- timur (1/5): Freezing cold flat, low water pressure, dirty floors, no storage space - After reading the reviews I booked this property. What a mistake. The only good thing is the location. Check in is very complicated. You have to enter the building from the fire exit and find a room where the safe is. After finding the keys you have to leave the building and re-enter from a different door. Last thing you need after a long flight. The flat has heaters but they dont do anything. It was freezing cold especially at nights. Not possible to have a good nights sleep. There is a loud noise coming from the pipes, you can hear water running through the pipes 7/24. Its non-stop and loud. The water pressure is very low. Having a shower takes ages and it is really frustrating. Especially when the bathroom is so cold. The toilet flush also wasn't working properly. It took 5-10 minutes to fill. The floors are rubber, shows all the dirt and was full of stains. Not looking very clean. Check out is 10am which we knew. Asked the host if we could leave our luggages in the flat or somewhere in the building only for. 2-3 hours. The answer was “no”. It was 10.15am , we were about to leave the flat, the host entered and asked us why we were still in the flat ! Told him we were leaving, he told me that check out was 10am. Sorry but in your freezing cold flat, low pressure shower it took us an extra 15 minutes to get ready ! At this price you can find a much better property in central london. At least a warm one that has a decent shower and a friendly host.
