• Jessica Iantzen (4/5): - L'emplacement proche de tout commerces, et de camden market. 20min à pied de la gare St pancreas parfait Logement énormément de travaux à faire, WC cassé si on s'assoie dessus il risque de tomber du mur, douche baignoire bouché, évier boucher j'ai du le nettoyer moi même il était plein de cheveux c'était......, robinet qui bouge, lave vaisselle difficile à ouvrir, fuite et moisissures à 1 robinet, isolation très mal faite toute l'humidité rentre et on entend tout comme ci on était dehors, les charnières des placards cassés, poignée cassée, ..... Nous ne reprendrons pas cet appartement

• Vladimir (8/5): - The location is close to the tube and all you need is in the neighbourhood. I SUMPLY LOVE Camden. The apartment.ent is spacious and well equipped. We found even EU plug adapters. Two proper bedrooms and two bathrooms give you all the necessary comfort and privacy. Given that the setti of the part of the apartment is in the basement, the humidity was a.slight issue.

• Silke (8/5): - Die Lage ist super Wohnung hatte mehrere Mängel.Schimmel unter der Heizung in Schafzimmer 1. 2 Schranktüren in der Küche gingen nicht zu. Zimmertür zur Wohnung war der Türgriff ab. Balkontür war voll mit Aufkleberresten und knarrte beim Öffnen sehr laut. Scheiben auf dem Balkon sind oben nicht verbunden ( ABSTURZGEFAHR ) !!! Unten an den Balkonscheiben sind Risse. In einem Badezimmer stand unter dem Waschbecken Wasser auf den Fliesen. Beim Öffnen der Schublade fiell auf,wenn das Wasser läuft, leckt es in den Waschschrank. Er ist schon von innen aufgequollen. Beim Wäscheständer fehlte ein Bein. DAS DIESES KEINEN AUFFÄLLT !!! ??
• Stephen (8/5): Excellent ground floor apartment in the heart of Camden Town close to transport, shopping and services. - Amazing ground floor location, convenient to Camden, Underground/buses, supermarkets and shopping and food outlets. Good spaces, mostly well maintained. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen was good. Communication and responsiveness with homely team was excellent. No air conditioning for the hot summer days in London (seriously!). Some concern about security on the ground floor with windows open. Front step used as seating for smokers and those waiting for a bus. Water leak coming from under tiles in upstairs bathroom.

The location was absolutely ideal, close to everything we needed, with great access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. It had everything we needed for a short stay, and we felt right at home. What really stood out was the communication, any questions we had were answered almost immediately, which made the whole experience stress-free and smooth. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable place to stay!

• Ellie (10/5): Fabulous accommodation, great location for anyone wanting to visit Camden. Would recommend and will be definitely stayin - The apartment was clean and had everything we could need, great location. Downstairs was very hot but had plenty of fans to help solve this issue.

We did have a gre - The location closes to underground station and groceries.The cooking utensils are well equipped. The maintenance team are really fast to response to our requests. The check -in time is 15.00,however when we arrived at 15.15 and the cleaning was still in process. We’ve got the ground floor room and the basement level seems to be suffering from the dampness.The two bedrooms have a distinct smell of dampness. The appliances do not seem to be so clean..The fridge has a spoiled milk smell. The booking website states that there are 2 bathrooms ,but the actual room has only one bathroom and one powder room.

• Catalina (5/5): Overpriced - The location Bathroom falling appart, it was dirty and rusty the metal parts, there were towels behind the tap drawer and under the bathtub like soaking some leaking water?. One of the bedrooms has the gas tank and makes noise the whole night. The place has a smell. Very overpriced for what it is. I would not recommend it.

Very spacious apartment with comfortable beds, modern and very well equipped kitchen. Easy check in process and extremely responsive customer service. There were some damp / mould marks along the wall in one of the bedrooms.

• On (7/5): Good - Great location, many shops surrounding and easy to access to different landmarks in London. Rooms' size and facilities are good, suitable for groups of friends or family to stay.

Spacious apartment and plenty of bedding, towels and cooking utensils etc. Cleanliness was severely lacking. Hair on bedding, towel rails dusty, sticky surfaces and generally not clean enough. One sofa only so, for 4 of us not too comfortable really. Very damp in bedrooms which are in the basement so smell is musty.

