• Alessia (8/5): - Eravamo in 6 e siamo stati bene, ognuno aveva la sua camera: 1 matrimoniale 1 con due letti separati e un letto divano spazioso La casa è servita di cucina e un bagno non troppo piccolo. Si trova in un quartiere tranquillo e residenziale a dieci minuti a piedi da due fermate della metro e da posti dove poter fare colazione e supermercati. Non ce l’aria condizionata però ci sono dei ventilatori che ci hanno aiutato a sopportare il caldo anomalo di fine maggio. Fortunatamente la sera poi era abbastanza fresco

• Patrycja (10/5): Great apartment in a quiet neighborhood - Located in a quiet neighborhood, a little further from the center but with a station and a grocery store about 15min away. Very affordable with a super responsive host. We loved our stay there.

• Carolin (9/5): - Very spacious apartment where up to 6 people can stay. I stayed there alone, so I had lots of space for myself. Kitchen was clean and nice. Only thing to note is that key pickup is at a different location ~15-20 mins of walking time away from the apartment. This is not a big issue, but I was unfortunate as it was raining the day I checked in. So I had to walk in the rain with my big suitcase from the key pickup to the apartment. But I would recommend this accommodating anyway!

• Stefani Pavlica (10/5): Osjećali smo se da imamo ugodan, prostran i odlično opremljen dom na tri dana! - Prostranost, opremljenost i čistoća stana, kao i mogućnost jednostavnog zagrijavanja. Ugodni kreveti. Kćeri su imale svoju sobu, mi svoju, a na raspolaganju je i prostrani dnevni boravak. Kuhinja je potpuno opremljena – iako ih nismo koristili, ima perilicu posuđa i perilicu rublja. Koristili smo podzemnu željeznicu; stanica Mile End izvrsno je povezana Central Lineom – primjerice, Liverpool Street Station udaljena je svega tri stanice. Šetnja od desetak minuta od stanice do stana nije predstavljala problem, čak ni po hladnom vremenu. Osjećali smo se sigurno, iako smo navečer prolazili kroz park. Nama se jako sviđaju vjeverice u parku i kanal daje jedan poseban dojam kvartu. Voljela bih da se u Engleskoj općenito odustane od dvije odvojene pipe za vodu jer je teško postići ugodnu temperaturu. Stan smo ga preporučili prijateljima i rodbini i rado bismo se vratili pa se nadam da će ubuduće i na kadi biti mješalica, kao što je već imaju na lavabou. 😊

• Anne (9/5): It was a peaceful place to come back to after long days in a very busy city. - we stayed there as a family of 6 and the place was perfect. Very spacious, clean and bright. The beds are great. It is located in a quiet suburb 10/15 minutes from the underground. shops/coffee place are the same distance and a small Sainsbury is open until 10pm outside the mile end station. Thank you to the owners for making this lovely place affordable for a family. nothing
• Anna L (8/5): It was an overall great stay, thank you! - The beds were clean and extremely comfortable, the sofa bed was really comfortable too, and a really lovely living room and balcony. Bathroom was clean too, but probably could get rid of the on the wall dispensers as they looked quite rusty. Water pressure was so good though and clean towels were provided. Some neighbours were very loud and the rooms were very hot since you can’t open the window enough.

• Hemetsberger (8/5): Perfekt für Familienurlaub abseits der Touristenhorden - Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert in einem nahen Shop. Vor Anreise genaue Wegbeschreibung (inkl. Video!) Lage des Appartments super, bis zur nächsten U-Bahn Station 10 min Fussweg (Park und Wohngegend, durchgehend beleuchtet). Von der U- Bahn Station gehen 3 Linien weg, man kommt zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten ohne Umsteigen. Lebensmittelgeschäft ca. 10 Min Fussweg… Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel… Türschlösser etwas tricky zu meistern, leider gehen die Fenster im Schlafzimmer nur einen Spalt auf, was Durchlüften in einem heißen Sommer schwierig macht.

• Anke (9/5): - Die Unterkunft war so wie von uns erwartet. Ein zwei kleinere Mängel fielen für uns nicht ins Gewicht, da es alles sauber war. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für drei Tage benötigten. Die Betten sind (wie eigentlich immer) Geschmackssache... für mich zu weich, für andere vielleicht passend. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren gestellt. Schon vor der Anreise haben wir ausführliche Informationen zur Anreise, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Parkmöglichkeiten und vieles mehr bekommen. Die Schlüssel konnten wir in einem Minimarkt bis 21 Uhr abholen, was mit der guten Beschreibung kein Problem darstellte.

