- Steven (7/5): Good location, affordable but basic - Central and safe location was very useful for central London. Self contained apartment had most thing you would need. Furniture was uncomnfortable, would benefit from a larger sofa and a more comfortable bed. Noise from the road started early and ended late.

They sent a lot of emails before, during and post departure which is very annoying since some of the emails contain repeated information. Since day one they were already asking at what time were we leaving. There are not enough supplies in the appartement.

Was excellent communication from agent with check ins and check outs. Flat also had an iron! Handy use! Thank you for the stay!

- Anna, (8/5): Great for the price, not luxury, but it was great value! - Great location to Barbican and Old Street tube station. Had everything we needed - sharp knives which is often not the case. Spacious and clean. Good quality and clean linen and towels. Good price for the area. We couldn't find any baking trays or dishes and after contacting the guest services some were brought to us next day. Located in a nice quiet area, and although there was the odd noise outside at night there was no traffic noise. Seemed like a safe area and very near to grocery shops. The apartment was a little soulless, while it had everything we needed it lacked any nice touches. The apartment was a little tired and needed a few repairs (the sink had a crack in it and needed a new chrome plug and waste) and the bathroom needed a deep clean. The blinds were not great for blocking out the light in the bedroom.

- Anthia (8/5): Very good - It is very close to old street metro station and ut is very bright. Furthermore, it is not cold, you can heat it up with the heating bodies. You can not make the bedroom dark and the mattress is not good. It could use some extra light in the evening as there is only a floor lamp in the living room.

Super close to the bus and metro stations. - Spacious apartment with pretty much everything you need. - Many restaurants, bars and cafes around. Very close to the supermarket. Walking distance to nice busy neighborhoods. - Nice, new and clean building with a daytime doorman and lift. - We were charged an extra 80 pounds for late check in. Having paid as high as almost the nightly rate, one expects at least a smooth check in. We waited 20mins in the cold. Tried to reach someone in charge during that time. Super costly and problematic check in. - There were makeup stains all over the pillowcases and sheets. - Someone came to drop next guest’s amenities 2 days before our check out with their own keys. Since this is not an hotel but an apartment we were a bit uncomfortable about this. They emailed us that they would come the day before. - Only one roll of toilet paper for 9 days of stay. I don’t expect anything extra like a conditioner, but this is pretty essential.
