• Andreas (8/5): Perfect location to explore London for a fair price. - Perfect location. 2 min from Vauxhall. Super place to visit London. Landlord answers very quickly and polite. Perfect with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Little kitchen with beautiful view. There was nothing to complain. We would get there again.

Little things like a door handle missing and batteries for the remote were annoying. It’s a nice apartment but could do with a clean and some comfortable furniture

• Ash (10/5): Amazing home away from home, definitely will return - The location was the beat thing. It is amazing, next to Voxhaull underground and rail station (literally few steps away). Good size apartment with all necessary facilities like washer, dryer, fridge, kitchen utensils. Everything you need. Comfortable beds, living area, and kitchen. Thanks to Reshan, who made the checkin process so easy. There is a portable air conditioner and fans , but there is no central air condition.

• Ilcox (8/5): apartment was as expected wonderful views and location perfect - furniture minimal and cheep washer not clean balconies not particularly clean one cluttered stove n counter not cleaned well tv remote had no batteries and took a few days to figure out why tv wouldn't work no biggie didnt need it anyway
• Bridget (8/5): Good value apartment with a great location. Communications with the host ahead of arrival - Great location property, very close to the Vauxhall tube stations and Thames Uber stop. Well equipped kitchen that looked like it was rarely used. Good space for family of four. This is a high use apartment and showing signs of wear. There was significant water damage to the bath panel in the main bathroom, the door handle in the second bedroom was very loose and about to come off, the master bed mattress was very tired and soft.

• Shahyra (10/5): I would definitely rebook this stay when I have the chance to go to London again! - My family and I absolutely loved the place! Not only it had an amazing view of the River Thames and Vauxhall Bridge, it’s location is strategically and conveniently placed near the Vauxhall Tube, National, and Bus Station! Personally, the first thing I would look at is the bathroom and it is spotless! Super clean 💕 My mother was also happy that there was a washing machine and dryer included so that’s a plus! The flat has a wonderful cozy feel to it with sufficient heating throughout! The host and cleaner were also amazing people that actively checked in on us during our stay and responds really quickly in comparison to other hosts that I’ve connected with. The instructions they provide is super clear and the check-in and check-out process was smooth! Absolutely worth it and would definitely recommend There’s not much to criticise on since there’s way more good and barely any bad
• Richard (5/5): Overall it was ok…upgrading the beds and linen and showing all also - The flat had a tube station below apartment block. The view was good however the photo taken on booking.com does not show all the apartments all around the balcony which is misleading to me. The keys weren’t ready on time. The bed sheets needed upgrading and the beds. There was a safe but didn’t work.

• Ilze (10/5): Great place for London sightseeing holidays for family - Beautiful apartment in a great location overlooking the Thames. The apartment is located in a busy but at the same time quiet area. Has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen area. It is close to London's notable sights. Big Ben and the London Eye within walking distance for 30 min. Right next to the Vauxall metro station and the Tesco express grocery store. Great place for family London sightseeing holidays. Thank you.

• Lemelyn (8/5): Good as the owner is very good in responding to our questions. Location is great. the apartment is clean but looks old - The responsiveness of the owner. Easy to communicate with. Location is just right at the tube, train and buses stations. Grocery stores and coffee shops shops nearby. Masters bedroom looks good and the view from the living room terrace as well. No mirror in the other bedroom. TV is not smart (can’t go to tube, Netflix, etc). The apartment need refurbishment to have a wow factor. Kitchen utensils are old.
• Raz (10/5): Perfect - The host was extremely accommodating to all our requests with instant response by WhatsApp. We received above and beyond service to cover all our needs, including a very positive attitude to accommodating exceptions which were not included in the engagement. The apartment is well equipped with everything needed for a few days stay, including a fridge, stove, dishwasher, laundry machine and a dryer. Not Applicable. Was excellent.

The bathrooms were good. Clean and comfortable apartment. The washer and dryer were handy. Value was very good. The host was responsive to questions and shared a lot of useful information. No complaints at all.

The views are amazing, there are 2 terraces, it is 2min from Vauxhall station and it has great access to many places for food and shopping. Building is very secure and looks great. The place could do with a refresh of furniture but overall was good.