• Livvy (10/5): Exceptional - We loved our stay here, it was a perfect location for a weekend spent visiting friends in the area. The property was easy to get to especially with the thorough directions given - and the hosts also had some helpful tips such as where to find parking or store luggage. The apartment was very clean and a good comfortable size for 5 people. The kitchen had useful items such as enough crockery and cutlery for everyone and a supply of tea bags and instant coffee. The bathroom had plenty of toilet roll, shower gel and shampoo (no conditioner). We had no issues with the hot water supply and there was good water pressure in the shower. The balcony door made it easy to cool the flat down when it got warm and it was nice and quiet on the balcony when it was sunny. Wifi was good and there were several handy signs around the flat with useful info. Would definitely stay here again! Collecting the key from a cornershop was easy enough for us but it might be a bit inconvenient for those with tight time pressures or mobility issues since there is a 10-minute walk from the keys to the actual accommodation, the key is not onsite.

• Samuel (8/5): You focus more on where you are than the place you sleep. But it's a bonus to have both - We managed to be in an area that suited the kids and facilitated us well. And I did enjoy cooking in the kitchen although it gets really really hot in there so keep the door open a little There was 1 plug for a sink that wasn't in the property. Other than that we had to use kitchen roll to block the sink to do the dishes, and we couldn't have a bath.

• Robert (7/5): Spacious airy flat near Mile End or Stepney Green tubes. - Spacious, big windows therefore plenty of light. Big TV in the front room. Large double sofa bed in the front room. 15 minutes walk to Mile End or Stepney Green tubes. One toilet/bathroom for 5 adults. No walk-in shower - it was just a metal hose off the bath taps that you had to adjust (both hot and cold) as you stood in the bath.
• Karen (8/5): Really good with a few niggles - Ideally placed on a quiet residential street with short and flat 10 min walk to tube and choice of grocery shops. Easy connections for heading into central London, shows and big tourist attractions. Plenty of seating and proper dining table. Spacious enough for 4 adults. Sofa bed is easy to set up, take down No bedding available for the sofa bed.. we bought from Asda... and no teatowels for kitchen but there is a dishwasher. Does need light bulbs replacing and electrics tidying up. Worth noting 2 flights of steps to reach and no lifts.. but our 81 year old mum did just about manage

• William (8/5): Good value given location, surprisingly quiet, everything as advertised. - Comfortable beds, location and super quiet. A few more utensils would have been helpful (tongs, oven mitts). Dryer was difficult to work.

• Sebastian (9/5): Superb - Firtst of all: we are Germans, so we're not happy unless we can complain. Thus said: we were not happy! There was basically nothing to complain about. Even the small details we pointed out were rectified within hours. No trouble with WLAN. All kitches stuff worked. Several tube, overground and DLR stations within 10 minutes walking distance to get you anywhere. They gave very good directions. Even enough space for the six of us. Usually I can at least complain about the bed, because no bed is like my bed. But not here: They even brought a new mattress! We finally had to take a long distance train to find something to complain about. I just don't know how they get away with it. I wasn't quite sure about the neigbourhood but it turned out to be all right. If you want posh you have to pay posh :-)
• Lydia (5/5): Passable - Location was great Run down, holes in walls, sockets hanging out of the wall which I pushed back in, the walls and doors need a good paint. No bedding for sofa bed. The bottom sheet didn’t fit, the mattress protector in the wardrobe was filthy. Large marks all over it! Shame due to the amount paid for 2 nights
• Laura (8/5): an excellent property for the family to attend a family wedding at The Pavilion good value for money - everything clean and tidy on arrival, having iron and hairdryer very good, plenty of room in the accommodation having a put up bed was great, the area was quiet and within reach of local supermarket double bed was very soft, the rooms were extremely hot on arrival and took a long time to cool down, the freezer needs an urgent de-frost

• Mark (9/5): Great for all our needs. - This property was very clean and spacious for the 6 of us, everything we needed for a 2 night stay was at hand. A little out of the way, but still within walking distance of local amenities. Could have done with an extra fan for the main living area (sofa bed), it was a very hot weekend.

