• Yoshiaki (7/5): ウィンブルドンの会場に近く、良かったです。 - 3LDKの部屋はどれも広く快適でした。 また、質問等の回答は迅速で、助かりました。 シャワーの出が悪く体を温める事が出来ませんでしたので、ゴミ箱にビニールを敷きお湯をためて身体を洗いました。また、冷凍庫が霜まみれでスーパーで購入したものをしまう事が出来ませんでした。冷蔵庫の中は一度整理した方が良いと思います。
• Ziggy (8/5): Good - Keys were easy to collect and location was good. Host was easily reachable and promptly answered any questions. Good value for money. Shower was cold and took a little while to heat up, and the sink in the bathroom was broken meaning water was running constantly, which was annoying in terms of sound but aside that all good.
• Jacquline (10/5): Great stay, wonderful host - Everything was as described, spacious and clean. Hugo was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend. Nothing!
• John (10/5): Great location, comfortable place, great host. - We had the pleasure of staying in the place for 10 days. The location, just a short walk to the Southfields tube, was ideal for us as was easy access to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. The spacious apartment was spotless with brand new carpet and every convenience. And so comfortable — from the cozy living room to the restful well-appointed bed! (Bookshelves to browse were a bonus!) Our wonderful host had left “instructions” for everything about the rental and also recommendations for the neighborhood.

• Natalie (10/5): Cozy - Hugo was easily contactable, friendly, and helpful. The apartment was super cozy, incredibly clean and festive with the Christmas tree and lights. It was a perfect base for showing my brother from the US around London. It had parking and not far from the tube station. Since my family had been travelling, they appreciated the washer and dryer. I cannot provide any criticism or constructive feedback :)

• Kubra (9/5): Convenient stay - It was clean and spacious. The train station and shops are at close proximity. There is a 5 minute steep walk from the train station to the apartment - can be difficult with luggage.

• Melody (10/5): Wonderful apartment for a small group. - The apartment was clean and spacious. We had more than enough room for the 4 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, microwave, cooking utensils, flatware, glasses, coffee cups. We didn't use the terrace, but we were able to open the door to let in a cool breeze. The apartment also has a washing machine, which was very convenient. Free parking was a bonus - there were plenty of empty spaces when we arrived. It was a short walk to the Southfields tube station and to the center of town. We were able to walk to the M&S Foodhall to buy groceries. Hugo was a great host - he stayed in constant contact with us. Accessing the keys was easy and convenient.
