• Andrew (8/5): Good - Located slightly outside the centre of town and short walk to public transport, it’s calm. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is equipped. Windows don’t always close properly and we failed to regulate the scalding water in the shower.

• J PHILIPPE (6/5): Pas mal mais un peu à l’écart - Chambres confortables Situé entre 2 lignes de métro Maison hyper connectée et par conséquent le chauffage est coupé pdt l’absence ,, donc quand on rentre il fait très froid Les stations de métro sont à 10/15 min à pied Quartier résidentiel , donc rien autours
• Erin (8/5): Great stay for our family with young kids - The location of this place is superb. The area is beautiful and quiet but there are lots of great places to eat and parks nearby. As a family of 5 (3 small kids under 8yrs old), being walking distance from the underground was key. It was great to be able to get away from the hecticness of central London but still only be a few stops away from all the main attractions. It's also close to bus stops which our kids loved , especially the novelty of catching a double decker bus . The place itself has all the amenities you need . The kitchen is well equipped, although a tad on the squishy side, especially with 5 of us. But it did the job. The beds are comfortable and spacious and a mattress was available to put on the floor so we all fit. The lights are on sensors powered by Alexia which made things a bit tricky with the young kids walking in and out of rooms at night etc, but easy enough to override and turn to manual mode and use the light switches.

• Mireille (9/5): Très bon séjour. - Ce logement est situé sous les toits au deuxième étage d'une petite maison dans une rue très calme. Pas de voisins. Lumineux, sans vis à vis, bien chauffé, bien équipé, bons lits, TV avec abonnement Prime. Wi Fi efficace. Un lit 2 places dans la chambre, un autre dans la salle de séjour. Convient bien à deux couples. Les métros les plus proches sont Swiss cottage ou Belsize Park, et l'appartement est à 3 arrets de bus de Camden Market. Cittimaper permet de calculer ses temps de distance pour visiter la ville. Le depot de 100£ nous a bien été restitué par Mike comme prévu. L'appartement est géré, pour ses lumières et sa musique, par Alexa, cad par un système de domotique vocal. Il faut un certain temps pour s'y habituer: bien lire la documentation fournie.

• Marco (7/5): Ottima posizione ben collegata al centro via metropolitana - L'appartamento e' in una bellissima zona residenziale, calma e silenziosa, attraversata da viali alberati. E' servita da due stazioni della metropolitana a 10 minuti di cammino, e ci sono un paio di supermercati in zona. L'appartamento ha due camere da letto e una cucina, fornita di tutto cio' che potrebbe servirvi: stoviglie, pentole e padelle, scatole di plastica per la cucina, sacchi per l'immondizia, carta da cucina, sapone per i piatti, perfino adattatori elettrici da viaggio in caso vi foste dimenticati il vostro! Mike e' un host molto disponibile, sempre pronto a risolvere inconvenienti. Inoltre abita in un appartamento nello stesso edificio, percio' e' facile da raggiungere anche di persona. La casa e' un po' vecchia, cosa che si vede bene negli infissi, che comunque ancora chiudono bene e la temperatura in casa e' piacevole. L'odore di umido di cui alcuni ospiti si lamentano nelle recensioni non e' altro che l'odore di una vecchia casa con la moquette, non e' niente di tragico e smetterete di farci caso subito. Pero' c'e' bisogno di pulizia piu' accurata, un lenzuolo era macchiato (prontamente cambiato da Mike) e c'erano briciole sui ripiani della cucina e nelle scatole per il cibo, lasciate da ospiti precedenti. Inoltre da italiani non abbiamo potuto fare a meno di chiederci quanto spesso la moquette, vero cruccio delle case a Londra, venisse lavata. La cucina e' veramente piccola e il tavolo non c'entra, va benino per mangiare in due tenendo il tavolo attaccato al muro, ma gia' in tre inizia a essere complicato e dimenticavi di starci in 4 (le camere hanno due letti queen). E' una cosa da considerare se avete intenzione di cucinare e mangiare a casa, o anche solo di fare colazione la mattina. Avere Alexa che mette la musica e controlla l'accensione delle luci e' divertente i primi due giorni, ma non sempre fa quello che uno vuole, con le luci che si accendono e spengono senza motivi apparenti, ne avrei fatto a meno!

