- Amanda (5/5): The apartment was basic and generally clean. It was let down by the shower & few missing items - The location was great for what we wanted, I had booked on a course, and the apartment was a 10 minute walk away, which was great. The bed was clean and comfortable. The main room was clean and there was ample storage for clothes. The kitchen had everything we needed apart from a tea towel. There was no problem with noise from other guests. We did not use the shower during our 3 day stay - there was mould around the base, it generally didn't appear clean and neither of us could bring ourselves to use it. If we did want to use it - there was no bath mat, so one of the 2 towels available would have had to have been used on the floor. We did not need to use it - but the toilet brush was obviously previously well used.... There was no tea towel provided in the kitchen. The T.V remote control did not work.
- Tabone (1/5): Bad - Water started coming out of the light bulb, we were then moved to another room after complaining regarding safety, the next day while we were touring london we were forced to go back to the accommodation to make room for other guests and return to our previous room. Spent 3 days no fresh towels only to have them given pilled up on the last day.

- Tom (2/5): Good rest but awful communication and overall experience - I had a good nights sleep, the bed was freshly made with towels etc. Door handle was completely broken, I didn’t get my door access key until 8pm (my check in was at 4pm) so I was stranded without a place to stay until this time.
- Emily (7/5): Had everything we needed, good value for money. Good location. - Good location, close to tube station, Sainsburys 5 mins away. Had everything we needed. Area felt safe, we were in a room around the side, which was quiet. No teatowels, hand towels or bath mat. Corridor up to room a bit dirty. Generally a tired look about it. Milk on arrival would have been lovely.
- Kev (1/5): avoid at all costs. - location wasn’t bad. the property isn’t what was advertised. none of pictures were remotely accurate to the room provided. lots of items listed as facilities missing. no oven no toaster not on ground level not detached no outside area no dining area. 2nd apartment offered the exact same with exception there was a toaster but room was filthy. owner tried telling me they have multiple rooms yet also confirmed none of them have the facilities booked. offered a refund so went elsewhere and paid again for them to refuse and booking . com doing nothing about it. absolute disgrace. can honestly say this is the worst place I have ever stayed.

No close amenities foyer had a ladder and boxes laying around .. does booking .com inspect these sites before adding them to the list..could not stay and cost us a lot of money to find other accommodation. Cab driver didn't even want us to stay there.would not recommended this to anyone.!!!
