• Diane (10/5): Amazing luxury apartment in a fantastic location. - The size and cleanliness of the apartment, the space, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, very well equipped and maintained. Great location. The staff were very helpful and communicated from start to finish If I could think of anything it would be that each person could have had a hand towel each as well as a bath towel. Also maybe a large bowl in the kitchen for placing fruit in or mixing eggs for breakfast.

• Aira Lou Conde (9/5): Perfect Group Stay with Great Space & Balcony - We booked this as a last minute stay for a group of 9 girls for a birthday dinner/night out. The space was great for our group, everything was smooth and convenient - made getting ready and heading out super easy. Michelle was very communicative and provided clear, easy to follow self check-in & check-out instructions. The apartment was clean and it was a very pleasant stay. Having three bathrooms was a huge plus for our group and also lovely balcony space. Many shops/food places near by. Would recommend!

• Mona (10/5): Fantastiskt. - Stor rymlig lägenhet om man är många. Bra läge och närhet till tunnelbanan och bussar. Rikligt med restauranger i närheten. Bäddsoffan i vardagsrummet var inte okey att sova i.

Ottime bakery per la colazione nei dintorni Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un problema con la biancheria che era sporca. Ma contattando la struttura hanno subito rimediato. Diciamo che per 9 persone peró non si sta comodi purtroppo il divano letto era piccolo per due persone e una ha dovuto arrangiarsi sul divano ad L. L’ideale sarebbe 7.

• Anni Schumacher (7/5): Lovely break in London in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. - Spacious and in a great area. Good beds and a nice kitchen and common area. Only plates etc for 6 people so had to wash them after every meal. Dishwasher broken and not repaired during our stay.

• GALANI (7/5): - Ωραίο σπίτι, μεγάλο για 8 ατομα. Πολύ φιλικό το προσωπικό , εκπληκτική τοποθεσία, κοντά στο κέντρο και με μεγάλη ποικιλία εστιατορίων, φούρνου και σούπερ μάρκετ. Είχαν λίγες πετσέτες για όλους μας και τα κλινοσκεπαμσατα δεν ήταν και πολύ περιποιημένα,.
• Gary (9/5): Weekend away - We didn't actually stop in this one ,we stayed in another due to boiler breaking in this one , but one we stopped in was very spacious, had everything you needed and they also provided milk , wine, chocolates, very clean and comfortable and very homely If there was anything to dislike it was the location from where we wanted to go , but that's not a criticism on the property as this was outstanding I chose the area

• Energy Free srl (10/5): Eccezionale - L'appartamento è bellissimo, abbiamo soggiornato in 8, 6 adulti 1 bimbo di 6 anni e 1 ragazza di 16, tre camere da letto di cui due con bagno, la terza dovevi solo uscire dalla camera per trovare il bagno riservato, bella la zona giorno con tavolo per 8 e due divani grandi con TV e Netflix compreso, bene la cucina con pentole, piatti e posate, presente una macchina del caffè "senza capsule" e chiaramente tanto tè, presenti anche aromi, sale, aceto. Un alloggio molto funzionale in una posizione tranquilla vicinissima alla metro è a diversi supermercati. Tutto bene

• Robert (9/5): Excellent Choice in Central Location - Outstanding location, convenient to so much. On a quiet side street, just around the corner from all the shops and eateries on Queensway. Several underground stations within blocks. Easy walk to Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park, and Portobello Market/Notting Hill and more. The flat is bright and spacious, three bedrooms, two with en-suite, and a third bathroom just down the hall. Kitchen is well equipped. Enormous terrace w direct access from every bedroom as well as the public space. The staff was extremely kind and responsive and understanding to our needs. Minor details such as stains/marks on carpeting and small nicks and tears on the sofas. Decor a bit stark. But otherwise, a terrific option in central London.

Supermercados e outros serviços muito perto. Sugeria apenas a reparação de um dos autoclismos que perde um pouco de água e da janela de um dos quartos. Quando possível talvez mudar o chão que faz algum ruido. Mas tudo 5*

Large bedrooms. Shabby building stained carpet and scraps in the foyers. Hallway rugs in the flat needed shampooing. En suite bathrooms were tiny.

The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and easy. Perfect if there was daily change of towels and cleaning services. - The location is good If you are expecting daily cleaning services and change of towels given booking from a hotel website then here there isn’t. No cleaning services and no change of towels… I had to request as the bathroom floor towels were always wet after a shower.
• Li (4/5): Disappointed - It was spacious. Layout was decent. Cleanliness was poor. It was obvious housekeeping was way below mediocre. Example: the coffee maker had a used capsule and never cleaned, the stale milk stench was unpleasant. There was hair remnants in the bathrooms. Towels had old stains. The shower head holder was broken so taking a shower was inconvenient. One of the main deciding factor was air conditioning, but then it was clear they didn't service them. So much dirt and dust accumulated. Pillows were flat and lumpy. On the last evening, hot water heater broke down! To compensate for this they gave us time extension of 4 hrs on check out day. It helped but too many disappointments already built up.

And after TWO other bookings on a different Plattform turned out to be fraudulent listings, we were happy that this place actually existed. Mold growing in every bedroom, broken washer (fixed after requesting help), dirty, smelled bad, couldn’t use one of the bathrooms because the shower leaked into the flat below. Not enough dishes, glasses or cookware. Gigantic construction zone next door, with noise and street blocked off from 8am-5pm

The level of cleanliness in the apartment was of a really high standard, and the bedding was super comfortable and soft! It also featured some really modern and nice decor, which paired well with how spacious the flat was. The apartment was within walking distance to everywhere that we wanted to visit while in London. Overall our stay was great and we will definitely return! No faults! Everything was perfect :)

We had a great nights sleep in a nice big comfy bed we had everything in the apartment that we needed. I liked the location which was close to shops tube station and Hyde Park. Everything you needed right on your doorstep just around the corner from some lovely restaurant.
• Hamdaoui (9/5): Superb - I recently stayed at this apartment with my family, including my young children, and I must say that our stay was excellent in every aspect. From the very beginning the communication between myself and the host was great! I had experienced some worries about the apartment being suitable for my family, but the host promptly assured me that the apartment was fully equipped with everything you’d need while staying away from home, and I can confidently say that it was. The Check-In process was very smooth because the host had sent the instructions to access the property ahead of arrival, which was really helpful because I didn’t have to wait around before being able to access the property with my overtired children! The stay itself was perfect, the apartment is located closely to some amazing shopping locations, historical landmarks, and general tourist attractions, which meant that we could keep the whole family entertained! Truly such a great location within walking distance of some great days out. We also had a lovely meal at a quaint but lively restaurant located right under the apartment, so convenient! The apartment itself was cleaned to a really high standard and my expectations were exceeded with the facilities available. I personally appreciated the addition of the hot drinks machine, which was lovely in the morning, the large outdoor space, which my children enjoyed, and the extra bedding available in the apartment. The apartment is genuinely like a home away from home - which was exactly what we were looking for! We will definitely return if in London again. Thank you Ateeq for the wonderful stay. I’m
