• Sally (10/5): Lovely apartment, great location - The property is in a fabulous location. On a quiet leafy street with a great cafe around the corner. There is a tube station and supermarkets close by and a 5 minutes walk takes you to the embankment with a lovely walk to Big Ben etc. The inside of the property is clean and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. It is a light and pleasant place to stay. The sofa was a bit worse for wear and there was really only seating (comfortably) for 3 in the lounge area. However this did not detract from our stay and everything else was in excellent condition.

• Maria (4/5): DECEPCIÓN TOTAL - El departamento es lindo y tiene de todo, pero eso solo no te dice nada. El anfitrión tercerizó su atención en lo que parecía una administración. La primer sorpresa que tuvimos fue que cuando nos iban a dar el código para retirar las llaves nos exigieron un depósito de 200 libras que nunca antes me habían anunciado, La segunda sorpresa fue que la dirección no estaba bien descripta en Booking. No es nro. 40-41 como allí dice. La tercer sorpresa fue lo complicado para encontrar las llaves (estaban en una cajita en una placita cercana) y lo peor fue que se rompió la caldera y nos dejaron un día sin calefacción y agua caliente cuando la temperatura oscilaba entre 3 y 6 grados. Después de innumerables reclamos enviaron un técnico que no pudo arreglarla así que tuvimos que viajar sin poder bañarnos. Un desastre total!!! Ni siquiera el anfitrión ni sus representantes se presentaron y ofrecieron alguna solución alternativa. Nunca dieron la cara. Por supuesto que no volvería ni lo recomendaría.

Was just perfect for us. - We self catered We were unable to get into our apartment until 6pm We were told the problem was staff sickness and the called into work cleaner would let us in and we could leave our luggage and come back at 6pm However, he was under strict instructions not to. Several phone call later to the contact number we had, he came down stairs and let us in. We were declined late check out of 12 md which we felt was a bit unfair given we had a 3 hour delay when we arrived. I left some food and a note saying the cleaner was welcome to the food as we were flying to Brussels that evening. However, weeks later, I found a message on my answer phone to say we had left belongings behind

• Jean-Luc (10/5): Très bien, je recommande vous ne serez pas déçus. - Très bel appartement, situé proche du centre ville, d'une station de métro et de la gare. le quartier est très calme et agréable. l'appartement est dans un excellent état, très bien équipé, l'organisation était parfaite, les consignes claires. Tout était parfait, sauf qu'à minuit aller chercher nos clés dans leur boitier, ça faisait un peu de piste, mais j'y suis arrivé facilement, c'était très bien expliqué avec un vidéo. Sachant que nous étions français, j'aurais souhaité communiquer en français, heureusement mes filles ce sont chargées de la communication.
• Laurie (10/5): Great location, the perfect suite! - Location was great. Very close to both the tube and bus station. Lots of restaurants in the area. There is a food market right by the bus station featuring many different types of food. Very tasty and reasonable prices. The suite was wonderful. Lots of room. The beds were very comfortable and dresser spacer was provided. The kitchen was well equipped and we liked having access to a washing machine to catch up on our laundry. I really liked that my son and I were met at the suite and we did a walk through. Mo was very attentive, gave us good suggestions and if we contacted him with a question, he answered very promptly. Weekdays, the mornings could be a bit noisy as there are businesses at the back of the building doing outside work. But not enough that we wouldn't stay again.
• Luděk (9/5): Klidné a čisté bydlení v plně vybaveném bytě. - Skvělé místo, nedaleko metra. Všude obchody, restaurace, bistra. Bydlení samotné v klidné ulici plné zeleně. Možná by někomu mohly dělat problém schody, přeci jen je to druhé patro. Byt adekvátně vybaven, žádný problém při checkinu. Čisto, uklizeno, v domě naprostý klid. V létě by byla fajn klimatizace, v nejteplejších letních dnech to asi musí být docela náročné. Bylo fajn, že tam byl kávovar, ale bez kapslí byl celkem k ničemu, pár kousků v ceně ubytování by bylo příjemným překvapením. Postele jsou užší.
• Cristiano (10/5): Great place close to all the central amenities - Central position, proximity, nice apartment, good amenities, ready staff immediately replying to messages, courteous welcoming and info. Great bang for the buck, especially in London and this close to everything. We were a family of 4 and it was spacious for all of us. Would be good to have paper towels and a cleaning spray in the apartment, and more shampoo, body wash and balsam. Not a big deal, just a suggestion.

