Our one-bedroom apartments located on the lower ground floor offer a fully fitted kitchen, private bathroom with walk-in shower, dining area, washer/dryer, dishwasher, crockery and all cooking utensils required. The sofa bed is available for additional occupancy at extra cost. There is no elevator access to the lower ground floor (approx. 12 steps). The option to have both of our one-bedroom apartments interconnecting is available.

- Wendy (10/5): Wonderful stay! - We absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed for a week in April, and it could not have been a better choice. The staff was warm, helpful, and easy to work with, and the apartment was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was perfect—just minutes from Harrods and an easy walk to major museums, parks, shops, and restaurants. It was one of those rare places that truly lived up to everything we hoped for, and we would happily stay here again. Nothing. It was a fantastic apartment.

Little things like the fresh bread, milk and orange juice are indicative of the way they treat their guests. Although this is a busy area (just behind Harrods) the apartment itself is quiet. Location is convenient to Tube and lots of shops, restaurants and grocery stores within easy walking distance.

We booked a two-bedroom apartment and stayed as a family—my parents, husband, our six-year-old, and me. Everything you need is just a short walk away: shopping, great restaurants, Hyde Park, museums, and public transport. I especially appreciated the 24-hour front desk and the well-stocked kitchen, which made our stay feel even more comfortable. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. I was spacious, spotless, and actually better than the photos! The staff were very friendly and responsive, which really added to the experience. Highly recommend for families looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in London! Nothing

It was clean, well made up, and beautiful inside. The reception desk was exceedingly helpful, made up the rooms daily, and even switched our clothes in the washing machine from wash to dry. I would love to stay here again next time I'm in London. Nothing, this place was amazing.
