• Pernille (3/5): Dårlig service, beskidt lejlighed, dog rigtig god og central beliggenhed. - Beliggenheden var perfekt. Dårlig service. Vi havde ikke fået mail med koden til lejligheden, så vi måtte ringe til udlejer som skulle sende mail med koden. Da vi kom ind i lejligheden er der kun redt op til en person, og vi havde bestilt overnatning til 3 personer. På sovesofaen var der et beskidt gråt lagen. Vi ringede til udlejer, som guidede til at der lå sengetøj i opgangen. I første omgang kunne vi ikke finde det og hun ville sende nogen for at se på det. Vi fandt sengetøjet og vi redte selv senge. Udlejer sendte efterfølgende 2 mænd, som skulle se på lejligheden, men vi afviste dem. Vi var på vej ud, og ønskede ikke at skulle sidde i lejligheden mens der blev gjort rent. Rengøringen skulle have været gjort INDEN vi kom. Der var beskidt i skuffer, under senge og sovesofa. Sovesofaen havde et knæk i midten, og var meget kort, så man ikke kunne ligge udstrakt på den. Efter afrejse skrev jeg til udlejer om hun ville bekræfte at alt var fint og at depositum ville blive betalt tilbage, da jeg var usikker på hendes ærlighed med de problemer vi oplevede. Jeg skrev 3 gange og modtog ikke svar. Nu har jeg fået depositummet tilbage, men lejligheden og servicen levede bestemt ikke op til forventningerne.
• Norvald Einar (7/5): Greit, men manglende forståelse for problemet med varmtvann på badet ble ikke tatt alvorlig! - Det var en lys og ok leilighet Selv om vi varslet om ødelagt armatur på badet som ikke lot seg stilles høyere enn 34 grader, ble det ikke fikset under oppholdet! I tillegg er dette i en veldig bråkete del av byen, som gjestene bør gjøres oppmerksom på!

• Preeti_410 (5/5): - Excellent location for this property as it is within walking distance of most places such as Covent Garden and all Soho attractions. Also close to public transport. It was also reasonably priced for Soho area, We didn't find the room very clean. There were flies in the room and the shower and kitchen area could have been cleaner.

• Lucía (5/5): Buena ubicación, descanso complicado - Lo único bueno es la ubicación Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue bastante agridulce Es cierto que el hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, pero está en una zona con pubs, y las ventanas no aíslan el ruido, por lo que hasta las 4 y media de la mañana vas a tener que escuchar ruido constante de las personas que están por la zona tomando algo. Si quieres asegurarte un buen descanso recomendamos llevar tapones de los oídos o dormir con música. Así mismo, uno de las camas que se ofrecen para el descanso de las personas que pagan la estancia, es un sofá súper incómodo, ya que mientras duermes (si lo consigues) se te va a clavar toda la estructura, y ojo si eres alto/a, yo midiendo 1.69cm se me salían los pies, por lo que tienes que dormir totalmente encogido. También cabe resaltar que el apartamento no estaba impoluto, ni si quiera pasable. El baño estaba medio sucio, las sábanas estaban sucias y con manchas… dejaba bastante que desear ya que el apartamento no es barato.

• BEATRIZ (4/5): 0 Dedicacion - Estaba súper centrico Se aprovechan de que están en una buena localización para poner un precio super elevado y dedicarle 0 a la limpieza. Nada más entrar el suelo estaba super pegajoso, tuvimos que lavar todo el menaje de cocina, las sabanas tenían manchas, lo único que se salvo fueron las toallas. Para rematar la tetera provocó un cortocircuito y tuvimos que andar trasteando en el cuadro eléctrico.

• Taşlıcalı (7/5): Çok merkezi, kolay ulaşılabilir keyifli bir yer. - Konum açısından çok güzel. Eğer benim gibi ilk kez tek başınıza seyahat ediyorsanız kalmak için güvenli ve merkezi bir konumda. Her yere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz, yakınında çok fazla restoran var. Ev çok rahat bir arkadaşınızla kalabilirsiniz ama 2-3 kişiden daha fazla kişinin kalması için uygun olmadığını düşünüyorum. Ev çok merkezi bir konumda ve çok işlek bir caddede bulunuyor. Akşamları gürültüden dolayı uyumakta zorluk çektim. Evde çift cam bulunuyor ama bu bile yeterli gelmedi. Bunun dışında her şey çok keyifliydi.

• olivier (8/5): bien globalement, ça aurait été parfait avec un peu plus de confort - échanges très sympathique avec l'hôte, quartier vraiment très animé et sympathique, la patisserie au rez de chaussée, la boulangerie gayl's a 100 mètre ainsi que la supérette au coin de la rue, la proximité de chinatown et covent garden, picadilly.... la salle de bain mériterait une petite rénovation (moisissures, plaintes qui se décolle), le canapé lit est très inconfortable, la bouilloire a fait disjoncté le compteur

BUT the accommodation wasn’t good… I’m not a snob and can cope with most things and my partner is more talced than me…. It when he said it was disgusting I had to listen . This accommodation was in a great location but it was so dirty and I can’t believe they would think people would pay and stay The couch and pillows were so stained .. just wash them the shower was dirty with left overs from the last people .. Kitchen didn’t use it … Bed was actually comfy but the sheets and bedding were stained !!! No normal tv but Netflix in French .. tv wasn’t an issue for us .. Very very noisy from about 6 am I had ear plugs so I was okay until I took them out Yes it smelt especially in the hall / stair way. Premier inn and the travel lodge in Covent Garden is cheaper and cleaner … My partner actually refused to go into the apt until he was ready to sleep…. ( luckily good pub down stairs ) Gutted as loved the area .. Dirty and not value for money …

• Shani (5/5): We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. Had I read previous reviews on this I would have booked elsew - Location was excellent. Walking distance to two subways and surrounded by restaurants, pubs etc. The bathroom was very dirty with mold all over the shower. Needs a really good scrub. The wall fan was completely blocked with dirt as in attached photo. The owners need to check the quality of their cleaning service!

