Guest Reviews
- Mingde (3/5): Bara för att övernatta - Läget är utmärkt, mycket centralt och lätt att ta sig utåt. Utrustningen är mycket gammal, det finns inga soffor att sitta i och det är väldigt högljuddt på kvällen.
- Lyndon (9/5): Great location, good value for money and response was quick and helpful - Location and great value for money Access was hard until we understood it
- chris (1/5): Really disappointed as it put our whole weekend out after the host cancelled us 1 hour before check in - The flat got cancelled 1 hour before we could check in. We had to try to find someone else at the last minute. Not only did we end up having to pay more, we ended not in the area we wanted to stay in. I

- Bergmans (7/5): Genoten in een goede accommodatie. - Perfecte ligging Geluid/rumoer in de avond vanaf straat
- Ken (9/5): Comfortable accommodation in a great location at a reasonable cost 😊 - Great central location l. Timer switches in hallway went out too soon.
- alfred (6/5): Our biggest disappointment was this property is advertised as an Apartment which is slightly misleading,It is in fact tw - Location for site seeing was absolutely perfect The Noise from outside is quite bad as this property has no double glazing and both bedrooms are at the front of the property. If your a light sleeper I would recommend ear plugs
- christine (7/5): - Very close to theatres and restaurants. In a vibrant part of the city. Easy to access property via keysafe. Bedrooms spacious and beds very comfortable. Kitchen well enough equipped with coffee machine etc . Microwave and hob but no oven. Toiletries in bathroom and things like salt and sugar in kitchen.
Flat itself quite well cleaned and bedding good. Everything could do with refurbishing, especially hall and stair carpet. Chairs in kitchen very wobbly, flooring cracked, shower door leaked that sort of thing. Most of all, the windows needed double glazing. We knew the area would be noisy at night, but the single glazing means you really need earplugs.
- Sandra (8/5): Recommend the area, everything is close and lovely restaurants nearby too. Clean linen and plenty of towels. Great value - Great location, lovely and clean. A bit noisy but expected for the area. Also good value for money It would have been nice to have had a seating area but we were out most of the time so it didn’t matter.

- Ray (8/5): I'd certainly return - Fantastic location! Easy check in and excellent communication with the host.
- Les (7/5): Perfect Location But If your looking for a Luxury stay this isn't the place. NICE - This property is all about the location, perfect for my work location, perfect for anyone exploring London. Even a heavy sleeper will fail to get a full nights sleep, so either join the party or invest in some kind of ear defense.
- Dirk (5/5): all in all great for a visit of central London. Nice Bar's, restaurants and Pubs nearby - Top Location in the Heart of Soho could be a little bit cleaner
- Keely (9/5): Superb -
- Phil (4/5): We did enjoy our stay even after saying all of the above but not sure I would stop there again - It’s location in the middle of Soho Very small flat. Nowhere to sit other than dining chairs in the very small kitchen. There wasn’t a sitting room or lounge. No sofa, No TV in the property. Electrics kept tripping each time we put the kettle or coffee maker on. The light in the kitchen took 2-3 minutes to come on when you pressed the light switch which isn’t ideal when you come back from a night out in the dark. Stairwell cluttered with cleaning materials
Due to it being a cold weekend we needed to have the electric heaters on which probably contributed to the power tripping
- Cotton (8/5): I would definitely use this apartment again. - Fabulous location for a bustling city break. It couldn't be any more central. Plenty of amenties within a few steps, restaurants, shops, nightlife, etc. Excellent access to transport links. The apartment was clean, warm, and relatively spacious for central London. Very comfortable beds and plenty of towels provided. Stairwell and apartment interior is a little basic and probably due a refurb. However, it was not unpleasant and did not detract from our enjoyment as we were out most of the time. Some tea bags would have been appreciated.
- Çağın (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (8/5): Brilliant location - The location was amazing, no need for taxis and v near everything we did. The standard of decor and finishing could have been better. A mirror in both bedrooms would have been good, as would a plug in the bathroom sink.
