• Grégory (9/5): Great location to visit London - The localisation is just perfect. Close to the subway, bus, supermarket, restaurant. Very close from some of the main tourist area as Big Ben and close form 1 bus trip from many other tourist area. Lucas answer quite fast to any question. The apartment is comfortable for a family of 4. Nothing special to mentioned here

• Vivienne (8/5): We enjoyed our time living like locals - Loved the proximity to key sites, public transport and supermarkets. Apartment was very clean. Beds were comfortable and bed linen was lovely and clean. There was a generous supply of tea, coffee, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and laundry capsules. We were provided with very clear access instructions 36 hours ahead of our arrival which was very reassuring. WIFI worked well.

• Aurélien (6/5): Great location and comfort. The building and the direct neighborhood is not really reassuring. - The interior was nice and everything was comfortable, the kitchen had everything that was needed. The property doesn't look really secured from the outside and it is very noisy.

• AURÉLIE (9/5): - L'emplacement, c'était très propre, très bien équipé Un peu bruillant mais en même temps c'est un quartier vivant. Et il a fait très chaud la nuit. Le chauffage était coller au lit. Même si c'était confortable par rapport au froid de dehors. Les nuits ont été difficiles par rapport à ça.

• Arun (4/5): Its a council house building, ill maintained and in deplorable condition in an unsafe area. - It is a well stocked apartment, with all the necessities one would need. 1- Its a council building, not sure how it is even legal to rent out this property on booking.com 2-Though it is in close proximity to waterloo station, it is an unsafe area for an outsider to stay with family. 3-The building common areas stinks of urine and weed and other garbage. 4-Felt very unsafe-many eyes were staring at us when we walked in/out.

• Tiina (9/5): We'll come back! - The apartment was very good, as promised. Lucas was a flexible host. Good transport connections to everywhere. Super pizza place near. Special thanks to cleaner for his kindness. The apartment had two large blankets for four guests. It would be nice if there were personal blankets in the apartment. At least in another bed.
• Жени (9/5): Superb - Excellent location! 10 minutes to London eye and Sea life museum, 20 minutes to Borough market, 10 minutes to Tate modern, 15 minutes to Big Ben and all by foot. Great for families with kids. Great local restaurants.

• Sarah (9/5): Absolutely perfect 😊 - Absolutely perfect location, not fair from the train station and local bars and restaurants. Lovely little apartment and perfect for a couple. The only thing and it was by no means a reflection on the apartment, it was quite noisy at times but being used to living in a quiet area at home, this was something I wasn’t used too. And when I say noisy, it was nothing out of the normal realm but if you’re not used to it, it may seem noisy.
• Fino (9/5): Overall everything was excellent! Comfortable, welcoming and clean. Surely when I return to London I will know where to - The property is very welcoming a stone’s throw from the subway and Waterloo station. Convenient to the center also on foot 15 minutes from Big Ben. Inside the apartment there are all the utensils you need. There’s no shortage of tea teates and tea😍. The only flaw was the bathroom divided into two a little small, on one side the toilet and on the other the shower/tub, present in both the sink and the mirror.
• Cathy (10/5): Exceptional - It had everything you needed, very clean and very comfortable. Travel cot provided and set up.Extra touches like plenty of charging sockets and plug points. Smart tv to use your netflix ect. Easy instructions from the owner to check in and contact details but didn't need to use these. Very near tube station on bakerloo line so could easily get to lots of places in the city! For me I had my baby with me he's 9 months so I did struggle a little with it being on the second floor with luggage and pram but It was just me, it would be easier for families with more than one person. It didn't put me off though I would love to stay there again. Nothing to complain about.

• To (10/5): Exceptional - Superior location in the waterloo and lambeth north metro. The community is quiet. But there are many restaurants and street stalls on the opposite side of the street. The landlord is very good and helpful. We arrived early, and he allowed us to put down our luggage for a trip. Also, give us a delay check-out. The apartment is fully prepared with cooking and laundry supplies. The bed is very comfortable. Thanks Lucas The neighborhood is a bit old.
• Michele (7/5): Good - Location near Waterloo Station The apartment was nice Building old and dirty. We didn't feel safe. Bathroom too small. Bathtub is slippery. The toilet may get clogged if you are not careful, but there is a plunge available for that purpose just in case.
• Nicolas (7/5): If you're a light sleeper, this place isn't for you. - Amazing location, véry close to the London eye. Spacious apartment and very clean. Great communication from the host. Good value for money. There's no sound insulation. At all. So you can hear the neighbours talk, their TV play and their kids run around. I'm a light sleeper, so falling asleep was difficult.

We were at a walkable distance of the London Eye and Big Ben which was perfect! My family and I loved staying at this location and we recommend anyone who is staying in London to stay here. No complains on my end.

• Ondrej (10/5): Perfect stay and totally worth it! - Hi, so this is an extraordinary accomodation practically situated close to London centre, but still quite affordable! The instructions sent beforehand by our host were precise, we had absolutely no trouble finding the apartment and the keys in the locker box. As soon as we entered the appartment hit me with its pleasant smell of fresh sheets, everything was neat and tidy, the apt has two big windows to the court which lighten it up. It is very nicely furnished, but not overdone - just enough for 4 people to be comfortable and at ease. The kitchen is very well equipped, it has a large fridge (not the tiny hotel one where you can barely fit a few things), it has an electric kettle, an oven with a stove, a toaster ... we really didn't lack anything! Beds were comfy, even the pliable sofa, with vast storage space in the built-in wardrobe. TV with netflix access was a pleasant bonus after a busy day in London. Bathroom and toilet are a bit smaller, but given the location and building style (and overall building trend in London), I personally think it was ample and towels were provided. The apartment is on 2nd floor with no lift, but the stairs are not narrow and we managed with a stroller (even with a Thule, which is quite large!) so keep that in mind. The surroundings of the apartment were quiet with just a four minute walk to the nearest Underground or Waterloo station. Thank you for this unique stay, it was worth every penny and a real bargain considering what you get for the price! The overhead neighbors were a bit noisy in the evening, even having rows (or just very loud conversation?) but it usually stopped before 10PM and besides, you really can't pick your neighbors, so there's nothing the host could have done to prevent it.

• Denise (8/5): Comfortable apartment in a quiet and well-situated location. - Easy walk to the Westminster area of the city. Lovely view overlooking a green courtyard. Apartment was stylishly decorated while still comfortable and inviting. The futon couch in the living room, piled high with cushions, was a great place to crash at the end of the day. Appreciated the dishwasher. Shower was very narrow and slippery - safety would be improved with a bathmat - and it was very hard to get the water temperature at a comfortable level, not freezing or scalding.
• Beth (9/5): We really enjoyed the stay - The location was great, easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Waterloo Station a few minutes walk. Easy access to the tube. The local pub The Duke of Sussex was just around the corner, serving the best food, as well as great staff. Local shops to get supplies are also just around the corner. My only suggestion would be to have a mattress topper on the mattress, as it was very hard. Apart from that we loved our stay, and would highly recommend this accommodation.
