• Verónica (6/5): Dos adultos y dos niños en Londres - La ubicación está bien, barrio tranquilo con varios metros cerca (Zona1). La ducha calienta rápido, las camas son bastante aceptables, tiene una cocina completa con utensilios. Las cosas de uso (cama, ducha, baño, nevera, encimera, mesa…) están bastante limpios aunque la sensación general es que necesita una limpieza. Está viejo y bastante descuidado, la limpieza en general es muy mejorable aunque las camas y el baño está limpio. La entrada es estrecha con unas 20 escaleras. Por el precio y siendo Londres creo que está bastante bien.

• Alessandro (8/5): - La posizione molto comoda per chi arriva alla stazione della metro di Liverpool street (ad esempio dall'aeroporto di Stansted). Quartiere tranquillo, con vicino diverse possibilità per mangiare. Possibile raggiungere con una breve e piacevole diverse attrazioni della città, tra le quali il London Bridge e St. Paul Cathedral. Nel complesso, considerati i prezzi di Londra, l'alloggio ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Appartamento spartano che si raggiunge con una scala abbastanza ripida. L'edificio non dispone di ascensore. Pulizia sufficiente.

• Francisco Javier (7/5): Buen alojamiento calidad precio con una gran ubicación - La ubicación y el la zona donde se encuentra el alojamiento. El apartamento en sí para hacer cosas básicas no está nada mal. Para dormir, ducharte y hacer tus necesidades es muy aceptable. También si quieres calentar algo en el microondas o hacerte algo rápido de comer. Tienes utensilios de cocina para utilizar y una pequeña nevera. El edificio y el apartamento es algo antiguo y descuidado, el horno inutilizable prácticamente y el tener solo 1 cuarto de baño para 4 personas es un poco escaso. Pero es lo que digo en el título. Por este precio en esta zona no vas a encontrar nada mejor en Londres. Si quieres algo más barato y mejor mejor que visites otra ciudad de europa.

Polvere accumulata da mesi, capelli sul paviemento in bagno, in corridoio erano presenti sacchi della spazzatura non buttati, sporcizia e strumenti di pulizia accastati ancora sporchi. di 4 luci presenti in cucina, ne funzionava una soltanto. Cucina e Bagno non puliti ma solamente riassettati. In pratica erano pulite solo lenzuola e asciugamani.

• David (2/5): Filthy dirty and not recommended - Convenient location Very dirty and not cleaned properly - dirty fridge, dirty oven, filthy hob, mugs had rings on them where they’d not been cleaned thoroughly, decor tired and bathroom grout showing mould and poor repairs. Flooring coming apart in bedroom, altogether grubby and only for those used to maybe staying in less hygienic parts of the world where this standard may be acceptable.

Apartment should be cleaner. - Location, location, location :) Underground stations are near, comfortable beds, free wifi (though worked only in main room), enough hot water in kitchen and in shower, toilet flushes well. The apartment wasn't clean, bed sheets had stains, barhroom (shower especially) needs some extra cleaning

• Tamara (9/5): Good place at a great location at unbeatable price, definitely recommended. - The location is perfect, Liverpool Street Station and Aldgate Stations are a few minutes walk away, convinience stores, restaurants are all close by. The flat itself was nice, a bit dated but clean, the bed and couch were comfortable, we had great hot running water with good pressure. The kitchen supplies all worked well, and our host welcomed us with complimentary coffee and tea. The living room section can be a bit noisy during night even with closed windows, but we could sleep well regardless. Our host was nice and welcoming.

• Michael (7/5): Good - Location is excellent for transport options, only a few minutes to Algate Station Underground or a bus where all of London is easily accessible quickly. Food options are excellent with many restaurants for dinner and the amazing multicultural food street markets one street back which is a must to experience during the weekdays. At times the noise from people leaving the local pub down the road can be noisy for a limited time... not a major issue if you are tired after a long day of exploring London.

Water heater leaking water on the floor. Windows very difficult to open and close. Water in shower takes time to heat and then turns instantly very hot. Basic kitchen utensils and oven dishes missing. Internet connection not the best and not available in all rooms. Certain light fittings not working.
• Glc1794 (8/5): Very good - Clean, good location, reasonable price WiFi kept going off. I did mention it and it was fixed but subsequently went off again.
• Jiang (8/5): Definitely recommend for students. - It was very good value for money and if people are willing to share beds, up to five people could stay at the accommodation. Landlord left tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the cupboards and milk in the fridge which was lovely. We didn't cook or use the washing machine but it was nice that it was there for us to use. Landlord provided us with five towels which meant we didn't have to pack towels. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and even skincare was provided. No comment on the TV as we didn't use it. A fan was provided for us which was so so helpful as it was incredibly warm. Hairdryer is also provided. Accessing keys was easy. If you're inside the bathroom and you lock it you could easily get locked in but just communicate with your group to not lock the door, it's not a huge issue. It can be quite loud at night with the windows open, i'm not sure how it would sound with windows closed since it was too warm to close the windows. However if anyone struggles to sleep with noise, the bedroom is perfect as you can't hear noise from the streets in there. I do think at night the area can feel very unsafe. The accommodation is by a chicken shop and you have to look carefully to find it but you won't take longer than 10 minutes to find it or it might've just been our problem.

• Jessica (9/5): Great facilities, great location, great comfort! - The little details were very much appreciated - like coming in to find a fresh litre of milk and cold water in the fridge! Especially loved the shampoos and conditioner, makeup remover and pads left in the bathroom, it was such a lovely touch and was really really appreciated! Beds were super comfortable, loved being able to wash my clothes as it was 29° for the time we were there, and felt very safe inside the house with the locks. Amazing value for money and in a really good spot too. It isn’t any fault of the owner’s, but I wish we could’ve been warned about the amount of noise outside at night and in the early morning in particular. It’s out of the owner’s control, but maybe upgrading the windows could help lessen the noise a little? It would be nice to also have a fan in the room particularly for people staying over in the summer as it is very warm inside. But these are small things!

• Julija (10/5): Great and cosy stay! - I was expecting something different from the earlier feedback, but it was completely opposite! I highly recommend this place, felt like home, cosy, quiet, and everything that you needed to stay at home. It was easy to find it, good location, close to the undergrounds (algate and algate east 5mins away), market street on Sunday morning, pubs around the place and close shops like Tesco and Sainsbury's. Really enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely come back 😇😇😇 The comments that people were writing about this place 😂

• Danae (8/5): The best flat in this area for this budget - This flat is a great budget option in this area. the best value for money I have seen after a few visits to London. I am not sure why other people posted negative comments about it. Yes it is an older style building and flat but it is quite spacious, has everything you need and is in a quiet and safe street (tested at 7am and 10pm). It was clean even though the appliances and bathroom are a bit dated (but they work perfectly fine). The sound isolation is not so good but I could not hear any neighbours coming and going so it did not affect me, and because the bedroom is on the back and not the street it was very quiet to sleep. I totally recommend this flat. The check in was easy with a code and the owner was very responsive. perhaps the mattress in the room needs to be changed as you feel the springs a bit but I used the extra duvet as mattress topper and it was fine. Also some blind out curtains would be good. the current ones do provide good shade but they could be even better.

• Brett (3/5): it was dissapointing apart from being centrally located. - location was good. the room stank of paint and there was decorator/trader equipment on the stairs. the curtains were seethrough, so all street lights and moving light was not blocked out in any way, and the windows were thin and had openings around that meant in the evening you could hear all the people walking past the building, and then in the morning the market people are up at 4/4:30 banging and clanging metal awnings etc.. that woke me up too.