- Victoria (5/5): Passable -
- John (3/5): I wouldn’t hurry back - Location was good Key drop was late and couldn’t get in contact with anyone to tell me what was going on.
No Power on day 2 , again couldn’t get in contact with anyone. Had to find and fix it ourselves. It took 8 hours for a response.
Washing machine leaked and had faulty front door. Wouldn’t open after cycle.
Light in kitchen took forever to come on after switch turned on
Door to bedroom adjacent to kitchen gets stuck when fully shut. Very difficult to open.
- Lee (7/5): Good -
- Jochen (7/5): Good - the property is really located perfectly to visit London, in the middle of Soho there are many bars and clubs next to the property and the nights are really noisy (especially on weekends)
- Stacy (8/5): Central comfortable rooms. - Very central, very clean and comfortable beds. No mirror in one of the bedrooms. There was no hairdryer as stated. Think it should be made clear there is no living space.
- Sharon (7/5): Good - Great position, clean and very comfy beds. Quite noisy at night but still slept well.
- Christopher (8/5): Very great location in SoHo, great if you aren’t planning to spend much time in the room. - Location was amazing. Hosts were very communicative. Very tiny, shower door did not close all the way.
- Kelly (9/5): Cute little flat in a vibrant street in Soho. Small but perfect for our needs in a great location. - Great location
- Julie (8/5): Enjoyed accommodation, everything clean from stairwell to our rooms. Can’t complain. It’s small but it’s London and it s - Location was great
- Michael (8/5): Excellent stay in a superb location. - Superb location in the heart of Soho. Comfortable beds, clean. Up lots of stairs, very noisy at night, no tv. None of these were a problem for us but could be for some people.
- Maurice (2/5): Great location - apartment badly in meed of renovation/repair. - Location Broken doors. Broken kitchen drawer. Broken shower door. Broken windows (dangerous to open). Broken kitchen chairs.
And no living room at all!
- Samantha (9/5): Superb -
- Alan (9/5): Superb - Clean and comfortable. Location is excellent for theatres and shopping. Comfy beds and decent shower. Gaining access was easy due to concise instructions from host. Quite noisy outside at night but we were too tired to be kept awake by it. Both beds had footboards that aren't ideal if you're over six foot.
- Gregory (8/5): Very good - Location. Quiet in evening.. good restaurants and theaters close by me Power went out when using the washer. Took some time to find the switch box and flip the circuit breaker.
- Alison (7/5): Central location close to all the action - Fantastic very central location Because of the lovely central location it is noisy… so take ear plugs!!!
- Walker (10/5): We had an amazing stay - Very clean, you could smell it was clean as soon as entering and the beds were very comfortable with fresh clean sheets.
The location was perfect for us everything we needed on our doorstep or a short walk away. We did Uber to a few popular tourist attractions too which was very simple to do. Our main purpose of visit was to watch a show at His Majesty’s Theatre and with this being right around the corner almost the location suited us nicely!
We arrived early and so messaged to see if it happened to be ready I received a reply almost immediately to say it was and that we we’re welcome to check in early so this was lovely. We also had a late showing at the theatre and so asked if we could have a late check out. It so happened that it wasn’t booked for the Sunday and so we were able to use the flag until our show which made things a lot less stressful for us. We feel they really went above and beyond for our stay and would definitely recommend this lovely flat. We didn’t find anything negative at all about our stay. There was some noise early hours from the streets but that is to be expected and it didn’t wake or bother us we only noticed when getting up in the night to go to the toilet.
- Inna (10/5): Lovely city break - Location perfect ! Carpet in hallway so first impression was bit worrying but after walking to apartment was great
- Gillian (8/5): Very good -
- Sian (7/5): Good - We really liked the location and it made everything really easy to get to. Was a cozy little flat and we were made to feel welcome. The only thing I would say, is one of the bedrooms is very noisy as there's a gap in the bedroom window so when the night life gets going, it's hard to get a full night's sleep.
