• Tracy (10/5): Great choice and surrounding area - We stayed in the one bedroom apartment, it's clean and comfortable, everything you need in a great location. £300 deposit and ID required on check it but it was refunded quickly following check out, just saying that because I haven't had to do that anywhere else but it was fine.

• Christina (9/5): Perfect location and plenty of space - Spacious. And the three and half bathrooms really helped with traveling with teens. The location was super central and easy for theater nights but also relatively quiet. The beds are very firm.

Having a kitchen and washer was a godsend because we were too tired to go out to eat every night. Location was perfect. Thank goodness for AC this summer. Originally told there was only AC in one bedroom but when we got there, our apartment had AC throughout.

Onestamente mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare al mio arrivo 3 bottigliette d’acqua in frigo cosa che è sempre ben gradita all’arrivo in un alloggio .

• Ahmad (10/5): Highly recommended. - The location couldn’t be any better. The apartment is very specious and furniture quality is great compared to other apartments in London. Bob was helpful and helped whenever we needed. The security deposit was also returned after few days from check out. If there were more frequent cleaning it would have been better as we stayed for 6 nights with no cleaning service. Also if there was a place to keep our luggage after check out it would have been very helpful.

• huda (7/5): لم تكن مريحة . - الموقع فقط . الإقامة لم تكن مريحة في الحقيقة غرف النوم صغيرة جدًا موقد الطبخ لايعمل بشكل جيد حيث لانستطيع إكمال الطبخ لايوجد إلا حمام واحد فقط خزانة الحمام حجمها لايتناسب إطلاقًا مع المغسلة فعمقها نفس عمق المغسلة !! حدث شيء غريب حتى الآن لانعلم السبب ولا يوجد مبرر حقيقة !! فبعد عدة أيام من السكن جاء وقت التنظيف وكنا في الشقة وحضرت عاملتين للتنظيف وأصرت إحداهن على إدخال رجل لتنظيف الحمام مع عدته ؟!!! سألتها لماذا لاتنظفونه انتم "خاصة أننا لسنا في فندق" فردت ليس عملي ولابد من وجود الرجل لتنظيف الحمام .. دخل الرجل وأغلق باب الحمام وبعد مرور مايقارب 15 دقيقة خرج ! وشككنا في الأمر . علمًا أنه لم يكن معنا رجل في الشقة بل أنا الأم وبناتي فقط. عند تسجيل الخروج طريقة نظرات بوب لي وحديثه معي وأسألته لم تكن مريحة إطلاقًا .

Was wonderful to have a home away from home in such a safe feeling and quiet neighborhood. Close to wonderful restaurants and sights. Loved having a kitchen, and overall very comfortable stay.

• Graham (9/5): Great place for a family trip to London - Great location for exploring the west end. Right in the heart of Mayfair yet quiet and relaxing. Well equipped and comfortable, with everything you need for a short stay. The third bed was a very cheap “futon”. Really just a fold out single mattress.

• Hanaa (10/5): Spacious beautiful apartment - If you’re looking for a large 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of London with ample space for your family , secure , clean and modern .. then this is the place for you ! The kitchen had everything you needed. The tv area was a large space , 3.5 baths and lots of cupboard space. You are also right bang at the heart of all shops , cafes and restaurants and stations. I believe the apartment could benefit from a big L shape sofa that could fit more people to sit and possible use a comfortable bed too. Two bathrooms had lovely mirror cabinets but they were too close to the sink which made it difficult to wash your face.
• Rupert (9/5): Superb - Location was brilliant and within easy walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. Green Park tube station only 3 minutes walk away and supermarkets also very close. The unit itself was nicely set up with 2 queen bed bedrooms and an open plan living area. The only bathroom was a little small, but overall the apartment is ideal for a family of 4 like ourselves with 2 kids under the age of 13. We thought a few extra home comforts available on arrival e.g. some teabags for a cup of tea and some milk in the fridge, wouldn't go astray, notwithstanding it is a self catered apartment.

• Cecilia (9/5): Spacious, clean and very well-located! - The apartment is in a fantastic location, within walking distance to an Underground, shops and Piccadilly Circus. Other major attractions are also very close-by and definitely walkable distance if you're up for it. The apartment was spacious, clean and well-appointed, with ample cupboard space. There is a lift, which is very convenient for those travelling with heavy luggage. Unfortunately there's no adequate space in the bathroom or bedroom to hang wet hang towels, which can get a bit frustrating after a few days.

Large kitchen and family room was great for my 6 adult family. All bedrooms had full ensuites and there was also an extra toilet in passageway. Washing machine and dryer in one was fantastic too.

• April (10/5): Excellent location, comfortable and beautiful. - The location is excellent. You are in the heart of everything. Soho is less than a 10-minute walk, and the tube is less than 5 minutes away. You are between busy streets but not directly on one, so it wasn't too noisy at night. There is some traffic, and a couple of nights, there was a lot of honking, but otherwise, it was fairly quiet. When we arrived, there were nice, fresh flowers on the dining table, lots of fresh, organic fruit, and bottled water, which was a nice touch. Bob, who checked us in, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The check-in was seamless. The apartment is as shown and, in my opinion, even nicer than the photos showed. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were quite hard. There isn't a full-length mirror anywhere. There is a mirror angled on the ground in the dining room you can use as a full-length from a distance, but otherwise, the mirrors were lacking for 3 of us to get ready simultaneously. Sitting on the hardwoods to do my makeup each day in the dining room wasn't ideal, but it was not a huge deal for us. I could see this being an issue for older guests, however. It would have been nice to have mirrors in the bedrooms to get ready, but again, not a huge deal for us.

• Sahaiza (10/5): One of the best stays in central london! Looks exactly as pictured. - Everything! Bob let us checked in earlier. There were fruits/coffee/tea/bottled water as welcoming gifts. Supplied cooking oil/salt/chilli flakes. Supplied detergents for washer. Place was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. TV has lots of channels. The lift was not working one morning when we went down, but it was fixed by the time we got back to the apartment. Apartment is on 2nd floor with short flight of stairs.
• Hope (7/5): If you’re looking for “dorm room” accommodations in a great location, this is the place for you. - Great location! Actual unit did not match the photos tho. Very “bare bones” - zero decor, no rugs, extra pillows & blankets were old, warn & possibly dirty. If you’re looking for luxury, this is not the place for you. If you’re looking for a good location & are just looking for a place to shower & sleep, it will do. Not as shown in photos. More like a dorm room.
