• Céline (10/5): Nous avons adoré séjourner dans ce logement. - L’emplacement était idéal. Le logement était très confortable et bien équipé. La terrasse a vraiment été un gros plus lors de notre séjour ensoleillé ☀️ Le manque de vaisselle: 5 verres à eau, 5 cuillères à café et 5 tasses alors que c’est un logement pour 6 personnes.

• Ailbhe (2/5): Dirty and ant infested. - Staff were good at communicating and fast to respond. Location was good for what we needed. There was an ant infestation in the bathroom, with several making their way onto our beds. Stained curtains, broken glass, dirty walls. There was absolutely no sound proofing, with sirens blaring all night due to the property being right next to a busy police station. Property is 3 floors up with no lift to carry heavy suitcases. External hallways were treated with an unbearably strong varnish that flooded the appartment with a headache- inducing chemical smell. There was no hand soap in the ensuite!!! The empty dispenser was so old and dirty that there was rust on the wall from it. We checked beforehand to make sure there would be towels for guests, but we didn't receive enough to last for our 3 night stay with 5 guests. We weren't given the entry code at the promised time, meaning we had to chase down staff and wait outside until after check-in time. I can't believe we payed so much money for this place, so so disappointed and embarrassed that my friends had this experience because of somewhere I booked.

• Phoebe (9/5): Excellent stay with only a few minor suggestions for improvement - Everything was as per the photos, the apartment was very spacious, well laid out, kitchen facilities were great, and was in an excellent location in London for exploring via bus or tube. Staff were very responsive and attended to a few small items quickly for us. All round we were very happy with the stay A few minor things that could be improved - some instructions on how everything works, like the lights and heating, WiFi, washing machine. A box of tissues and some extra sugar would also be small touches that would improve it slightly. We were up on the top floor, but could see it would be a little noisy lower down and on weekends particularly - but if you want to stay anywhere in the middle of things then it’s hard to avoid ;)

• Nataša (8/5): - Izvrsna lokacija, sve centralne lokacije su blizu, može se doći pješke. U samoj blizini je dobra taverna i stanice autobusa. Stan je prostran. Druga spavaća soba je od dnevne sobe odvojena bijelim, teškim vratima bez kvake, koja se automatski zatvaraju, imaju jaki mehanizam. Kad smo stigli ta su vrata bila zatvorena i nismo mogli naći drugu spavaću sobu. Adam nam je telefonski brzo pomogao. Podno grijanje nije radilo iako smo napravili sve po Adamovim uputama. Postoji knjižica sa uputama za stan, ali u njoj ništa ne piše o grijanju, ili kako se otvaraju staklena vrata na terasu.

All’arrivo non abbiamo ricevuto il codice di accesso, anche se era previsto, e abbiamo dovuto aspettare in strada con le valigie e una bambina dopo un lungo viaggio. Solo grazie a un ragazzo molto gentile che passava per caso e che conosceva la struttura siamo riusciti a entrare. L’appartamento è davvero bello, ma la pulizia non era buona. C’erano polvere, aloni di grasso in cucina e capelli nei bagni. Inoltre uno dei bagni era molto umido, con un odore di muffa e la vernice che si staccava dal soffitto. È anche molto rumoroso perché si affaccia su una strada principale e proprio accanto c’è una stazione di polizia, quindi si sentono sirene giorno e notte. Il late check out viene confermato o annullato solo all’ultimo momento, il che rende difficile organizzare il viaggio.

L'emplacement du logement est parfait car il est situé en plein centre de Londres ce qui est très pratique pour découvrir cette magnifique ville. Je recommande sans hésiter. Appartement bien équipé maiis un peu juste au niveau des ustensiles cuisine. iIl manque notamment une poêle pour pouvoir se faire des oeufs au bacon. Humidite dans la salle d'eau attenante à une chambre mais nous avons pu aérer.
• Guna (1/5): Very sad - The apartment had serious problems with heating, upon arrival there was none, the landlord could not provide it, heaters were offered, which could not solve the cold problem. There was also no hot water, which was supposedly fixed, but when washing it was still enough for 1 person out of 4. The apartment is very worn out and was dirty. The pictures in the ad do not correspond to reality at all.