• Claudson (9/5): - The location was very good, close to the train and tube Vauxhall station. Supermarket, different restaurants and night clubs nearby. I went during summer. House is built to the winter, there was no fan or ac, so it was hot.

• Ltran (8/5): Fantastic apartment, but do not recommend for winter stays - The apartment was great. Everything exactly as it looks like in the photos. Decent living space with sofas, dining table, and kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable, both rooms have double beds and windows. Towels and amenities were ample. Everything was clean. Location was great, only a few minutes walk from the train/tube and bus station. About 15-20 mins on the tube to the city. There was a Sainbury's supermarket by the train station which was super convenient. The property manager was prompt in replies and helpful even with late night messages. The heating temperature was capped at 20 degrees Celsius, which was very strange (we've never stayed at any place that did not let us adjust the heat to our needs). This temperature was not sufficient for us, and the property owner refused to increase it on our first night, and we were really cold... We had to go buy two personal heaters at Argos the next day to use for the rest of our trip... The owner did come by the next day to manually adjust the heating and increased it by 2 degrees Celsius, but only after I was on the phone with booking.com agent for one hour... So I would not recommend this place if you are looking for stays in winter time.

There was everything one could need for a stay and it was a great point of departure for the city. The kitchen although well equipped could do with better knives. Moreover we would not recommend locking the lower lock of the entrance door as it does not unlock easily.

• Iaroslava (10/5): perfect place for 4 person, great location - The location is perfect as the apartment is pretty close to the city center. Everything needed was in place. Also, we were so happy that the owners made an earlier check-in, so we were able to rest after a long trip and just before exploring the city. The place is perfect for 4 people, a kitchen is fully equipped. Next time in London we'll definitely stay in this place again. One of 2 hair dryers doesn't work, just FYI :)

Good communication with staff. the facilites are however dated and there - location i did not like that there was mold in the wall corners. some furniture seemed dated. the beds are small and in the apartment for 4 persons there is sofa for 3 persons which does not make sence.
• Shih (7/5): Good - The kitchen, laundry machine and the area are pretty nice We stayed at this place for three nights, however the heaters only work for the first day and then it never worked again! I have contacted to the customer service but the problem was never really solved. Quite dissatisfied about this part, so not recommended if you are traveling in winter time.
• Lóránt (3/5): Poor - The accommodation was clean and tidy and the location is excellent. The usual room temperature is 21-22 degrees. The accommodation provider's remote-controlled automatic heating is set to a maximum of 19 degrees, but it was set to 18 degrees and only turned on at night. The water pressure is extremely low, so the boiler didn't even have enough pressure to produce hot water, so you could shower either in hot or cold water. If you can't stand the cold, don't choose this apartment by chance.
• Sandy (10/5): It was really ideal for us. - Yan met us and was very clear about logistics. Gave us some tips on the surrounding area. It was a unique one-cup coffee maker so it would have been very nice to have some pods there for us. We couldn't find them at the nearest grocery.

Highly recommend! - The location was outstanding...right around the corner from the park, from the underground station, close to restaurants, shops, etc. The property was clean, welcoming, and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The management company was very responsive. The toiletries supplied in the bathroom were incomplete (there were a few small bottles of shower gel but no shampoo) and were out of date (expired in 2021). I would suggest travelers plan to bring their own.
• Gabriele (9/5): Quiet, friendly apartment close to Vauxhall train station - Great location close to Vauxhall train station with train, tube and bus connections to city centre. Big apartment with eating space (table for 4-6 people), modern kitchen with washing machine. Both bedrooms where kind of small, but still with sufficent space. Quiet residental area about 10 minutes walk away from the train station. Restaurants and supermarket also in the area. Flexible with arriving/departure time and possibility to leave luggage there on departure day. For key hand over an agent showed up and explained the apartment which was nice. Bathroom was on the smaller side and could have been a little bit bigger.

• Timothy (7/5): This is clean well equipped and v comfortable flat. Quiet location and ideal for public transport. - great location, v quiet & perfect for public transport. Very nice kitchen and lounge area, nice bathroom and shower. Clean with nice linen. Service was excellent. We had some minor niggles which we fed back and I expect will be fixed. The double beds are comfortable but standard size so tight for larger adults. The flat is on the 2nd floor and no lift.

• Saurabhag (5/5): Not for Winter stays - It was a centrally located residence with decent amenities for the price. It was neat and tidy. The heating was not working properly, the nest thermostat was locked and temperature was set to 21 which made the house uncomfortably cold for us. Even after reaching host many times, we couldn’t get the issue resolved and had unpleasant sleep for 3 days. It’s pity that management company was not able to assist in any way.
