Łóżka wygodne, w salonie nowa i wygodna sofa. Sporo miejsca do przechowywania, pokoje duże jak na londyński standard. Z racji bliskości kanału w mieszkaniu czuć wilgoć i grzyb gromadzi się na uszczelkach okna oraz w łazience, co może być problemem dla alergika. W kuchni nieco mało szklanek. Przydałoby się też naszykować nieco herbaty czy kawy dla gości na start, bo nie każdy ma takie rzeczy ze sobą w podróży.

• Niklas (10/5): Superb apartment for a family vacation - Really nice apartment, looks just like the pictures. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, microwave oven, kettle and Nespresso machine. Beds are very comfortable, even the sofabed is of high standard. The building is quiet and the neighborhood feels safe, both during the day and the night. A Sainsbury Local open until midnight is ~5 minutes away. Communications are good and a ~15 minute walk both to Mild End and Shepney Green subway stations. (Easiest to walk down Harford Street and then Mile End Road rather than dozens of side streets). Mile End feels rather non-touristy while still quite close to Central London. Key pickup is smooth and only a short detour if you arrive at the Mile End Station. -

• Janna (8/5): Definitely recommend! - This apartment is amazing (compared to London standards for sure), we felt really comfortable. It offers enough space for a family and a very well equipped kitchen. The location is beautiful near the river and the park, located in a residential area. Shops and public transport stations require a bit of walking but that was just fine for us. Would definitely come back!

Un po’ difficile trovarlo (vero che nella mail c’erano le indicazioni, ma non le avevo comprese)ma nel complesso buono. La struttura era ben attrezzata con tutto. Abbiamo sempre fatto colazione e cena a casa per cui c’era tutto quello che ci serviva.

• Jing (9/5): Appartement spacieux, propre et bien agencé, super séjour à Londres - L’appartement est très bien agencé pour une famille de 6, ce qui est une perle rare à trouver en grande ville. Les descriptifs sont conformes, aussi l’hôte a pris soin de donner des consignes claires et complètes. Nous n’avons pas eu de difficulté pour récupérer les clés, acheminer jusqu’à l’appartement (merci pour la vidéo YouTube ;), et nous repérer dans l’environnement (un autre merci pour les documents disposés dans l’appartement sur les points d’intérêts et de facilités autour). Il y a plusieurs épiceries à proximité, avec des horaires d’ouverture larges ce qui est très pratique. La literie est de bonne qualité, nous apprécions spécialement ce point qui est important pour récupérer de la fatigue des visites et repartir dans des bonnes conditions le lendemain. Dans la cuisine l’essentiel y est pour préparer des repas maison, en alternance avec les restaurants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, merci beaucoup ! Nous avons bien apprécié cet appartement, les petites améliorations que l’on pourrait trouver sont: Le lavabo dans la salle de bain est très haut, et la ventilation un peu bruyante. Enfin un deuxième torchon serait apprécié pour les familles qui cuisinent bien.

• Julie (8/5): Als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für mehrere Leute (wir waren zu viert) sehr gut geeignet. - Es waren ausreichend Zimmer vorhanden, die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Die Küche war toll ausgestattet. Obwohl wir vorher nicht Bescheid gesagt hatten, wurde uns am ersten Tag auf Nachfrage noch das Sofa als Bett hergerichtet. Die Aussicht war leider nicht so schön (Mauer, Innenhof). Das Badezimmer hatte kein Fenster, dafür aber eine sehr laute, automatische Lüftung.

• Kyla (9/5): Bright and airy apartment with comfortable beds. - The apartment was clean and bright. The beds were so comfortable - nice mattress and the duvets were like sleeping under a cloud. We were staying to visit the Ragged School Museum and Tower Hamlets Cemetery with friends, and the location was perfect for both. There was no recycling bin, and there was no plug in the kitchen sink (we could see that this was because there's no overflow, so there's a risk of overfilling the basin) and it made washing up after dinner slightly challenging. These were incredibly minor things during what was an otherwise amazing stay!