- Harold (8/5): Very good - Location for a family occasion was perfect. Lovely beds and roomy. Check in is 3pm. We arrived 5 pm and there was no key in the lock box. We managed to get to the apartment and the cleaner was still....cleaning and had the keys. We waited for 20 mins so she could finish. It had been a long day and this was not what we expected.
- Ke (9/5): Superb -
- Rich (5/5): Location was the best part of this property - Apartment was in a great location and clean. The beds where comfortable very basic The entryway and stairs were filthy and smelly to the point of almost vomiting.
There was no key in the lockbox when we arrived and nobody answered my messages right away so that’s was very stressful as we all stood outside on the sidewalk with no idea what was happening.
- Rebecca (8/5): Overnight Stay in London - Location is perfect for visiting London's West End. Easy access to Underground services and bang in the middle of everyrhing if you want to walk.
The flat was very clean and ideal for an overnight stay. Good sized rooms...lovely clean sheets and towels.
For London the price was reasonable.
A radio would have been nice ...
If you use this place to stay longer than a few days please note there is no TV... for families with kids visiting from outside the area also note the area is very lively way into the early hours. Fine for what we needed but perhaps not ideal for everyone.
- S (9/5): Great. Central location with great facilities. - Location is excellent. You are not in the middle of Old Compton Street so it's not as noisy as you might expect. The bars shut at around 1am so after that it was quiet. We didn't need to use ant public transport at all as you could walk to Covent Garden, Oxford St and of course to Soho. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean with clean bed linen, toilet rolls and towels provided. My only criticism was the shower head had a missing holder so you could not hang it at a level suitable for a woman's height. There was one at a higher level. The water pressure isn't high so you needed to hold the shower head manually in order to get showered.
- John (9/5): Superb - Lock box worked great, and there was someone available for us to drop off our bags prior to check in time.
- Jeremie (7/5): Would stay here again. 2am noise and amall size all well established in reviews and was aware. Stay met expectations. - Terrific location! Tiny, noisy, stairway a mess.
- Cindy (8/5): Quaint 2 bedroom soho flat with kitchen - We loved the location. Close to so many tourist attractions and good restaurants! We arrived on a Monday and celebrated my daughter's 22nd birthday by eating at the Italian restaurant downstairs before walking to His Majesty's Theatre to see Phantom of the Opera! Chinatown was right around the corner with great restaurant options and beautifully decorated streets. Great pubs nearby. Places to visit close by were the British Museum, Buckingham Palace, St. James Park, Trafalgar Square, the Theatre District, further away but still walkable, were Westminister Abby, Big Ben and the London Eye. The 2-bedroom flat allowed us to make our own breakfast and coffee. A washing machine and laundry soap were provided which allowed us to wash our clothes and hang to dry on an expandable rack. Bathroom and shower were a little small for 4 people but overall it worked for us as a family. The streets can be noisy at night but all good for the location. By closing the window and having air conditioning we just used a sound machine to drown out the noise. I would stay here again. If traveling with others the cost could be split and very affordable! Bathroom needed updating. The sink filled up with water and the toilet seat needed to be replaced. Light switches and electrical were very, very confusing. Would be nice if they were labeled and had instructions listed instead of turning things off and on to figure them out.
- Grace (8/5): Party person or during off-season, great. - Large refrigerator/freezer and washer. Location, location, location With AC best apartment, there are no exceptions, but with NO Air Condition and specifically no fans, the apartment was a bit uncomfortable and too loud.
- Jadwiga (8/5): Nice place to stay when visiting London. - I liked the location of the appartment in the middle of everything.
I liked the kitchen ready to use.
I liked the washing machine.
i liked also the big rooms and confortable beds. I had problems with keys : doors did not close properly.
I would appreciate some directions on arriving to the appartment : how to switch wifi on, how to switch on warm water in the kitchen, etc etc.