• Martin (1/5): Terrible - Good location however I don’t usually leave reviews but felt I should share this experience. I booked this place because it had a washing machine but regret that decision. On both nights around 4 a.m., there were serious disturbances. Someone was hitting the communal downstairs door, and the main door to the room was so flimsy and gapped that it sounded like someone was trying to get in. The second night it went on for a long time and was very unsettling. Around the same time, the owner messaged me on WhatsApp asking when I was leaving, which felt completely inappropriate. There was also loud noise from people walking and stomping on the stairs. Overall, it didn’t feel safe or restful and I wouldn’t recommend it.

• Michal (7/5): מיקום מעולה אבל לשים לב שזה קומה 3 בלי מעלית - המיקום מעולה ממש קרוב לכל התיאטראות נמצא ממש באמצע בסוהו וגם קרוב לאוקספורד לא אהבנו שאין מיזוג אויר כמו כן אין מעלית החדר נמצא בקומה שלישית וגרן המדרגות צר ולא נוח היה לנו קשה מאד לעלות את המזוודות.
• Elga (8/5): Ottima sistemazione per passare qualche giorno in centro a Londra - La posizione é davvero perfetta, in centro a Londra nel quartiere di Soho, vicino ai teatri. Sia a piedi che con i mezzi tutte le zone di interesse sono davvero facilmente raggiungibili. L'arredamento della zona notte é molto carino, le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano bianchi (un plus perché così si può notare facilmente la pulizia della biancheria, in questo caso tutto era perfettamente bianco, nessuna macchia), inoltre il check-in é molto facile e il Wi-Fi funziona alla perfezione. Su alcuni mobili c'era polvere e il pavimento del bagno, un linoleum, non era ben sistemato. Con qualche piccola accortezza in più, la struttura potrebbe decisamente fare un salto di qualità!! Nel complesso é un ottima sistemazione!!

• Roseline (8/5): Appart en top emplacement ! - L’emplacement est extra - on peut faire tout l’hypercentre à pied. L’équipement est complet. L’appart est clean, et le lit très confortable ! Je reviendrai certainement, en étage plus bas :-) J’étais au 3eme étage sans ascenseur, escalier étroit donc difficile si grosse valise. Les soirées sont bruyantes car c’est situé au-dessus de bars/restaurants/terrasses. Les voitures klaxonnent… mais on est en général très fatigué, à faire les touristes.

The bathroom was filthy from the floor, the shower and the walls! I took a few photos and sent them to the owner. The whole place needs a deep clean. A very deep clean! And they have the cheek to take a security deposit. The place made me feel dirty!

• Faye (10/5): Great flat in a great location - Great flat in a great location. There is a separate kitchen and shower/loo. Very clean and I would definitely stay again. Comfortable bed. We stayed in flat 3… there were lots and lots of stairs so just a warning for anyone that can’t do stairs. It was quite noisy but we were in central London. Tea bags were provided but no milk - maybe you could leave a few long life milk sachets?

Be aware about surprises for extra money requests at last min. - great location, easy communication with friendly property owner, reasonably quiet (not easy in such place), all equipment required is there Dirty, very uncomfortable second bed, the bedding is not fresh. After confirming all details via booking.com and once time for free cancellation passed one day before checking in I was requested by the property directly to pay an extra "security deposit" of GBP 150. It is OK to do it BUT it must be disclosed from the begining.

• Lydia (6/5): noisy. - the location, the water pressure in the shower the noise. other tenants in the building not adhering to noise curfews. the apartment needs a FULL DEEP CLEAN and refurb. I can deal with noise on the street- that is expected, but the noise in the building was obscene. I complained many times to management company and nothing was done. I eventually had to march upstairs to knock on the door and tell the neighbours to be quiet- they were having very loud sex at 2am. no deep clean had been done when I arrived- there were plasters in the shower stuck to the walls 🤢 and dust everywhere. lots of holes in cupboards I was scared of mice. it was very cold and only 1 small heater in the bedroom provided.
• Chris (10/5): Great stay, has everything needed for a good accommodation. Great hosts. - Great location, not far from the action, in fact it’s right on the door step. Slightly small but hosts are very accommodating and friendly, we had an extra guest join us last minute and was no hassle whatsoever. It can be noisy but it’s not terrible.

• Charles (10/5): Location, Location, Location - Excellent location and much larger than other apartments in this price range in London. Is within 4-5 minute walking distance to the underground and food stores, and is less than 10 minutes from several big attractions near the theatre district. Includes a washing machine which was to have. Only thing we didn’t like was the stair way was fairly narrow and winding. The apartment is up 2 flights of stairs with no lift, so a little difficult to navigate with bags.

• Jacob (7/5): Great location, good value. - Excellent location and one of the less expensive options in the area. The beds were comfortable and the place worked out fine, for the little space, they make it work well. They need a next level clean on it. The shower in particular felt like it needs a scrub. The kitchen was also not too clean. Everything works, so I'd stay there again given the cost, location, but it could use some scrubbing.