The only downside was the walk to/from the nearest tube station but getting an uber was easy and reasonable priced so it wasn’t much of an issue for us.
• Jose (10/5): Lovely stay and convenient Apartment in London - The apartment is beautiful and located in a very beautiful area next to a canal and a short walk to the amazing Victoria Park where we had lovely breakfasts and walks. The apartment is spacious and clean, very nicely decorated and with all the features needed for a very pleasant stay in London. It´s located in about 20 minute walk from Mile end station which is served by the central line, really convenient for going to central London. The beds were all very comfortable, it was 6 of us and even the sofa bed had a thick mattress topper to make it more comfortable which was appreciated after a long day walking around London. The design of the apartment is modern and very important, the wifi is really good! The hosts were lovely sending us lots of tips and instructions about the area where the apartment is. We will be definitely be coming back to this apartment next time we come to London!

• Javier Campana (10/5): - This is a beautiful apartment with really comfortable beds and modern decor. The apartment had everything we needed during our stay, and it was l9cated in a beautiful area next to the regents canal in London. The apartment is spacious with a well sized kitchen and a nice living-dining room with a big TV and big dining table. It also had a lovely balcony. We were a group of 6, and even though the apartment was not very big, it was good enough for the six of us. There are a lot of nice places to visit nearby, like Victoria Park, which is only a short walk away from the apartment along the canal. The owner gave us a very useful guide that had this and lots of places to visit nearby, which proved to be very helpful. The apartment is about a 15-minute walk from the Mile tube station, which is super convenient as it takes you to central London in about 20 minutes. I will definitely come back to this apartment when I come back to London Everything was great

• Marie (10/5): Just perfect - Super appartement très grand et propre et si calme. La balade le long du relents canal jusqu'à Canary Wharf est chouette. Emplacement top:: Metro au choix : Miles End à 8 stations d Oxford Street et metro aérien Lime House à 2 stations du tower bridge. Petits commerces à proximité. Excellente communication et recommandations des propriétaires. Ventilateurs très appreciables il fait chaud l été. Franchement tout est ok. Alors certes la ventilation de la salle de bain fait un peu de bruit mais ce n est rien quand on ferme la porte.
• Izabela (6/5): Light and bright apartment with good distance to Sentral London. - Light and bright apartment in a relatively quiet neighbourhood by the canal. 12-15 min walk to Mile End station or Stepney Green station. Nice walk along the canal to Canary Wharf. Easy key collection, and easy check out. No lift, but that didn’t bother us. OK kitchen. Good instructions for hot water, and nice tips for dining etc. Would recommend to use the Elisabeth Line from Heathrow, rather than Piccadilly Line that was recommended. It’s new and a lot smoother to ride on. The bathroom could really need an upgrade! The floor was wet when we arrived (between the vinyl floor boards) and it smelled damp. The ventilation/fan in the bathroom did little except make noise. The dishwasher could also be changed. There were no tea towels, no oven mittens and no spatula for the frying pan.

• Veronika (8/5): Escapada en familia - Very close to the city center, very spacious apartment, quiet, very comfortable beds. The neighborhood at night, the bathroom needs renovation, the bathroom ceiling fan was very noisy and cold, the bathroom heater didn't work, we couldn't use the bathtub.

• Quentin (10/5): Lovely apartment by the canal - I stayed here with a group of friends and it was lovely. The location is ideal for east London. Communication with the host was faultless. The flat has a lot of natural light. WiFi worked well and the rooms were clean. Great value for money, I would not hesitate to stay again!
• Jiazheng (4/5): Don't stay here: even toilet paper has to be bought by yourself. - What I am very satisfied with is: When we ran out of toilet paper, they responded this: "Just a quick reminder that while we provide initial essentials like toilet paper, guests are responsible for restocking supplies during their stay." I don't understand why I have to be responsible for buying toilet paper? The attitude of their management is very disappointing. To be honest, I really don't recommend you to stay here, because it is quite far from the subway station and far from the city center. The pillows on the sofa bed were extremely dirty, and the quilt and pillows were stuffed on top of the water heater, without a quilt cover.
• Liv (2/5): The overall review would be better without a mouse appearing in the living-room. - The communication and information was good. The neighbourhood was quiet. It took a 15 minute walk to get to the tube. The youngsters that smoked pot in the doorway, moved as we arrived. The bathroom had a water damage, so after the shower, the water came up through the floor. Some of the furniture was shabby. We were surprised by a mouse one night, and this led us to discover several blocks of mouse-poisioning under the sofa and mouse shit under one of the bed-matresses, which told us that the mouse we saw not was the only one. This led us to leave the apt to find another place to stay and sleep.

