Emesha (9/5): Superb - We really enjoyed our time here. This is a lovely little apartment, very comfortable and in a nice area. Walking distance to the Oval and the Imperial War Museum. Walking distance to Tescos. Lots of public transport options nearby. After making the booking I was the required to pay a deposit. You have a choice of non refundable £50 deposit or a larger deposit, I think it was £350 but after checkout you would get £320 back. This information was not on Booking.com.
Mary (8/5): Very good - Resting No instructions of how to use remote for television, washer/dryer, and others that we were awkward and cautioned. Not wanting to break but really wasting our time to struggle. Should have posted instructions of what to use them.

Nikkii (7/5): Good - Able to contact Tempstay whose managing the property (Not Booking.Com) and speak with someone to get an Access Code for key collection. I was worried it was late (after 8pm) and there will be no one to pick up the call but luckily someone did. Location suitable for the purpose of stay (Work). Very spacious and comfortable for longer stay. Very handy there's a Chinese Take away and grocer shop less than 1 min walk from the apartment. Good selection of food option less than 5mins walk from the apartment. Close to bike/scooter rental spots within 2mins walk from apartment. Busstop within 2min walk from apartment. Tube and train station within 10-15min walk. I didn't receive the email with the Access Code to collect the keys. Apartment fixtures (e.g lock on toilet door, tap and toilet extract fan) need fixing. Shower screen not fit for purpose with the type of overhead rainmaker shower system (screen too short and does not provide a seal with the bathtube when using so toilet floor get very wet after shower. Flat is very well insulated. Probably good for cold weather but too hot for the unusually warm weather at my time of visit. Fans provided were not properly fixed (fan base missing screws so very wobbly when in use and didn't provide any useful cooling)
Bliss (8/5): I will definitely stay here again, however I’m not always too keen on staying in London because I’m - No caution saying extremely hot water . One broken outside chair and although it’s summer spring weather atm the heaters were not working at all for those chilly times out the shower or in cold weather conditions. Few slight damages which someone people wouldn’t notice but I notice loads but took pictures beforehand so that they didn’t try to charge me of anything as I’ve had that happen before other than that it was a great place to stay. The area is quite dodgy self as it is Vauxhall/Lambeth, however, the pictures were exactly how they were on the website I booked through booking.com but they were exactly the same which were nice. Plenty of nice little added extras as well love the fact that the washing machine is also a dryer and then it comes with a dishwasher, a little bit hard to open the curtains because of rope burn, but nothing that couldn’t be sorted within two minutes would stay here again. However I do like to have variety in things but I definitely would recommend it as it’s quite a nice vibe. It’s very quaint in this part of the area as well. Really good showers as well both overhead and a compact one. Has many mirrors as well if you’re one of them types of people that do you like to look in there is a lot LOL What could’ve been better is not only what I’ve stated, but there could be a little bit more privacy on the balcony part side
Anderson (9/5): Superb - Spacious and nice place to stay. The external building is not very attractive, but the apartment itself is really good. The check-in procedure was not good, I needed to get the keys in a place 10min away walking. The main problem with it was that I was alone with heavy luggage. The streets and sidewalks aren't the best to roll suitcases, so that was a bad experience.

Jackie (7/5): If your looking for a good quality one bed apartment, this one ticks the box. Nice and quiet area. - Shop was not very friendly, and bit of a fuss with codes. Advertised as a two bed apartment, but was only one. Has to be said that they kindly gave a late check out as compensation.

Dr. (8/5): Really nice stay in a clean and comfortable appartement managed by really friendly staff. - The appartement was very clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. The staff always answered quickly and friendly to all our enquiries. We have nothing to complain about regarding the appartement itself. Sensitive people might find the aviation noise somewhat troubling, but this is compensated for with the location of the appartement being that near to the city Centre.
Catherine (3/5): Poor - Location and cleanliness It was falsely advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment but there was only 1 bedroom. This totally changed our plans and we left after 1 night. There was a tiny uncomfortable sofabed in the sitting room. But that meant the living room became a mess with bags and bedding everywhere. None of the lamps were in working order so we only had strong overhead lighting. Not very relaxing. The TV didn't work so we could not watch the football final. We discovered eventually, that the batteries in the remote were dead. We couldn't cook as there were no instructions for the oven and It wasnt apparent. There were only 2 chairs on the balcony, one of which was broken. A very disaapointing experience. I have tried getting a response from the property as its definitely not as advertised.. Their only gesture was to offer to repay us for any batteries we purchased. I found this rather dismissive as it was very expensive for a 2 night stay in a 2 bedroom apartment, (we had a 1 night stay in a 1 bedroom apartment.) I dont like posting negative reviews but felt the advertising and maintenance of this place very upsetting.
Brad (8/5): Very good - Good size, modern, well equipped, comfortable bed/mattress, great location. inadequate curtains in the bedroom, blackout curtains required.
