• Roy (10/5): Sulla porta d'ingresso di Chinatown....!!! - Posizione invidiabile ad un passo da Piccadilly Circus e letteralmente sopra la porta d'ingresso a Chinatown. Appartamento ben curato, pulito, fornito di tutto e la terrazza è esattamente come da foto!! camere carine e comode e bel salone con cucina a vista ben attrezzata!! Si salgono due rampe di scale strettine ma è normale in un appartamento simile nel cuore della city. Agenzia perfetta nell'accoglienza e nelle risposte con check-in comodissimo tramite codice ingresso e check-out comodo e disponibilissimo.

• Dave (10/5): Excellent accommodation - will be back! - Flat was brilliant. Two seconds walk to heart of theatre land - perfect if you’re coming for the theatre. Flat was tidy, comfy and warm. Great space to relax after busy days in London, surprisingly quiet despite being on busy street. Will definitely be back! The only thing was the guest bathroom shower dripping, but other than that couldn’t fault it.

• Elena (7/5): Little noisey but spacious property - Large property, loads of space. Was super easy to contact staff and a speedy response time. Smack bang in the middle of china town so a little noisey. Unfortunately the AC unit has a hot air pipe that has to go out the window. This means the window is always ajar which means even more noise from the street

• Patrick (4/5): Wenn man sehr zentral in Chinatown wohnen möchte mit dem Ansinnen selbst kräftig und ausgelassen zu feiern, ist man in d - Super Lage mitten in Chinatown. Ausstattung prinzipiell ebenfalls gut. 1. Anders als in der Beschreibung KEINE Terrasse oder Balkon. Dies war jedoch eine der Hauptgründe unserer Buchung und somit waren wir letztendlich sehr enttäuscht. 2. Die Wohnung ist SEHR laut, insbesondere in der Nacht. Prinzipiell bei Lage mitten in einer der Haupt-Night-Life-Streets nicht ungewöhnlich, aber auch die genaue Lage der Wohnung wurde uns im Vorfeld nicht übermittelt. Es war zudem nicht möglich, zumindest die Fenster als Lärmschutz zu schließen, da die Abluftschläuche der mobilen Klimageräte an einem ca. 30cm offenem Fenteranteil fest montiert waren. Somit blieb uns nur mit Ohrstöppseln zu versuchen, ein wenig Schlaf zu finden. Dieser Versuch in einer Freitag- und Samstagnacht als Hauptpartyperiode gestaltete sich zudem jedoch schwierig. 3. Käufliche Liebe als Vergnügen ist sicherlich nicht grundsätzlich verwerflich. Das unmittelbar benachbarte Wohnobjekt scheint solche Gelüste zu befriedigen, führte jedoch insbesondere in der äußeren Erscheinung in den späten Abendstunden gegenüber meiner minderjährigen Tochter zu einer gewissen Erklärungsnot.

• Rachel (6/5): Great apartment but inconvenient way to get keys and first floor is actually up 2 flights - Nice size apartment and the kitchen is in a separate room and the curtains completely separate the bed from the living room The pick up was 10 min walk away And the apartment was up a lot of stairs I arrived at the address one hour after booking. When I found out it was a 10 minute walk away and there was no stairs I asked to cancel but they would not let me

• Muhammad (3/5): Will never book again! - Location Called multiple times for check in.. no clear answer .. all i was told that check in will be after 3 pm.. got call after 3 that you can collect key! had to walk to their office to collect key which is 10 min walk from apartment.. when i checked in cleaning staff was still there. Location is fine everything else is not worth the price.
• Yee (8/5): The location is very good, but more attention should be given concerning amenities and confort given - The location is very good. Can get the confort of a full kitchen. The bathroom is very slippery and should have given a non-slippery mat. Also, we were 2 Adults, 1 Child and 1 infant, the number of towels given were only 3pcs. There was no bathmat as well. For the long staff, more toilet tissue paper should have been provided. We got the folded bed, but, no bed sheet was provided for the sofa bed. We only got a duvet, with no cover as well.
• Adna (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation is in the very center of Chinatown. As a result, it is loud. But that didn't bother us. The apartment is nicely decorated, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to bus and metro stations. Our family had a great time here. It may be a little uncomfortable because you pick up the key at a different location. But everything is explained well, where exactly the key pick-up is located and they even send a video. Excellent communication with the owners.

• Don (1/5): Worst stay in London! - None. Please be aware that the apartment, including the toilet, was in much poorer condition as compared to photos shown on the website. It was cold in London but each bed had only 1 thin blanket. There were no additional pillows or blankets as bavk-up in the apartment. Given the poor condition and lack of amenities, prices were simply overpriced. Absolutely not suitable for families, especially elderly or children, or anyone who needs to rest, as the noise in the vicinity is from 11am till 3am! Worst stay in London!