• Lindademps (8/5): Family trip - Great location, clean, spacious bedrooms and toilets/bathroom. Balcony was too tiny to use and had broken slats on chair and table.
• Alicia (5/5): Great location but sub-optimal flat - So here are the good points: 1. Location. Really close to Camden Town underground and loads of buses so easy to get almost anywhere in London. Close to Regent's Canal, too, so good for walking/running. Plenty of bars and restaurants around and very lively area 2. The apartment was spacious, with enough room for three of us sleeping separately. 3. It was easy to get in to the apartment with the door codes I have used booking.com to book accommodation for a decade now and have stayed in a wide mix of accommodation all over the world. Only twice have I been asked for a refundable deposit and in both instances, the accommodation has not met my expectations. This booking is one of those occasions. In future, if a host asks for a refundable deposit, I shall cancel my booking as, in my experience it flags up an issue with previous guests. Both times I've been asked for a deposit, there has been broken/inadequate furniture or fittings. We stayed downstairs, in apartment 154b. Here, the blinds in the main living area were broken, letting in light at night. It is an issue if you're using the sofa bed. The standard lamp didn't work. One of the electric plug points wasn't properly fixed to the wall. The small table and a chair on the tiny balcony were broken and unusable. The standard of cleaning was very average. The glass tabletops were smeared and didn't look very clean at all. There was a large cobweb in the upstairs loo, the extractor fan was full of dust, the windows were dirty and filthy finger prints of previous guests are very visible on the staircase. Some of the amenities you'd expect as standard or were advertised as included were missing: the shower in the bathroom was over a bath and no rubber mat was provided. I'm fit and agile, but very nearly slipped over in the bath. I couldn't locate the hairdryer and don't remember finding a tea/coffee maker. Almost every place I have ever stayed has included enough tea or coffee to be able to make at least one drink on arrival. Here there was nothing at all. I didn't appreciate having to pay extra to check in/out earlier or later or to leave luggage and the verification process was over-engineered. Why on earth do you need photo ID? Overall, everything was a little bit tired and sub-optimal, and I didn't feel we got value for money.

• Corrine (8/5): Very good - Location was good. Close to shops and transport. Nice little touch of teas and coffees etc and even some little drink juice sachets which were very handy as didn't need to travel with tubs of juice etc. The biscuits were very gratefully received as kids and hubby were a little peckish so they could have a snack. Very helpful staff when we had issues and a nice gentleman came out to sort out the bathroom door which turned out to be a false alarm. There was a stain under the sink in the upstairs bathroom but this wasn't a major issue. we had an issue getting in the first evening as code wasn't issued to front door and it would be nice for a jug or a microwave pot to heat stuff up as didn't really want to use the stove to heat up all the time. Nothing major really.

I could not find sheets for the sofa-bed (very uncomfortable as well) and downstairs was cold since the heaters seamed not to work as properly as upstairs. The kitchen lack of some utilities ( only 4 forks, not enough plates, etc)
• Vasileios (7/5): Good - The location of the apartment was amazing, Camden Town is a lively neighborhood full of vibes and the market was great! The apartment is pretty comfortable for 4 people. The check in and check out process was easy. The first night half of the radiators in the apartment were underfunctioning while the rest of the radiators were not working at all. As a result we spent a pretty cold night. I mentioned this issue to the host from the previous afternoon and someone came to the apartment next morning to check them. He only managed to make the underfunctioning radiators to work properly but the rest (in the one bedroom and in both bathrooms) continued to not work at all. Hopefully the working radiators managed to keep the whole apartment in a good temperature. Another issue was that the amenities offered were so limited. For example we were 4 people who stayed there for 3 nights and we were only given three rolls of toilet paper in total for the whole stay. Also the dispensers in the toiler and the bathroom were all empty... And a bottle of water in the apartment would be also appreciated. In general, the cleanliness can be improved. With that minor improvements I believe that they can make the guest experience much better!

• Andrea (8/5): Excellent position, clean and perfect home to stay in London - the position. the metro is 100m far away and there is a bus stop next to the door. the home is very nice, with two bathroom (one without shower), a kitchen, a dining room and two bedrooms downstairs. there lots of restaurants/bar near the property and there is also a big supermarket 200m away. it was cold downstairs. we had a problem with radiators in one bedroom but it was repaired very soon by the staff. the last day, before our departure, the sockets were short-circuited so we couldn’t do the breakfast and we washed ourselves with cold water. the mattress of the sofa was too slim and uncomfortable

The unit also got a washing machine and dryer. During the new year, upper floors play loud music until 1 a.m. +/-. I did not get good sleep that night.

Wouldn't stay here again. - Very convenient to tube station, grocery store across the street and restaurants Extremely noisy at night from people gathering on the street right outside the apartment late into the night. Also very stuffy and damp so had to leave the bedroom door open to the street to get some air. This made street noise worse. Fan in bedroom was broken. Also shower divider needs to be caulked. Water leaks all over bathroom floor.

• Hubert (8/5): A good place to stay, ideally located for exploring London, but mind the noise levels. - A code for the doors was communicated in advance, as was essential information about nearly everything. The homely team are quick, friendly and efficient in responding to questions. The appartment is ideally located for exploring the city. Great living area and access to a roof terrace (which is undeer construction currently), good kitchen. Two bathrooms. Camden Town station two minutes away, Camden Road station five minutes way, lots of places to eat and take away, buses to everywhere. The appartment is within 30 minutes of all museas, parks and sight of central London. Get your Oyster card and go! The entrance to the appartment was blocked with several big linnen sacks which we had to remove ourselves in order to gain access. When we came in we found that part of the linnen had not been refreshed, there was linnen missing, old towels in bathroom. The homely team reacted as they should and solved this quickly and efficiently — service matters most when things do not go well (which can happen). Thanks! There were no further issues. The front bedroom needs better soundproofing in order to keep out the noise from Camden night- and streetlife. Other bedroom and living have normal and acceptable level of big-city-streetnoise in the background.