• Tjaša (10/5): COSY AND WARM STAY - All was clean&warm. Staff were really friendly and waits us for the late check in. Yes we need to pay for late check in but it was worth it. We respect people's time. You have everything in it - hairdryer, washing machine for clothes, iron, iron table, microwave and anything you wish for 😊 all kitchen stuff was clean and we eat with it without being scared. We recommend to renovate the bathroom. It was kind of old and in bad shape. But overall good experience. Thank you for having us🥰

• Karmen (8/5): We all enjoyed our stay and if we visit London again we would choose to stay at the apartment again - The location was great - quiet and it was lovely to walk along the canal in the morning. Very convenient for the tube station. The apartment was great - with lovely light rooms. It was clean and the beds were great. There could have been more utensils in the kitchen - no oven gloves and there was only one tea towel! More oven trays are needed - one is not enough when cooking for 5 people. Just a couple of minor points - the toilet seat needs adjusting, it slides when you sit on it.
• Tracy (10/5): Exceptional - Everything you could need is provided and it is clean and comfortable. The building is quiet and clean. The area is lovely and easy transport links into central London. Any queries I had were answered quickly. Great wee flat.
• Tamas (7/5): Good - We got very clear information, everything worked smooth as planned. The neighborhood is not the best. The taxi driver told us it is one of the poorest neighborhoods in London. But it felt safe and pretty clean still.

• Stephanie (9/5): Lovely, bright apartment in an interesting location - Large bright modern apartment with all the facilities needed. Very quiet location near the canal. We caught the district line train into the centre which was ideal. We had 3 children so the location wasn’t ideal being a good 10-15 minute walk to the tube. Probably better for a couple with or without friends.

It's close to liverpool street station and also to the underground heading to city centre and notting hill. Its perfect for tourists. Tesco and local grocery is not too far as well. We really do enjoyed our stay at this apartment and will choose this one once we decide to visit london again. It was a little big cold inside but heaters were available. I do have no bad comments.

It´s a pity the balcony is not on the other side with the canal view :-). There were minor deficiencies on the older furniture, but nothing that would bother us too much.

• Stuart (7/5): Handy place to stay - The apartment was big enough for the 5 of us and had everything we needed for our trip. Because the weather was pretty cold instructions on using the heating would have helped. We figured it out in the end but instructions might be useful
• Emma (8/5): Great stay - Lovely, clean, well equipped apartment. Facilities and information were great. Plenty of room for the three of us (3 adults), with towels and toiletries, tea, coffee etc. ready for us. The location was good, close to a couple of tube stations, some chain coffee shops and small supermarkets nearby. Not a huge thing just a lamp that was broken on arrival (didn't want to touch in case of doing more damage), and the apartment had some wear and tear. Nothing that stopped our enjoyment and nothing that would stop us rebooking should we return to London.
• Rowena (7/5): A convenient and comfortable place to stay, with ducks, coots and herons in the canal alongside! - Great location— right by a canal with herons piercing on balconies nearby, but really good for travelling into central London to visit museums etc. It was very clean and well set up— I especially appreciated the sofa bed being made up and ready to sleep in when I arrived late after a long journey with tired children. Top marks for that! I didn’t manage to figure out the central heating system, but it was warm, and the hosts were very helpful by phone explaining how to get the hot water sorted.

• Patricia (7/5): Lovely unit in the East End of London. - The unit was lovely and reasonably well equipped. Beds comfy. The location is East End in zone 2, but local to where my daughter lived. It's a good 10 minute walk to the Mile End tube station. Bathroom with toilet. You have to collect the keys from one location and then get to the flat. There is a security gate across the car park entrance which the fog did not open. You have to walk around the right hand side of the building to a different entrance to get in. The video is so fast it is not helpful. No lift, and unit was on second floor.

• Preeti (10/5): excellent ! - location, cleanliness and well organized we were 4 of us - we needed more hand towels and blankets - which they couldn’t provide us. we had to make do with two comforters amongst the 4 of us
• Janice (7/5): Good - It's is a spacious apartment, comfortable beds and well situated for the Mile End tube Station. The apartment was far too hot, the portable fans helped however the kitchen, bathroom and hallway didn't have any air con so we were left feeling very uncomfortable indeed. There was no bedding set ( sheet , duvet cover) for the pull out bed. No welcome pack , food left in the freezer and some of the knives/ forks and dishes hadn't been cleaned properly. I am a cleaner for a private company and would always check these final finishing touches at my properties.
