- Wesley (7/5): - I was very pleased with my overall stay in my apartment. However I left a linen shirt in the cupboard. I reported the item as soon as I arrived home and noticed I had left it. I contacted the apartment to which I was told my linen shirt was thrown out by the cleaner - which I find an unacceptable excuse. I do need to find some resolution on this. As it is not acceptable
- Malika (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in the heart of Soho. The location is perfect for exploring London — everything is within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and fully equipped with all the kitchenware needed for cooking, which was especially convenient for our family.
The host was very attentive and responsive, always quick to help with any request.
Highly recommended for families looking to stay in the city center and enjoy both comfort and convenience. We would definitely choose this place again! Nothing
- Linford (7/5): - Location is great and flat is very spacious (only 1 person staying so can't comment for larger groups). The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the shower was extremely temperamental

- Antony (7/5): Good - The central location is unparalleled. After reading the reviews, I was worried but the beds were acceptable. I will share what happened when we arrived and you will make your own idea. We arrived at 3pm, time of check in. The beds were not made, the apartment was not clean, the bin was full. We contacted the landlord who assured me nobody used the apartment for days and that it had been fully cleaned after the departure of the last tenant. Obviously that was not the case. On the resolution side, in the next 30min the cleaning lady and the landlord himself were at the apartment to change the sheets and quickly clean. They showed me photos ‘proving’ that the apartment was clean. I felt completely gaslighted. The overall experience wasn’t bad but the beginning doesn’t sit well with me.
On another note, the apartment is in SoHo, it is very noisy at night on the weekend. You should bring earplugs.
- Andrea (8/5): Very good - The location is amazing, close to the main road Oxford Street. The apartment suited our family.
- Magdalena (1/5): Disgusting - Nothing Dirty and outdated. Mouldy, furniture falling apart.
- Volker (8/5): Everything we needed. Always again! - - The location is amazing. Very central!
- Friendly and accommodating host including early check-in for free
- Muneeb (5/5): Passable -
- Ana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Simon (8/5): A fantastic short break in Soho at an apartment with everything needed to be a home away from home - Kept in touch with the agent via What's App. they sent me a video to show me how to gain access via the lock box. It really could not have been easier. Great communications.
As for the location - the centre of Soho is brilliant for anyone wanting to enjoy the best that London has to offer. Close to public transport, but also everything is very walkable from here. We walked everywhere during our stay and it was so easy. The only criticism is that below the apartment is a bar, a pub and a nightclub, so the party noise went on until between 2:30am and 3:45am each night. And then the street traders for the market started at 6am, so i strongly recommend bringing ear plugs. Apart from that, it couldn't be faulted.
- Gökhan (10/5): everything was great. The host was very attentive. We stayed for 2 days. We were very pleased. thank -
- Anonymous (4/5): Disappointing - The only positive aspect is the location, near everything. Noisy apartment. They don’t offer the flexibility of a late check-out, only with a significant fee. Lacking luggage facilities. Uncomfortable bed, as the room door can't close, and the bathroom door doesn't lock. Adjusting hot water is difficult.
- Fahad (9/5): Superb -
- Mehmet (1/5): The worst experience I have ever had in my life! - The worst experience I have ever had in my life!
When I was searching for a place to stay in London I found this flat and chose it because of the location and to be honest, this bit was the positive side. However, Other than that, everything we experienced was a complete nightmare. We have stayed in different hotels in London many times, but none of them ruined our holiday like this.
To begin with, as I mentioned before the flat is in place centre of London and there are bars under, next to and opposite the door of the flat which runs until 05:00 AM.
As The windows of the flat are made of thin glass you hear all the noise from outside
such as screaming and swearing inside the bedroom while trying to sleep so that's why it's impossible to fall asleep until 5:00 AM.
The second problem about rooms is the mattresses are so old and the wires inside are sinking into you and causing great pain.
Furthermore, the shower water was very unbalanced and it was impossible to have a shower with a stable temperature of the water, sometimes water flowed hot enough to cause a second-degree burn on your body and sometimes the water flowed ice cold.
Moreover, The heaters turned off at night automatically and there was no manual control, so the apartment became cold.
In addition, as the apartment is open to the public and hosts many people, you can catch a disease from the people who stayed there before, since it was not cleaned well with professional chemicals. So, We had to clean it ourselves by purchasing disinfectant. As well as we found the belongings of the previous guest under the bed such as socks and inside the closet, and when we checked under the bed it was full of dust. unfortunately, the problems persist, such as, in the flat, they only used cheap materials because once the door handle came off we were locked in the room, likewise, the towel hanger fell on my foot and my foot was seriously injured. So I don't believe they are taking any professional technical help from any company as well.
On a final note, The landlords are not hospitable and they do everything to make money. For example, when we first moved into the flat they called us and informed us that we would be able to have a late checkout by paying an extra amount and on our last day they called us and informed about we needed to check out at 11:00 am as they rented to flat higher amount than we rented.
As we thought we would have a late check out we didn't have a second plan and we faced difficult situations such as we couldn't find a place to leave our belongings.
The biggest mistake I made was didn't read the reviews before I rented the flat.
Lastly, I charged a 250 GBP deposit before moving to the flat and couldn't get my deposit back for a week as there was the technical error caused by them.
We also saw that people who wrote reviews about the flat were accused of wanting to extort money. However, We are not asking for money, we are just writing this comment so that other people know what they are getting and not be deceived like we were.
- Muhammad (10/5): Location can’t be better than this - Best location Expensive
- Yazeed (10/5): Great place but it needs air condition - Location
- Marni (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lior (10/5): Very good - Apartment in the center of London, one minute from Oxford, 2 underground stations adjacent to the Elizabeth line and the Oxford Circus station, a super minute walk from the apartment, full of pubs and restaurants around. Kind hosts allowed us to check in early and check out late at no cost. I will definitely return to stay with them
- Karen (8/5): If it was clean it would have been near perfect. - The location was wonderful
The apartment was very spacious and had everything you needed. The apartment needed a very thorough cleaning. The bathroom and high touch area wasn’t too bad but
the dusk and dirt on the window cill could have written your name in. The kitchen sink looked like it had never been cleaned?
- Lior (8/5): A very nice and cozy property in a very good location. few things to improve and will be perfect - great location, clean and cozy Hot water run out after 3 minutes
water stream in shower &toilet was very low (had to flush the toilet several times until got clear.
Host was available only when calling her on the phone. Did not respond to the WhatsApp messages

- Arwa (10/5): Clean Awesum Location Perfect - *Clean has everything you need in an apartment with family and kids
*Location is the best part 4mins walk to oxford circus underground 5mins walk to hop on hop near oxford circus 3mins walk to tesco to pick up food.If you love shopping and food its the perfect location and you can get to most part of the city using the underground or bus service
*The care taker Annie is always available over the phone or whats app which is a plus point
*Has a functional lift which is rare in thes areas for apts *The only problem is its a very busy street by nite on friday and sat nite so the noise from people is a bit of a sleep killer but that has nothing to do with the apt... I still stay here even with the noise
- Sarah (1/5): Bad -
