Bedrooms all had good size wardrobes Plenty of cups,dishes, etc two fridges, two toilets, beds comfortable and sufficient towels to use. Shower doors where loose could do with fixing sink stopper not connected but found in bath cupboard,
• Howard (7/5): - The flat was very clean and well presented. The key is attached to a street side railing by a bike lock, which didn’t strike me as particularly professional-seeming. The general area is very nice, but the specific environs of the flat felt a little unsafe. I wouldn’t have been comfortable for, say, a lone female colleague to be entering or leaving the location at night.

• JOIERIE (10/5): Convenient and comfortable - Strategic location, very near Business Design Center (with a quaint neighborhood) and 20-min walk to Kings Cross station. Lots of interesting restaurants, pubs, and good coffee shops nearby. The property is nice and also comfortable and big enough for a group of 4. It can accommodate more guests, the only challenge for a bigger group would be the bathroom. There are 2 toilets but only 1 bathroom, which also seemed quite compact. There may be reviews/complaints about the shower door, I’d say it’s just a bit unhinged and not really broken. We stayed for 10 days and eventually figured out how to make it work! Check-in/out was a breeze. The property manager (Bloomson) was also very responsive and made sure that our requests were well attended to. This place is highly recommended. None

• Andrew (6/5): spacious, good value and not too far from Kings Cross - apartment was spacious and kitchen was well equipped. Digital door-code access was useful as it meant not worrying about losing keys. Plenty of bedrooms and hanging space for clothes, and thankfully enough coathangers - my pet hate in airbnb/hometays is zero hangers! Owner has tried hard to make the place nice. some of the windows didn't quite close properly, and there was building work going on in a nearby apartment which was noisy from time to time. Curtains were a bit poor in some rooms - not enough rail-clips to hang them properly/close, but other than that, apartment was fine. Table in the TV room/lounge was a bit big for the size of the room.

• Andrew (10/5): Excellent accommodation with easy access to central London. Very helpful and accommodating hosts. - Very clear instructions Very minor point. You had to hold the shower head in your hand as the shower head kept dropping.

• Milena (10/5): Convenient for a group, great location, and a beautiful neighborhood. - The apartment was located in an extremely beautiful place. The area was very peaceful and quiet. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The beds were quite comfortable, as was the couch. The kitchen is small, but very cute and convenient. I would recommend it for a group of more people, the place is really wonderful and very accessible. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was that there was just one bathroom with a shower cabin, which was very narrow, not suitable for large people, and its door wouldn't close completely, causing water to spread throughout the bathroom. We also had an issue with the separate small toilet, where the water wouldn't stop running, but we managed to fix it ourselves for a short time. In several of the rooms, the windows wouldn't close fully, and as a result, cold air came in. One of the couples had to sleep on the couch because the room was cold. Perhaps a refresh of the entire apartment would do a great job. I didn't like that I had to fill out a lot of online paperwork multiple times before we arrived, which was honestly really annoying. I had to provide feedback through another platform even before we had arrived.

• Emma (8/5): Perfect for what we needed. - Great accommodation and location for 8 adults travelling together. The second toilet was fantastic! Toilet seats moved around a bit and the blinds let in light on the east side.
• Vijithaa (5/5): Passable - Great walking distance to shops and enough room for everybody to stay. Loved the fact they provided little bottles of body lotion which was a cute touch. Also provided 2 clean towels per person. Very secure building with separate lock needed just for first entrance. The apartment itself is in a rundown place which you wouldn’t expect considering the pictures. The sofa bed and some of the bedrooms sheets had stains on them and the internet was really bad that it kept not working so we couldn’t watch anything or listen to music. Tried to ring the number on the booking to get in touch but nobody picked up several times.
• Sara (10/5): A perfect place to stay. - I loved how clean it was. Coffee pods were added bonus. Didnt realise there was an extra toilet that was a very pleasant surprise, particularly as 8 people were staying. Nice to have an outside space too. Not many plugs in living room. Be nice to have a small amount of proper milk. Some tumbler glasses would be great (there is wine glasses). I had to message to get check in details as they weren't sent. The check out time of 10am is very early. Most hotels are 11am now and should really be in line with that.

• Matt (3/5): Good flat and location but the flat smelt awful and the managing agent was unresponsive - good location and easy to get to many places in the area. close to upper street and angel highbury etc. the flat smelt disgusting and the managing agent didnt respond to help do anything to fix it. It was very disappointing and ruined my trip

Kitchen and toilet sinks kept blocking and leaked all over Kitchen floor. Unfortunately could not get a response from agent but we managed to clean up the mess. Just a little annoying.

• Anonymous (5/5): The apartment serves its function. - The beds were comfortable and were sufficient for the number of people in the group. The size of the bedrooms were adequate. The heater in the bathroom works great. The washing machine too works fine. The location was not that convenient. The driver of the mpv we were using had trouble maneuvring in the narrow parking space which were allocated only to residents and so he refused to come into the parking to drop us off even when we had lots of bags to carry. We had to walk in a distance with bags. The area around the apartment was not well kept. There was no dryer to dry the clothes we washed. Except for the heater in the bathroom, the heater in the other parts of the apartment was not functioning well ( in the sense that we could not get the temperature high enough to warm the place). I supposed the heater in the bathroom works well because the size of the bathroom was small. The shower cubicle was too small also.

• Moises (9/5): The apartment is clean and convenient. - Over all the apartment is great. It was clean. The instructions to get in were clear. The location is good for walking and public transit is nearby. The kitchen and shower were a bit on the small side. Still functional though. Adds character.