• Lizzy (10/5): Lovely flat which enhanced our London trip. - The property was perfect for 6 ladies having a few days in town. Very pleased to receive such good directions and collecting the key was easy. Enjoyed the balcony and could see a heron near the canal plus of course a few foxes during the evening. Really can't think of anything that could be improved. So clean and the beds so comfy especially the pillows. Oh I know a plug for the kitchen sink would have helped for washing up.

• Patrick (9/5): Really great appartment - Great appartment, nice communication via mail before the trip with fast response times. Roomy and very clean, stable WiFi, quiet area all around. Kitchen provides everything you need from toaster, microwave to coffee machine (although capsules were missing), tee was provided. Around 5-10 minutes by foot to the next tube station, so all in all great to reach as well. Key exchange worked out great as well. The only things that weren't as perfect as everything else was the managing of the hot water in the shower. It was hard to get right to not get boiled or get completely frozen. And the heaters didn't quite work every night (or we just didn't understand quite how they work), so the temperature inside the appartement was difficult to handle. All of that is complaining at a very high level though.

• Marion (9/5): After a long day of sightseeing it was great to have a quiet place to sleep. - The apartment was modern, spacious, bright, and clean. Exactly as advertised in their pics. There wasn't an elevator which made hard work of lugging our heavy suitcases up and down the stairs to the apartment.

The host gave us all the necessary instructions and directions to get there and were very nice. The property is far away from the city and it has too many stairs to get there. With 6 luggages is tiresome.

• Toni (8/5): clean, clear easy instructions with good communication but accommodation needs some TLC and updating. it was about a 10 - It was bright and airy, a double bedroom, a twin and we utilised the sofa bed too. it was clean. we didn’t use the kitchen but it was fully functional. communication was very good and clear instructions were given regarding how to get to the property and key pick up. The blind was broken in the twin room and no curtains so very light in the morning! no black out curtains in the other rooms either. twin room was very small, with 2 suitcases, it was a struggle! one of the bedside lights didn’t work either. bathroom was functional but smelt damp as no window. powerful shower over a bath but could do with getting rid of bath and putting a free standing shower with mixer tap. shower temperature was hard to control. towels are very small! for the price we paid, I’d have expected a bath sheet at least.

• Tamás (9/5): Great apartment to stay with a good connection to the downtown. - Easy to follow the check-in instructions. The flat is at a nice location. Although I'm quite ok with climbing stairs with suitcase, it could be a deal breaker for some, as the flat is on the 3rd floor.

• Jasmeen (8/5): Good value for money, conveniently located flat - The managers were very responsive and available to call at any time if we had an issue. The flat is as advertised and served our purpose, which was just to have a conveniently located base in East London for a couple of nights. We struggled with changing the shower to bath mode and back again. Thankfully the managers promptly answered the phone and were going to send help, but I was able to use a utensil in the flat to wedge the lever myself in the end. Also just a warning that the Londis from where you collect the keys ocassionally locks the door if the shopkeeper needs to leave the front of shop, which made us panic when we arrived late in the evening to find it apparently closed before the stated closing time! But the shopkeeper did turn up a few minutes later to open the door. Because the property managers seem available 24/7 by phone, this hopefully wouldn't be a huge issue in any case.

• Anonymous (10/5): Perfect location, close to public transport. - Verry bright and spacious apartment. I understood the check out is at 11:00, but the cleaners came before 11:00 , was a bit rushing. A member of the group twisted her leg one day before and it was difficult to mobilise.

• Catherine (8/5): Modern flat with all basic amenities, in good location for exploring London. - Good location with excellent transport links into the city. We went in the peak of summer and the flat was very hot and stuffy.
• Jenny (8/5): Nice apartment, good size and very modern. - The apartment was spacious with good sized rooms. The beds were comfy and the wifi was excellent too. There was plenty of room for our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers). The fans in the apartment were a blessing as we stayed here during a heatwave - it would have been unbearable without them. It was lovely and modern and decorated really well throughout. On a side note, it would be good to have had some useful info in a folder withing the apartment to give info relating to maybe but routes and stops, places to eat near by, taxi firm etc. Some small things that did impact our stay. The keys had to be collected from a shop about 5-10 minutes walk away, whilst it wasn't too bad - the directions given through a local park made us stick out like a sore thumb trundling suit cases through the park. The fridge didn't seem to keep anything cold - it was cool but nothing was cold at all. Neil was good and responded quickly but it wasn't great. There were a couple of others things in the apartment, two of the chairs at the dining table where broken and the fan didn't work in the bathroom.