It was conveniently located near the Vauxhall tube station, restaurants, and grocery markets. The flat was clean and perfectly suited for us. We enjoyed the view of the river. I highly recommend staying here.
• Félix (9/5): Comfortable and beautiful view in London - Excellent location, close to bus and subway station. Beautiful view of the river Thames and Vauxhall bridge. The host always available to respond any doubt we had. The building complex was nice and secure. We missed an extra chair in the dining room or an extra armchair in the living room, but everything else was good. The flat needs some refurbishments (one of the lights of the kitchen doesn't work for example), but in general it's an excellent place to spend with the family.

• Pavlo (6/5): Good view and location, but dirty - Great view on Thames, good location (25 minutes walk to Westminster palace), two separate rooms and bathrooms, quite at night It was dirty when we arrived - shower with hair by the drain, the bed linen smelled of sweat, unwashed stove in the kitchen, stinking dishes in the dishwasher, and so on. We cleaned everything by ourselves. Two times we couldn’t get inside the apartment, when the cleaner locked the door on the locker to which we didn’t have keys. Both times we couldn't reach the owner and waited for several hours, the first one to midnight The apartment requires renovation

• Gayle (3/5): Disappointing is an understatement - On a positive side the views are good and the apartment is convenient to transport on the river. The washing machine broke down and owner offered to have someone came and repair it that day. We said don’t worry just fix before next people book in. The owner was easily contactable and he offered us a late check out which was appreciated. I booked this property as a surprise for our friends 40th wedding anniversary. I really don’t like giving negative reviews at all. The photos showed a magnificent apartment in fabulous condition. The real story is it’s a very tied and neglected property that requires major maintenance. Door knobs falling off and door strips broken. Also I have never stayed in a place that only supplies one pillow per person. We did find a couple in a cupboard on our last day without cases. Also NO hand towels only bath towels. Old coffee and No milk very disappointing. We left ours behind. The kitchen could do with more cooking utensils. One cupboard had bug droppings. The balcony needs a good clean and the rolled up mouldy carpet removed. Overall the entire place needs a REALLY good clean. It took us 20 minutes to find the light switch in the second bedroom it was behind the wardrobe there was no functioning bedside lamps. And last of all having to search in the soil of a garden bed for the key was really uncomfortable. Explanation given properly manager was sick. I feel I needed to be honest with this review for the future holiday tenants.

It may be an option for special occasions as well. Bedroom we stayed was quite comfortable and facilities within the property was more than enough.

• Grigoras (8/5): Very good - Overall, the apartment is worth booking. The presentation pictures provided are real. The apartment is spacious and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two balconies, a large living room with kitchen, large hall and two storage rooms. The apartment has radiators in all the rooms that heat up very well, which we liked a lot because the weather was cold. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is nice, it has a stove with an oven, a microwave oven, a large refrigerator, a dish washer, a washing machine and a drier. The location is very good, across the street is the subway station and the bus station. Many bus routes go through the station. Practically from this location you can easily go anywhere in London. The area looks good and is quite safe. The apartment is located on the 7th floor in the "Fountain House" building, no. 16 St. George Warf. I am attaching pictures from the entrance. The view from the balcony facing the Thames river was truly amazing. Overall, I recommend the apartment, with good and bad. I would personally come back. The address of the apartment that I received from booking is wrong, therefore the apartment was difficult to find. We suggest the owner to correct the address in the booking.com application. The host did not wait for us and she hardly answered the messages. I had emotions because I thought I had paid for a fictitious accommodation. On the other hand, we understand because we know it was a holiday and maybe the host was out of town. The sofa in the living room is very small, you can't lie on it. The upholstery of the seats was dirty. We suggest replacing these chairs with non-upholstered ones, easier to clean. The vent from the small bathroom and the stove hood, although they seemed to be vacuuming, did nothing, didn't vent the steam. Cleaning should be done with much more care. The windows are not cleaned, in the large bedroom there was mold on the edge of the window and under the window. I had to clean it because it generated a bad smell. The balconies are not cleaned, actually moss and mushrooms grow on them. There is a rotten carpet, which I suggest to be thrown away, it is disgusting.

TV not working had a European plug not a UK plug. Extra bathroom towel would be good Quite basic inside