There were no extras that should be included like basic cleaning products. Washing soap, kitchen roll and sponge. The lighting wasn’t very good and some bulbs were not working.

The property sleeps six people but there is not enough crockery, drinking glasses, wine glasses to accommodate this. There is a dishwasher but it's pointless because there isn't enough items to fill it. The screen in the main bathroom is defective and the water just spills out onto the floor.

• estrella (8/5): APARTAMENTO BIEN UBICADO Y EQUIPADO (CUIDADO HAY UN PUB DEBAJO) - Cama cómoda, cocina completa y bien equipada, baño amplio y netflix disponible Debajo del apartamento hay un pub. El día que llegamos había una fiesta en el pub y la música estaba enormemente alta. El suelo de la habitación temblaba y parecía que teníamos la música puesta en el apartamento. Nos quejamos a la propiedad y se disculparon pero tuvimos que esperar hasta que acabó la música a las 12 de la noche. Al día siguiente, sin embargo, aunque el pub estaba abierto no hubo ningún tipo de ruido. La propiedad ha respondido en todo momento y al final nos ha compensado con un descuento adicional en las próximas estancias por las molestias ocasionadas. No obstante, hay que tener en cuenta esta circunstancia a la hora de alojarse porque si tienes mala suerte puede resultar realmente incómodo y el apartamento no es precisamente barato. Los ventanales son grandes y dan a una calle principal en la que hay ruido, aunque soportable, pero los cristales estaban muy sucios.

Only two wine glasses and two tumblers! Rather inadequate for the size of the accommodation and a simple thing to fix/ As would be the provision of a stool or similar - the kitchen cupboards are very high and difficult to reach. Adding these comments hopefully of help to Kula!

• Stefan (6/5): Schoon appartement op een mooie locatie maar qua veiligheid en onderhoud veel te verbeteren. - Schoon appartement en op een mooie locatie aan de rand van het centrum op loopafstand van het internationale trein station. Kamer wordt niet of slecht gecontroleerd voordat de gaten arriveren. Toilet bril los - wastafel badkamer verstopt - handzeep dispenser badkamer kapot - kluis werkt niet zelfs na 2 pogingen om deze te repareren, uiteindelijk de kluis niet kunnen gebruiken omdat deze kapot was en er een nieuwe besteld moest worden - tv niet goed werkend, er moest iemand langs komen om deze te updaten zodat Netflix werkte - geen tv zenders beschikbaar - ramen sluiten slecht waardoor er zeer veel geluid in de kamer was van de drukke weg direct voor het appartement- warm in de kamer en allen een sta ventilator om de warme lucht te verplaatsen en het aller belangrijkst de brandvertragend veiligheid deur de bij brand en rook de mensen moet beschermen kon niet dicht, de deur loopt aan op de vloer waardoor deze altijd minimaal 10 cm open blijft staan. Al deze zaken horen voor elk verblijf gecontroleerd en opgelost te worden.

Door handle in smaller bedroom fell off, no bulb in the bedside lamp and fridge had been leaking due to the freezer door being left open. Small things by themselves, but together it means that the management company need to be more vigilant.

We waited more than two hours upon arrival to receive duvets and clean sheets for the beds and had to photo document it and correspond with customer service a while before they took necessary action.

• 禹良 (10/5): Love it! - Kula's team was very responsive during our stay, from the very second we stepped into the room till we checked out. Usually you can expect reponses to any of your questions within 15 mins. There are all kinds of tensils and equipments for various needs. The room we stay is actually not the same room as shown in the pictures, but it is still quite spacious and comfortable. Plus, it is actually on level two and is not step-free, so those who have difficulty carrying their baggages should consider their stays at other locations. Also, the room in Holborn does not have cooling system(air conditioning), hence the only way to lower the temperature is through opening windows and fans. Overall, I hate to share this experience, knowing that Kula will be more popular and harder to reserved! Definitetly will come back next time.

