled very poorly. The door to the kitchen kept closing, the latch did not hold. Wi-Fi was very very slow. As for the location, the underground was quite close (about 10 minutes walk), but the neighborhood did not seem completely safe to me. I might also add that I was disappointed that they didn't accommodate us with a slightly earlier check-in, since our flight was in the morning and we were in the neighborhood very early. Also, the accommodation provider didn't reply to our inquiries/questions or pick up the phone during our stay (before that, the communication was fine).

• Michael (6/5): Good location, poor apartment. - Good location Tube and overground stations within walking distance to the apartment. Bed was very hard and mattress buttons sticking through sheet. Would benefit from a decent mattress topper. Sold as a studio apartment with facilities to cook with, this may be a slight exaggeration, what it should have said was it has a microwave and what can only be described as a camping stove with 1 burner. The en suite was tidy but very small containing a WC, shower and the world’s smallest wash basin.
• Wendy (6/5): Disappointed with the apartment - Unfortunately there are only a few things that I can say that I liked about the apartment which was having a hot shower daily and the apartment being a pleasant temperature. The other bonus would be that Tesco and a pharmacy are very close by. The bed was too small for a couple and the pillows provided were so lumpy (atrocious )and definitely need to be replaced, or bring your own. We mentioned it to a cleaner and were advised that they did not have any other pillows. No tea towels were supplied to dry the dishes. Unfortunately the apartment was so small that there was no room to have a chair. We had to sit on the bed to have breakfast and the small table was used for luggage.

They never did and I tried contacting them again numerous times to no avail. We could not shower,wash hands properly or do dishes the entire time. Really disappointed

Loved how close it was to a Tesco express, lots of food options walking distance and located conveniently near bus stops making it easy to travel with luggage The footsteps upstairs were really loud all night, the water temperature will change randomly while showering which was startling, the pillows were a bit flat and uncomfortable and the heater was off when we first arrived so the room was freezing but after a quick call to maintenance we figured out how to turn it on and it wasn’t a problem

• Kaigan (8/5): A great space for a few nights! - Loved how bright the studio was and how it was decorated. Surrounding area is decent with great coffee and brunch places on Lonsdale Road. Communication with the host was super simple and instructions for checking in were made very clear. The studio also had good facilities provided and is great for a short stay in London with good transport links. The mattress for my liking was a bit too soft and the bathroom was tiny. The sink in the bathroom also appeared to be leaking and I had to place the bin provided underneath the sink to avoid it making a puddle everytime we used the tap.

• Rod (2/5): Not lovely location or property. - Not much Very cheaply done conversion of a flat. Stairs are really steep, like concerning if you are going down with a case . There was a false eyelash stuck to one of the glasses in the cupboard, drops of blood on the floor that had not been cleaned up which meant that I had to. No air con or heating, the location is really really noise and if it's warm you need to leave the windows open so you will be disturbed late at night and very early in the morning. The 'kitchen' is very poorly designed - one plug in hot plate which has left lots of grease splatters on the wall and a microwave at almost floor level. Pots, pans and dishes are all in a poor state of repair and mostly not very clean. No shampoo or shower gel provided. Got messages asking me to tell them when I was leaving to help them out with cleaning - if I have an 11am checkout that is when you can assume that I will be leaving. I'm also not sure why ski
• Sunil (7/5): Good modern apartment very well located for central London mobility. - Excellent location, with Bus Stop just outside and Underground station a short walk away. Clean good apartment. Had a sink drainage issue on checking in, reported and was resolved immediately. Wifi speed very poor, had to use own mobile wifi. Hardly any storage space. Toaster was not working, reported and nobody reverted.

The location was close about a half mile to the Kilburn and Brondesbury metro which was an easy walk. However, the location was a bit run down. Many of the store fronts were no longer in business. While this a subjective, in our opinions the beds were terribly uncomfortable.

• Gabriele (8/5): Good position (bus stop, and tube station and supermarket) in a quiet area - Good position (bus stop in front of the flat and 10 minutes walking far from the tube). Very quiet place and very close to a supermarket 24/7. To be highlighted the presence of restaurants in front of the flat. Excellent wi-fi connection. I had to ask to additional towel and (just a recommendation) it misses a carpet in front of the shower.

Sofa bed was ok for 2 teens but adults might struggle. Overall a nice place to stay. Shower needs a shower mat very slippy inside. Would benefit from a toaster instead of cooker grill. Few more hangers in wardrobe. Outside area at the back desperately needs work. Very messy overgrown garden. Would have been lovely yo have the option to sit out in the evening.