- Tracey (6/5): Pleasant -
- Daniela (7/5): Fantastic location for experiencing London and Nightlife. - Great location for sightseeing in London.
Clean facilities, nicely decorated.
Hosts incredibly available for all problems/questions and were very accommodating when we had to reschedule short notice due to sickness of one family member. Allowed us to reschedule the trip at no extra cost (pure goodwill with no legal obligation to do so) Loud neighborhood on weekends (central soho), but great if you plan on going out.
Lights in kitchen/entrance not working and shower cabin not well fitted - leaks into bathroom.
- John (9/5): Everything I read before my trip about this place in Booking.com is true and there was no surprise. - Excellent location, very close to shop, dine, major attractions, Tube. Informative & Friendly Host, Welcome slippers were pleasant surprise. Smooth Wi Fi connection Tight shower room, maybe adjustable shower hose holder plus. Hand sink & Kitchen sink drain issue, hope it was repaired.
- Felix (10/5): Exceptional -
- Igor (9/5): I can highly recomment this appartment for others. - I've got a message several hours before rental was started with full instructions how to get the keys from the lock box. All was good, no troubles.
Flat is located in the HEART of SOHO, restorants and bars from cheap to expensive, clubs, shops, everything in maximum 10 minutes walks, many are just downstairs from flat, literally UNDER the flat.
Flat was clean, 2 badrooms and a kitchen, kitchen was clean and equiped with all required devices - microwave, electrical pot, toaster, laundry machine. Towels were clean and well ironed, bads were clean and soft, etc.
Both badrooms and kitchen also were equiped with electrical radiators, so it was pretty warm in the flat. Both keys looked very similar, first 2 days I was always picking a wrong one first :-)
The only REAL disadvantage was that it was COLD in a bathroom, I had to turn on hot water for a while to make it warmer before taking shower. But that is natural due to the season and weather.
- Matt (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julie (8/5): Excellent location - It was in the centre of everything. So we could walk to the shows and restaurants. Train station etc . Nothing really
- Katrina (6/5): Pleasant - The location is amazing. Bedrooms are decent size and are set up nicely. No living area and tiny kitchen, no air-conditioning and the stairway to the apartment had an awful horrible smell.
- Hi (10/5): WOW OMG Staying in London, then look no further than this cosy apartment says this Aussie - Host was excellent on communication and offering assistance. My bags lost by Air France prior to arrive in UK, host gave me personal number and said Air France could phone if they needed contact, Sadly one bag lost but host excellent. Apartment is two bedrooms good size no lounge room and small eat in kitchen. there is no TV but wifi is excellent for streaming, however, you wont need TV as you are truly in centre theatres within minutes walk, outside your door is Old Crompton Street well it leads evweywhere. Tube are several best one we found was Tottenham Court Road, on central line 5 minute walk only. It also has lifts for bags etc. Apartment is on second floor and whilst a pain it was not problem as stairs are wide and easy to manage even if slowly. Beds comfy, clean and pillows good towels provided and washing machine excellent. a hand out dryer (not electric) was used and clothes dried over night
. Kitchen has everything, except oven but we manged very well. Large fridge. Grocery Store only just past tube so five minutes Sainsburys and a big one or small one opposite direction but still only 5 minutes. You will not find a better location and apartment to stay in London if you want to be in absolute centre, BUT it come with a little give, that it it can be very noisy at all hours usually between midnight and 4am however, it did not disturb me nor stop me from sleeping but hey I could sleep through a cyclone, BUT BUT BUT if you want centre of London as your play ground then this is the apartment you need to book. We saw 6 shows in our five days there. We attended the Abba show and other great theatre just on that if the show is a real hit then pre-book but if not then suggest you go to theatre box office daily and buy your tickets cheaper and some were excellent seat like last night there Mary Poppins 50 pound tickets and in stalls in centre and excellent sight. Poppies, fish and chips is out the apartment door turn right cross the road two block down
