- Juan (1/5): never had a worse stay experience than this one. - ...... The location and facilities are very poor.It's right next to the main road and we can't open the windows because it's unsafe and noisy. Many people and vehicles passed by the door. The room was promised to have air conditioning, but it actually didn't. The rooftop insulation was poor, and being in the rooms were like being in a sauna, uncomfortable. The provider promise to change an apartment with airconidtioning to us the next day, but the next day they told us fully booked ,cannot change , only can send us fans. Repeatedly going back on one's word. Rooms are not as same as shows on booking, totally have 4rooms, but two rooms are very small, even cannot open the suitcases. I am just sharing the real situation of the house with you so that you can be more clear when choosing and avoid the very bad experience like us. This is the first time I have encountered such a bad accommodation provider in all my years of booking.
- Nikos (6/5): Great location. Very spacious, comfortable beds. Could be cleaner and better maintained - Location is great, especially for us who were visiting for the British Summer Time in Hyde Park. The property is very spacious and it can host over 12 people with no problem. Some structural and cleanliness details, easily fixable could have made our rating perfect. Changing two things could make this the perfect house for a sort-term rent. The windows where very basic. In terms of soundproofing, they were non-existent. Often, I had to check that they were closed as the street noise was not filtered at all. Street cleaning was early hours and therefore this can affect your stay, especially if you are planning to sleep into the morning. Our stay was in June, but I suspect that for the winter weather proofing could be problematic as well. Some structural, maitenance and cleanliness concerns as well. One of the basins in the bathrooms did not drain and some of the curtain poles were not well secured with a mild safety concern as well. Our family is quite strict and specific about cleanliness. May be not a huge problem for other.

- Michael (3/5): We enjoyed our stay but think the house definitely needs spruced up. - Location was central. It was untidy when we arrived and is in serious need of a refurb. We also had 2 mice in the kitchen and only one set of keys between 6 adults.

- Zleek (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment with 4 large bedrooms and a huge space for all visitors. Good neighbourhood with a lot nice restaurants so you can go outside to eat something. Or you can visit one of the shops nearby and prepare food in fully equiped kitchen. If you want to do sightseening thera arę plenty of options nearby like bus stops or underground.
