• Ninja (10/5): Goede locatie en erg schoon. - Het appartement is super centraal gelegen en dicht bij verschillende metrostations. Omdat het appartement in een steegje gelegen is, is het toch relatief rustig. Oordopjes zijn voorzien. De hygiëne is top, alles schoon en onderhouden. Het trappenhuis ruikt zelfs nog vers geschilderd. Wasmachine en droogrek vonden we ook erg handig. Inchecken en uit checken ging soepel. Het was erg warm weer maar er stond een goede ventilator. Trappenhuis is smal en stijl dus voor mensen die minder goed ter been zijn of veel bagage hebben, kan dit een uitdaging zijn. Er is geen lift. Verder was het prettig geweest als er een grotere spiegel aanwezig was.

Le lit est confortable et l’espace cuisine très agréable. Le pommeau de douche été pas du tout propre( moisissures). Et l’insonorisation avec les bar à côté été compliqué. Même si des boules quies sont à disposition le froid et le bruit reste présent. Et les numéros qui sont mis à disposition pour vous joindre fonctionne avec des cartes SIM nous qui avons pris une ESIM impossible de joindre par WhatsAp.

Dışarıdaki bütün ses odanın içindeydi, deliksiz 5 dakika uyuyamadım , seyahatim boyunca uykusuz kaldım.Banyo suyun sıcaklığı iyi değildi.Çarşafların üzerine gözle görülür kıllar vardı.Sabah erken saatte üst katımda temizlik yapılmasını hoş değildi. Odada hiç havlu peçete olmaması da hoş değildi.Perdeleri açıp kapamak için büyük çaba gerekiyor.

• Han-Chien (10/5): - This was my second time staying here, even though I was on a different floor this time. The location is incredibly accessible and right in the city center. While the area is lively, it feels very safe and has a great vibe. I loved the well-equipped kitchen for my daily cooking, but on days when I wanted to eat out, there were so many fantastic restaurants with diverse cuisines just steps away. A truly wonderful experience once again!

• Remy (10/5): Parfait !!! - Nous avons tout aimé : les équipements (il y avait même un sèche cheveux avec diffuseur, des plaids, des pastilles de LV etc), l'emplacement (3 min à pieds du métro, d'Oxford Street, en plein centre de Soho, proche des bars, de China Town et des restaurants), la literie, la taille de l'appartement était parfaite également pour un coupl etc. Un autre point très appréciable : c'était parfaitement propre et sain, bravo. Super alternative à un hôtel, on reviendra lors de notre prochain séjour à Londres ! Ps : prix attractif

• Manuela (6/5): Tolle Lage mit einigen minus Punkten. - Die Lage war toll. Für mich (Mutter, 48. mit Sohn 15) war die Unterkunft „ok“. Jedoch muss man ehrlicherweise sagen, es ist immer irgendwie laut war. Sei es vom Pup in der Nähe, der Strasse, der Müllabfuhr oder der Strassenarbeiter. Uns hat es nicht gross gestört. Die Fenster sind jedoch nicht dicht. Auch konnten wir sie nicht öffnen zum lüften. Der Ablauf der Dusche war verstopft. Wir waren im 1. Stock. Die Duschbrause hat fast keinen Druck. Für mich mit langen Haaren ein graus.

• Palanterät (9/5): - Sijainti oli ehdottomasti hyvä, lähellä kaikkea, mutta kuitenkaan ei minkään ison kadun varrella. Kaikki oli asunnolla niinkuin luvattu, korvatulppia myöden. Positiivinen kokemus ja sai rahoille vastinetta. Asunnon koodi systeemi oli hyvä, ei tarvinnut huolehtia avaimesta. Kadulta tosiaan äänet kuuluvat erittäin selvästi sisään, mutta ainakin arki öisin sai kohtuu rauhassa nukkua. Suihkun lämpötilan säätäminen oli meille haastava ja saimme lähinnä kylmää vettä niskaan.

• Sarah (7/5): - The flat was very clean, quiet, and well-supplied with basic needs. While the central location was very convenient, there were some sketchy areas within one block. It would have been fine for adults, but I didn't enjoy walking with my little kid through the groups of teenagers smoking weed on the dark street adjacent to the room, or past the neighboring sex shops.

• Jan (10/5): Skvělá varianta pro pobyt přímo v centru Londýna - Excelentní pozice přímo v srdci Soho, velká spousta restaurací, hospůdek a obchodů v bezprostřední blízkosti. Krátkou procházkou dostupné hned tři různé stanice metra. Self check-in a check-out bez problémů, všechny potřebné informace jsme dostali v předstihu. Ubytování samotné bylo čisté, dobře vybavené, topení fungovalo, na místě byly osušky i toaletní potřeby, plně vybavený kuchyňský kout. -

• Priscilla (9/5): Amazing stay and would stay again here. The host responds timely to any inquiries and provides lots of helpful informati - The location is amazing! In the heart of it all and everything is walking distance. For those far away places to see, this location is surrounded by public transportation stops as well. If you are a light sleeper then this might be a bit noisy for you. I didn’t mind this at all but it is close to the nightlife.

