Jordan (5/5): Fine but disappointing not what we booked - Was fine but not what we booked Not what we booked. We booked apartment 170, which is the pictures shown on the booking. Should a nice outdoor terrace area, very modern etc… We somehow got put into 172 so a different building, no outdoor terrace. Keys were placed in a shop to collect that was a 10/15 min walk from property. Tv didn’t work, remote needed new batteries, shower held together with duc tap and cable ties Double bed was two single beds pushed together No mirror in bedroom We travelled from Scotland for a family wedding, paid a lot of money and just wasn’t what we booked so disappointing. Also challenged on a 2nd set of keys they couldn’t find when they only provided us with one.

Majed (1/5): Bad - The apartment is old but it is OK. Late check in and early check out. The stairs are in bad condition. Very bad bed and bad bed room overall. The one who was responsible didn't return my security deposit, which is 200 pounds. I tried to know why he didn't return my money or if there is any issue, but he didn't reply to my messages here and on wahtsapp.

Veronika (2/5): Very poor - The apartment is in a convenient location There is no parking, I paid over £180 for the parking nearby for two days. The owner Paulo DID NOT REFUND MY DEPOSIT OF 200 POUNDS.He didn't answer my messages at all after gaining over 570 pounds in two days. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. The apartment is supposed to be for 5 people, and more than two cannot sleep normally there. The sofa is not a double bed. Only the bedroom has a bed, but with two children sleeping was terrible. 4 people in one bed, And the room was the size of a corridor (not for people with claustrophobia)?!?

Aoife (1/5): Stay away. Absolutely shocking management, harassment. - The property was fine, however I booked for 5 adults and 2 children. I was told there was 4 beds; there was three 2 doubles, and a pull out, my daughter slept between me and my husband in the small double bed for the duration of our stay. The manager paolo, was awful, he probably won’t repost this as it does not fit their criteria however, he was rude he harassed me, when we went to check in at 5pm there was nobody there despite his message saying check in 2pm or after but don’t worry we will wait around until you arrive. He left us standing outside, I reported to booking.com and he sent me an aggressive message, he then did the same thing the next day. Harassment. He ruined our holiday but told me it was my fault because I was “late” and his mother was in hospital, so unprofessional and extremely poor. Will be contacting police in order to have his property removed from booking.com due to this.

Pat (4/5): We could not recommend these apartments. Host very difficult to deal with. We will never go back! - Location good. Self catering apartment. Balcony advertised and paid for. But no balcony at apartment. Host contacted on arrival regarding no balcony. No explaination given by host as to why no balcony at the apartment, as was advertised. No compensation offered by host for lack of balcony. And host refused requests to deal with this issue during our four night stay. Prior to arrival we paid 200.00 pounds for a security deposit. As of today 7 weeks on from our return home, having left the apartment in the same condition we found it in, no refund of deposit. Host initially gave dates for its return but then refused to respond to our messages. We had no option but to contact Booking.com in order to try to get our money back. Booking.com staff made a number of attempts to contact and speak to the host but to no avail. The matter remains with Booking.com. Host, Paulo Sacramento friendly up to our arrival but became very difficult to deal with when issue of balcony arose, or return of security deposit. He has refused to communicate with us or with Booking.com

Matthew (7/5): It was OK, good location to shops and public transport. - For us it was close to where our son lived and near shops so we good get things we needed. There was no welcome pack. After a long flight and drive I think it would have been nice to have a small welcome pack, eg tea/coffee and some milk just so as soon as a guest arrives they can refresh with a cup of tea before having to find the nearest supermarket!

Bruno (9/5): Superb - Amazing location, well served by many restaurants and supermarkets and less than 10 minutes from the Underground. Great for a family. There was a delay with the check in due to events outside of the host's control, but he was always courteous and communicative and kept us well informed, and the situation was sorted out ASAP.

Rox345 (1/5): Horrible stay - Owner tried throw us out of the property to make way for other guests that were staying longer AFTER receiving our payment. Furthermore he is not available when trying to contact him. Phone doesnt go through and watsapp shows one tick all the time. Only responds to watsapp hours later. Second bedroom is horrible. Very uncomfortable and small bed. Shower pressure is low. Cleaner only comes before and after stay - not during. Pictures on the app are misleading. Overall definitely NOT worth the price.