• ROSA (9/5): - Un barrio tranquilo, cerca del metro, bares y restaurantes y un supermercado (que cerraba a las 11 de la noche), y con todo lo necesario. El apartamento olía un poco mal, faltaba un poco más de limpieza.
• Filip (2/5): Triets verblijf temidden van een mooie wijk. - De ligging in een rustige straat in Camden Town. Sterk verouderde zolderruimte. Elke vloer bekleed met tapijten die roken naar de urine van kittens. Vies en versleten. Misschien nog net verhuurbaar aan een student angstvallig op zoek naar een kot voor weinig budget. Erg ontgoochelend.
• Alena (10/5): Lovely loft - We were very satisfied with the accommodation in the attic apartment, we enjoyed its atmosphere. Two bedrooms are large enough, the kitchen is small, but has everything you need, the bathroom is spacious. Very good communication with the owner. The location is completely quiet and public transport is nearby. We could also recommend going for delicious breakfast to Alma café about 10 minutes walk. The table in the kitchen is a bit impractical, it could have been smaller and more stable. Closing the windows is sometimes difficult. But it's nothing that would spoil our stay.

• Shalyn (9/5): Quiet and comfy stay - Mike's place is quiet and private, making it perfect for my friends and I to relax after a long day of touring around Central London. It was clean and comfortable, stocked with kitchen and bathroom amenities. The kitchen was a little small but all 4 of us could fit and have a meal together. The bedrooms were satisfactory, we all had a good rest during our stay. Water pressure for the shower could've been better but overall the loft was great!

• Cheryll (8/5): Good stay in the city with good loocation and price - The Location and the price we paid for. The room was airy. Mike was so helpful and professional The smell from the stairway and inside of the flat. It smelled damp and mouldy. The bed linens and towels don’t smell fresh either , it was sour and musty.
• Cross (5/5): Unfortunately, this wasn't an enjoyable place to return to after a days' sightseeing. - The location was very good and the streaming services was a nice bonus. The premises was not very clean and upon entry had a very unpleasant odour. It was obvious that the floors hadn't been cleaned or mopped as found debris and a hair roller from the last occupier in the bedroom and marks on the kitchen and bathroom floors. We had to leave all the windows constantly open to cope with the smell. The automated lighting system was a pain as it would go on sporadically.
• Kleopatra (8/5): Nice loft in a convenient neighborhood. - The location was very convenient and the neighborhoud was very quite and safe, 5-7 minutes walk from the underground station. The kitchen was fully equipped for a preparation of a small meal. Kids had fun with Alexa too :-) The flat would need a thorough cleaning. Otherwise everything was file.
• Bea (7/5): Perfect location and helpful host - The location was perfect. The host was very helpful. We could bring our bags before check in and also we were able to leave them at the accommodation until we were ready to depart. We also liked the accommodation as there was a living room and we traveled with the four of us and we had a lot to talk about, We did not use the kitchen, but it looked well stocked with all kind of utensils. We had some problems with the lighting (alexa) and the apartment needs a good clean.

• Jacob (9/5): Great Stay in a cozy and safe neighbourhood. - A nice quiet neighbourhood with a short walk to the Tube station. We were there in winter and really appreciated how cosy this place was. Value for money is fantastic and Mike was an excellent communicator. Wish i could have stayed longer.

• Gwenael (9/5): Nice cosy flat in gorgeous Belsize Park - The flat is located in gorgeous Belsize which was our main criteria for our stay in London and also The price was really good. Two descent size bedrooms (one being the living room ) walking distance to tube , Belsize high street and Primrose Hill. Great and easy check in and check out with Mike , and also luggage storage for out of hours which was very helpful. The kitchen is tiny and a bit like a student kitchen. But it was Fine for us as we only intended to take breakfast in the flat and also we already knew it would be small because of the photos and previous reviews. So it wasn’t an issue for us.
• Asiya (10/5): Comfortable stay at the loft. - The loft was very cozy and comfortable. Both the bedrooms were clean and so was the bathroom and kitchenette. Toiletries and soft towels were provided. The owner Mike was a very good conversationalist and very helpful. After check out, in the morning we were allowed to keep our luggage downstairs, as our flight was later in the evening.
• Gary (10/5): Exceptional - Great wifi. Belsize much cleaner than camdon wich was my second choice of location. Pictures of aparment accurate. Nice pub near location. Host gave us 2 sets of keys and was just a phone call away if any problems. Felt like a really safe area. Prices in london bit steep but expected that.

Very safe community, a bit far away from the city center, but about 15 minutes walking to camden market. The house is very nice, but a bit old. Great for 4 people and a bit crowded for 5. The communication with mike is excellent...great host! I would comeback and recommend!

Michael was very pleasant and efficiently returned the "damage deposit" within 15 minutes of departure. 10 mins from Belsize underground station The kitchen table was very unstable. It was a light top balanced on 2 plastic support frames but not secured to them in any fashion.