The keys are in an office that is far from the apartment about 10 minutes walking 2. We wanted another duvet because we were 3 friends but they refused because in their role it is not allowed 3. There is a bad stairs but if you will be there all day it is ok 4. The bed is not comfortable But the apartment is not good at all I will be back

Hassle to Get the Keys ‏After a long flight, we had to drive 10 minutes to an office to collect the keys. The area is very busy, and it was difficult for the driver to find parking. ‏2. Narrow and Steep Stairs ‏We had a lot of heavy luggage (which is our fault), but the stairs leading to the apartments were very narrow and steep, making it difficult to carry everything. This detail wasn’t mentioned on the website. ‏3. Key Issue on Our Last Night ‏On our last night, we lost the keys to one of the apartments. It was 12:00 AM Thursday night, so we called and messaged the emergency contact number but received no response all night. We didn't hear back until 10:30 AM the next day, just hours before we were flying home. When they finally responded, they asked us to pay a €100 fee (which we understood was fair), but they refused to open the apartment until we paid. They didn’t send us the payment link right away, even though we kept calling and texting them to do so. After more than 30 minutes, they told us to wait for the "financial team" to send the link. Meanwhile, our check-out time was at 11:00 AM. We requested a one-hour extension due to the delay, but they refused to accommodate us, despite the fact that the situation was partly their fault for not responding to our emergency in a timely manner.

• Ivanna (9/5): A really great clean and extremely well appointed apartment. Excellent location and great responsive service. Would def - It was spacious and well appointed. The kitchen particularly was really well appointed with good cutlery, sharp cooking knives, crockery and glasses. Certainly significantly better than other apartments we have used in London this year. The location was excellent and great value for money given the location. It was a little noisy but the double glazed windows helped as did the fan and aircons which helped drown out some of the noise on the busy street below. We appreciated the service and were responded to quickly. The front door has a lock that was very tricky to lock and unlock and every time we came in and out which we found a little frustrating.

• Anna (8/5): Very good stay. Would stay there again but not in the summer as it is too hot. - Location was amazing, just on Leister Square and Piccadily Circus. Apartment was spacious and very clean. We have stayed for the week and in this time towels were not changed even once. I don’t need towels changing everyday but when it’s so hot they should be changed at least every 3 days. Especially that if they had 2 stays, 3 days each they would do cleaning and towels change anyway. So you are not appreciated for longer stays. Also when it is hot you can’t open window as it is very loud and the air con system is not working properly. You need to have windows open to make it work but then it’s horrible noise and smell of food from Chinese restaurants below.
• Mark (9/5): Loved every moment. - Loved the location. Loved being right in China Town and having the theatre district and so many other landmarks within walking distance. The studio apartment was spacious with the separate kitchen, down a few steps, making it feel bigger.

• William (6/5): Keys must be in the location of the property. - Absolutely unacceptable to have to Absolutely unacceptable to have to have to travel to different location in the west end to collect keys. Two separate UBERS. Loading and unloading of luggage I'm two places. Totally unacceptable. Pictures show the property with a balcony. There was no list of facilities on the booking website. We did not know which apartment we were getting.

• Ahmed (9/5): Superb - The location was great. The apartment was spacious, had every thing you need except proper air conditioning. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Communication was very easy. The roof top was the star for this apartment, yes not that great view, but was very spacious. Over all if you are going for a short period and looking for a prime location this is the apartment to go to, just a few steps behind the W hotel. The noise will never stop, so keep this in mind. Also as the location is in the middle of a restaurants area, the smell of the food was very strong. stairs were small, and might be difficult for some. The apartment was so hot, and would not recommend it in the summer. Yes you have to collect the keys from a different location also keep this in mind, but was not a hassle for us. would definitely stay again here in winter.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was extremely spacious and had great amenities. Many reviews have already said this but the location is hard to beat. You literally exit right into Chinatown and Leicester Square is less than a block away. There were two tube stations less than a five minute walk away from the property. The hosts were very helpful and were quick to respond when we had any queries. We’ll be back for sure!

Excellent staff, always there to reply to your questions. There is no lift in the building which would have been very helpfull for luggage carrying.
• Emmanouil (8/5): Very good experience, very helpful staff - The apartment is located in the heart of China town, very close to Soho restaurants and bars and also really close to metro station. The apartment's decoration was great and had all you needed to cook a meal. The staff was also very helpful, replying within minutes I stayed there 3 weeks and the apartment was cleaned twice. I believe it could be at least 3 times

• Manjit (8/5): It’s good value for money - The location is very good. It has fully equipped kitchen . It has lots of eateries around. The tube station is also close by. The host is easily approachable and gives prompt replies and excepts the requests . It doesn’t have lift to go up to the house. We had 3 big bags and had to pull them up .
• Ted (5/5): Passable - The location was in the heart (literally) of China Town and the West End district. Only one portable air conditioner which meant the window was partly open which let all of the noise form the busy street below in which made it hard to sleep. The place was smelly and stale.

• Anonymous (10/5): A great weekend break! - The property is so central. literally out of the door, and onto one of the main streets of China Town itself, also in very good access of Oxford St, Gay Village, and Leicester Sq. Location is perfect! Only one slightly poor comment I have about the whole stay… - we had Plates, bowls, cooking utensils and well a perfectly good working kitchen.. - but, we had no cutlery (forks, knives, spoons) so if you do go, take your own 😂

• Karen (3/5): Customer service needs improving & better soundproofing - The fact you have to walk 20 minutes with all your luggage just to pick up the keys, instead of somebody meeting you like other places do. We wasn’t pleased at all after waiting in red hot heat & ringing them numerous times after the check in time had passed we still had no keys. Then when you finally get your keys it’s as 20 minute walk before you can start your holiday. Also the noise from outside was horrendous so we hardly slept for 3 nights. Just a warning to anybody staying here remember to take ear plugs.

• Mona (3/5): Apartment well equipped but noisy and not air conditioned - location and services It is very noisy the street downstairs is full of clubs with people shouting till 4:30 am and as soon as they stop starts the construction noise and the garbage trucks . It is not air conditioned so we could not sleep .
