Lisa (5/5): Excellent location, comfort not to same standard. - Quiet area (for London at least!) with good communications. Clean apartment with a decent kitchen and amenities. Beds were not comfortable. Could feel every spring poking into my back (and I'm average size, not super heavy). We reported missing towels and pillows (only 4 of each, not including decorative pillows, and we were five), but were only told "they should be there", and when we replied we'd looked in every cupboard and drawer there was no response. On arrival the only roll of toilet paper was absolutely soaked through, so we had to go buy our own because it wasn't in a useable state.

Susan (7/5): A good apartment but some changes to the mattress etc need to be made immediately. - My double bed was very uncomfortable and the springs were making a noise as soon as you got into bed. You could hear the springs when you turned over in the night.This disturbed my sleep in all 3 nights. The bathroom sink did not have a plug. The bed settee in the lounge had tears in the grey fabric. The put you up bed on the metal stand was like sleeping on the floor. The striped mattress was very thin. . Also there was not enough hand towels.

Hensley (8/5): Nice apartment with several amenities and a great location! - We loved the location of the property. It was easily accessible to the train station and many local pubs/cafes. The beds were a little rough to sleep on (several spings that poke you in the back).
