• Diane (10/5): - Perfect location in Muswell Hill close to shops restaurants and bars Apartment was clean, very spacious with well equipped kitchen very comfortable beds and hot shower 10 minute walk to Ally Pally...👍 Nothing negative about our stay but there are stairs up to the apartment which didnt bother us but might impede some.

• Bordāns (9/5): - Lieliska atrašanās vieta ar labu transporta savienojumu ar centru. Apartamentos ir 3 istabas un paliela virtuve, ļoti ērti lielākai ģimenei, ir gāzes apkure. Rajons ir ar daudzām iespējām kafenēm, picērijām labiem krodziņiem un eko veikaliņiem. Netālu ir Aleksandra Palace no kura paverās skaists skats uz Londonu. Ja izmanto apartamentus lieliska veids kā erti paēst ir aiziet līdz M.S. veikalam un paņemt jau gatavos dažādus ēdienus (indiešu, ķīniešu, tradicionālu) no 5-10 £. Transporta savienojums ar Centru ir ļoti ērts un vislabāk doties līdz metro ar W7 autobusiem, kas iet ļoti bieži, jo pietura ir tieši blakus. Rajons ir ļoti drošs un turīgs, ielās apkārt skaistas tipiskās angļu māju fasādes, tur var papriecēt acis pastaigā. Paldies, bija tā vērts! Troksni no ielas ir jūtams, bet tas skats no logiem ir tā vērts, īpaši pirms Ziemassvētkiem!

• Jane202310 (6/5): Disappointing after advertised as stunningly luxurious - Clean floors and bathrooms and kitchen, clean linen and plenty. Laundry machine and iron etc. Warm. Location convenient Responsive to feedback about broken lights and heating controls Some items like soap and tea bags and dishwasher tablets available and cleaning stuff and loo roll Good sized rooms Hallway filthy and junk mail everywhere. Terrible first impression, and steep narrow stairwell Radiators and skirting and bannisters floors dirty. Noisy front two rooms even with windows closed, needs better windows Shower fixing heads broken. Lights broken on arrival in one room and side light in another Not much crockery or kitchen stuff Instructions for heating on a sign would be useful same for coffee machine No parking available even for loading unloading Hob in kitchen controls sometimes work and sometimes don't. Not suitable for people with mobility issues as on several levels
• Andrew (9/5): Superb - The location was truly spectacular! Close to public transit, groceries, pub, restaurants, shopping. And the property manager was prompt and helpful when needed.
• Laurence (5/5): Great location, property needs attention (beds, shower head) - Location Property was not cleaned at time of check in and 2 hours after to get it cleaned ready for use. Both beds were broke and uncomfortable

• Nichola (6/5): High price for the level of things that need improving - The location for what we needed was great and it was lovely and spacious the WiFi and ski were really good Initially we thought the apartment was great but we soon realised that the cleanliness was not the best and the quality of the mattress were not good leading to poor sleep also the waster pressure was not good at all with drainage in the sinks taking a long time to drain. Lamps in the bedrooms whilst looked good we couldn’t get them to work also the blinds in the rooms were not on the string leaving them unusable. All in all for the price you pay there are some things that need sorting.

• Joshua (3/5): Hardly luxurious, defiantly not stunning delivered by lazy, rude owners/management. - The hidden surprises when visiting this property in person was the only way to truly discover it was indeed not a ‘luxurious’ apartment that was definitely not ‘stunning’. A third floor apartment with no lift and 43 steps to the living area. No teaspoons, no glassware, windows that would not close properly allowing you to enjoy the sounds of a bustling broadway below till the early hours of the morning including garage collection as well as the sweet scent of dead cigarette smoke from the bus-stop three floors below the lounge and bedroom. Oh and sharp aluminium floorboard frame cutting my child’s foot open on the 43rd step. Location is good with a front door that is blocked by the people waiting for the next bus proving how close it is to transport. The response and rudeness of the owners/property managers when highlighting the windows not closing in the middle of winter in the master bedroom. No suggestions on having it looked at. Simply a response saying “no they are not broken…” offered to share plenty of video and photographs of them being broken, ignored. Other guests have also come across when reading the comments and the broken window frames where they have tried to close the windows also proving others before me had been slightly more frustrated.

Lighting in bedrooms, lamps not working Bathrooms, not very clean and shower screens off runners. Hallway dirty carpet and trip hazards of landing. Big boxes of bedding just abandoned outside door. Heating difficult to regulate either freezing or too warm.
• Dawn (9/5): Very comfortable and relaxing. Would definitely recommend and stay again. - Great location, nice big flat, very clean and comfy. There was nothing to really not like. The front bedroom was a bit noisy at night but only an issue if you’re not used to city noises. The back bedroom is nice and quiet.

The flat is situated on 2nd floor no lift So lots of stairs to climb. Plus the front bedroom is very noisy As buses operate all night from early hours.

• Joseph (9/5): Muswell Hill Broadway Apartment - The apartment is spacious, clean, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The location is great, in a very walkable neighborhood filled with shopping and dining options. Transportation is very accessible, the bus stop is literally at the front door. I would stay there again, we had a great time overall. There are 2 steep flights of stairs to climb to reach the apartment level, not a huge problem for us, but something to keep in mind for those who need better accessibility. The pub revelers across the street got loud one night at closing time, but other than that, no complaints.

• Vanessa (7/5): Good - Love the location. Couldn't ask for a better location. The apartment was cold. The window in the sitting room was broken and it was November so it was freezing when we got into the apartment. It took us 20 minutes to secure the window. The heating was controlled so it was quite cold during the day. I think it vould have been a bit cleaner also. If there is anyone with issues climing stairs this isn't the apartment for you.
• Emma (7/5): Good - The flat was clean and spacious. The location was perfect. The facilities were poor, many things, such as the toaster and sidelights, were broken. We contacted the landlord as advised in the welcome pack but did not get a response.
• Maczinzan (9/5): Fab apartment in lovely, friendly area, with everything you need on your doorstep. - Lovely, spacious, well kitted out apartment in a great area for bars, quality coffee shops and restaurants and other everyday facilities. Loads of buses to take you all over London on your doorstep and only a short walk from nearest Tube. Only let down was entrance hallway which was strewn with mail and flyers and a overall a bit grubby.
• Thomas (9/5): Lovely flat - Great apartment, well kept and very clean! Very spacious It can be loud due in the front bedroom at night, but this is only because it is so well located in the centre of Muswell hill and it's amenities.

• Fiona (8/5): Fabulous location, fabulous apartment and we would certainly stay again. - The flat was bright and spacious, completely beds and clean. We couldn’t get the hob to work which was disappointing as we came back from the city early to have a chilled night and we were all looking forward to a plate if pasta which unfortunately ended up in the bin.