• Mench (7/5): Good - I like how modern the room is, the furniture and the environment inside. It is clean and well cared. Have a lot of tissue supply. Having an extra towel, kitchen utensils, the working cooker and microwave. Having a fridge for our fresh fruits and drinks. Near to the bus stop and small shops especially tesco. The size of bed is too small for two person. I like the television because it is a smart tv, however, given to the size of the room; it is not facing towards the bed which we find it difficult to do a movie date.lol. It's quite warm inside and i think an electric fan would help especially this coming summer. No exhaust fan, so if you do cooking like us 'coz we stayed for 4 days & 3 nights, it was difficult. No disposable bag so we need to buy to gather our rubish; though a small plastic bin is available inside the toilet. No body soap and shampoo, luckily we brought. No toilet rag. Hair blower is not working because the plug is broken. Anyway, the room is just worth with the price we paid.
• Rufaida (7/5): Good - For a foreigner it is hard to find the location , The address mentioned in booking.com is not enough , if the visitor is using a a Bus they should take 98 number bus , and if the visitor is coming by train , they should exit in Kilburn station and walk 10 minutes to reach the accommodation . The apartment doesn't have a board . All these important points should be communicated properly to the visitor .. The apartment is very smaller than you see in the picture .
• Uchechi (9/5): Comfortable like home! - I loved the apartment. All amenities were working and it was quite clean. I totally enjoyed my stay there The staircase is quite steep
• Ozzy (6/5): Smell of weed across the hallway - Room was fairly clean and tidy. Close to some diners and grocery shops. Sink wasn't draining properly. When draining stops, water starts to leak from the drainage pipes and it got the floor wet. Had to call the management to send someone to fix it.It took some time for maintenance guy to arrive. We left him fixing it as we had to go out to attend a function. When we arrived, a basin was placed under the sink to catch the water leaks. Sink is now draining with small leaks, hence the basin underneath. On our second night, we could smell strong scent of weed. A room downstairs was definitely smoking weed and left their room door open. So inconsiderate. They were also a bit loud. We didn't sleep well that night. We decided to leave early than the usual time. Never coming back to that place.

It was easy to locate, it had every amenity one might need and the interior was amazing. The host was also easy to chat with and was very accommodating. All in all we were impressed. The only thing we had trouble with was the thermostat - it was fairly complicated to set.

I faced difficulties until I reached it from the queen's park station, I waited for more than one taxi for nearly two hours in the cold, and none of them came!! they canceled my orders unfortunately..I walked with heavy luggage to the studio.. I cannot go and return like this to the studio everyday, especially since I will be very tired from shopping in the center and moving between trains, and I cannot rely on a taxi or bus..

At my last day, the other tenant from the first floor make a lot of noise. Listening to their every single step from 6am to 7am and the sound of proof, we can not sleep well.

• Sandra (7/5): Good enough for a short stay and good location for this price - The place is located right next to the bus stop and a 10-minute walk from tube and overground stations, which is very convenient. There are several shops in the close proximity. The area is not loud, we could easily sleep with open windows at night. The flat was clean and it was easy to check in and out. There were towels, a hair dryer and an iron available in the flat. Basic kitchenware, a microwave, an electric kettle and a small electric stove were also available. The flat is very small, but enough for two people for a few days. We stayed for 6 nights, but in the flat there were only 2,5 small rolls of toilet paper and 1 trash bag. There was no bin, so we had to put the trash bag on the floor between the kitchenette and the bed. The linen for the duvet was much bigger than the duvet, so it was not very comfortable to sleep under it. It would be useful if there was at least a small shelf in the shower, as there is nowhere to put the shower gel, shampoo, etc.

• Karen (8/5): Great Apartment for an economical stay. - Close to public transport The Bus Stop is right infront of the apartment. You can catch the bus 98 into the city. Kilburn train Station is an easy 15 minute walk, can catch the underground tube from there. Necessities are close by - Supermarket, and laundrette walking distance. Kilburn Arms Pub just down the road provides a good feed. Only small things: The apartment was clean, great for a couple, possibly a little small for a family of 3. If you have a lot of heavy bags just be aware you have to carry them up a fligjt of stairs

• Susan (6/5): The property was great, but the support was poor and unclear and I could not cook there - No breakfast .. It was clean, practical, accessible, and comfortable. I had a wedding round the corner so it was well placed. I could not make the induction hob work. There were no instructions or guidance on this. ihad to rely on a very unsatisfactory text support system which did not produce a useful clear answer until I was about to leave. Eventually the cleaner and I worked out how to sort it out, at the end of my stay which involved moving a wardrobe to access the fuse box, switch everything off and on and reboot the cooker. Also the toaster was broken. It was not replaced or checked during my 3 night stay. So I found the support system was very 3rd rate being slow, unclear and impractical. I could not cook for myself or even make toast in the morning . .
• Tang (6/5): Pleasant - -The bathroom sink could have been put out a little further as it felt small to use in the small bathroom area. -Preference thing but I wish the bed was a soft mattress as opposed to a spring mattress.

• Reyna (9/5): I liked the place , very comfy and well equipped. - Very well equipped, great to have towels, hair dryer, heating available, kitchen amenities very good. Toilet paper, soap, very convenient. I think the bed sheets were not recently washed. Provision of a bag for the trash for a week stay would be good, as well as Something to hang a hand towels would be good

• Barbara (7/5): Good - It's 30 mins far from the center, and the bus stop is at the front of the door. Very noisy floor from the above neighbours and from the staircase at early mornings.

Bus stop in front on the main door. - the location was very good, however our appartment was overlooking quite noisy street. There were other ones looking on the garden More space in the kitchen area would be nice, as well as more kitchen equipment would be useful.

• Anna (8/5): Very good - A clean and relatively new apartment. It was 12 minutes walk from the closest tube station. The toaster was broken. Also, the window was broken and couldn't close properly. I would also like to see small face towels. We only had big towels for the body.
• Загорулько (7/5): Thank you for this property. - Almost everything was good Everything was good except the awful noise from the first floor. Their floor made horrible noise when people go all over the room.

• Ysabella (10/5): This was the most cleanest place I’d stayed in London, lovely and homely, good location and good value for money - The facilities were really nice and the apartment was lovely and clean

• Rosie (9/5): Superb - Location was amazing, right beside local shops and amenities, bus stops right at the door. 5 minutes to nearest tube station. Staff were quick to reply to any messages. Bed was on the small side and not very comfortable. No mat or hand towels in bathroom.