• Madli (9/5): It was all in all a great experience and would stay there again! - The location was very-very good and it was easy to walk to desired destinations or get public transport (bus stops and underground are near). Apartment was great for 6 people. We had separate bedrooms and could enjoy time together in the living room/kitchen area. Also, there were grocery shops close by (aprox. 10min walk) which was convenient. We were a bit worried about having the police station right next door, but it was not really a problem. The nights were quiet considering being in a big city like London. Kula team had left us some snacks that we definitely enjoyed as well as some earplugs which I found was a nice touch! The team was easy to reach via chat and communication was lovely. It was a bit on the warmer side in the apartment as there was a heat wave during our stay in London. But there also were multiple fans to use which helped a lot! The living room and kitchen area is on higher level so that got warm during the daytime but during the evenings/nights it cooled down. In the early mornings you could hear the garbage truck working when having the windows open, but was not really a big problem for us. The only thing we missed in the facility having was a toilet brush in the bathroom… otherwise a lovely apartment.

• Gol_de (8/5): Very good - An apartment in a very good location and quite quiet despite everything, a large and comfortable room, a large number of towels, and commendable staff - they responded to questions very quickly, we felt well taken care of. The bathroom lacked amenities such as cotton pads, cotton swabs, and a trash can. The apartment was generally clean, but a few areas could be improved. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning. During our stay, the fan was sufficient, but it could be a problem on hot days.

Whoever thought of that needs help. We received an extra duvet after some prodding, but it was just thrown in, onto the hallway floor, and we had to make the duvet ourselves.

• Ishay (9/5): Superb - We stayed at Kula Holborn, flat No 5, for about a week, and we highly recommend it! The apartment is very spacious for a couple, quiet, and centrally located near the Holborn station. Advantages: Elegantly designed, equipped with everything you need, a combined washer and dryer, a spacious and convenient kitchen, well-lit and modern. The exceptional service of the Kula team deserves mention. Quick, considerate, and friendly digital responses. Well done, team! Disadvantages: There are almost none, but it should be noted that the mattress is very comfortable but relatively soft, not suitable for those who prefer firm mattresses. Additionally, the apartment is on the 2nd floor without an elevator, so it may not be suitable for elderly people in our opinion. Other than that, we are sure we will return!

• Matthew (10/5): Centrally-located apartment with all the standard amenities. - The apartment was well situated in a central area of London. It was walking distance to many of the major sites. The apartment was a fully furnished one bedroom apartment with all the usual amenities including a washer-dryer combo, which is rare in London. The property description on Booking.com stated there was an elevator on site, which turned out not to be true. The apartment was located on the top floor of a 3 floor walk-up, which was mildly inconvenient. Another negative was that I would receive an email everyday from Kula about paying a deposit, which wasn't necessary when I reached out to Kula support.

• Heygaston (9/5): VERY Clean, Quite, Functional flat w/ 2 HUGE bathrooms/bedrooms in perfect Central London location!! - The location was excellent and vey easy to navigate. The place is VERY well constructed and clean. Having the TWO bathrooms is a very nice touch. LOVE the washer/dryer combo. At first I thought there was no dryer but upon usage, I found out it was a dual unit - Well done! Very quite neighborhood and easy to walk to many great locations for food, coffee, services. Thanks for including the power converters! All the appliances worked great! The customer service was amazing and Nuria helped us on our arrival day by taking my many phone calls and doing so with patience and understanding - thanks so much!! The entrance to the apartment is not clearly marked at all. While we were looking for "2 Emerald Street", there is not a # 2 on the door, nor is there any Kula branding to identify the proper location. The name about the door says "Cara Court" which would be VERY useful for future guests to know. The TV was not connected to the Satellite so we had no access to cable TV and had to watch only Youtube and Netflix via the Chromecast connected via HDMI (which we were thankful to have). Some written instructions on the capabilities of the TV would be helpful. We did not realize that there was NO Air Conditioning!!! While this was not that much of an issue during our stay since the weather was mild, I would be unable to book here in the future when the weather is expected to be in the 70's or above. As long as it's below 70 though, I would definitely stay again!