• Antonescu (6/5): Rundown and not very clean - The only thing to like is the location. The place is significantly more rundown than the pictures show. Cleanliness was not up to par either - the bathroom vent had huge pieces of dust around it, all surfaces were dusty, there were dust specs on the outer sheets. I also have no problem climbing a few flights of stairs - but note these are extremely narrow stairs that are very difficult to climb with even a small troller.

L’appart est très mignon et fonctionnel , une super literie en prime vraiment rien a dire Seul bémol on a l’impression de dormir dans la rue tellement les fenêtres ne sont pas isolantes du bruit ! Mais ce n’est pas grave quand on le sait car tout le reste est super et c’est normal vu le quartier ! Boules kies et masque de nuit obligatoires !

• Aleksandra (10/5): Vi kommer gärna tillbaka! - Läget kunde inte vara bättre! Jag bodde här tillsammans med min tonårsdotter som hade shopping som primära målet med resan och närheten till både Carnaby, Oxford, Regent, Covent Garden etc. var svårslagen. Samtidigt hade vi flera olika metro- och busslinjer nära för att komma till olika sevärdheter. Att inte tala om det fantastiska restaurangutbudet på gångavstånd. Helt perfekt! Att hitta, checka in och ut var hur enkelt som helst och värdarna var extremt snabba på att svara så fort man hade en fråga. Vi tyckte om att ha kodlås och inte behöva hålla koll på en fysisk nyckel. Sängen var bekväm och lagom stor för oss två. Som flera andra skrev, så låter det väldigt mycket utifrån på nätterna. Vi förväntade oss dock inget annat med tanke på läget och var beredda på det. Att det låg öronproppar vid sängen var en fin gest vi uppskattade. Men om en god natts sömn är viktig för en, så är kanske en lägenhet mitt inne i smeten inte det rätta valet.
• Roberto Carlos (10/5): Buena elección para el centro de Londres - Está situado muy bien, puedes ir a los sitios más interesantes del centro andando desde el apartamento. Situado muy cerca de tiendas y todo tipo de bares y restaurantes. La zona me pareció tranquila. Y no muy ruidosa para estar en el Soho. La única pega es que al ser edificios antiguos, las ventanas son de madera y no aíslan el ruido como las modernas, pero al menos los días que estuvimos nosotros no había mucho ruido en la calle. Las escaleras son estrechas.
• Rieke (8/5): Super gelegen und einfache Kommunikation aber aufgrund der Lärmbelästigung würden wir die Unterkunft erst wieder buchen - Sehr zentral, Dusche war super heiß und einfacher Check in Es war teilweise super laut, da sich die Jungend quasi unterhalb der Wohnung getroffen haben und teils bis spät in die Nacht rumgebrüllt und Glasflaschen rumgeworfen haben. Die Fenster sind nur einmal verglast, daher hat man alles gehört.

Sinon, plusieurs moyens de transports publics sont proches. Il y a une épicerie au coin et vous avez tout le nécessaire pour vous faire à manger à votre chambre. Londres est dispendieux! Moi, je déjeunais chaque jour à ma chambre et le reste à l’extérieur à l’exception d’un souper à ma chambre. Le lit n’est pas le plus confortable mais j’étais seule donc, quand même passable. Lorsque j’écrivais aux hôtes pour des questions, j’avais des réponses rapides. Je vous le recommande. Je me suis sentie en sécurité en tout temps. Rien de particulier mais étant au cœur de Soho, le bruit la nuit est existant. Portez des bouchons ou un bruit de fond pour dormir.

• Muntaha (10/5): - When I arrived to the place it was very clean and tidy! Instructions were clear from the staff beforehand and it was easy to figure out. The location is excellent! Almost all you need in cantral london is a walking distance. Plus you have nearby tube stations. Like most flats in london no elevators which is fine unless you have to carry a heavy suitcase 😅

• SANDRINE (8/5): Emplacement idéal du studio pour profiter de Londres et logement de qualité. - La situation géographique était idéale. Propreté du lieu. Les fournitures de première nécessité (papier WC, liquide vaisselles, shampooing, gel douche, torchon...). Le bruit de l'extérieur (vraiment quartier très bruyant et mauvais isolement de fenêtres). Les stores qui ne permettent pas de faire le noir complet : luminosité importante même la nuit avec les lampadaires extérieurs. J'ai du faire l'achat d'un bandeau pour dormir et de boules quies. Un sèche cheveux aurait été apprécié.
• Lukasz (10/5): Świetny apartament. - Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Apartament zachwycił nas czystością i estetyką. Wnętrze jest w pełni wyposażone, co sprawiło, że czuliśmy się jak w domu. Dużym plusem jest lokalizacja - wszędzie mieliśmy blisko. Zdecydowanie polecamy i z pewnością wrócimy. Nie było nic takiego.

Dodałabym tylko pojemnik z mydłem do rąk. Jeżeli ktoś będzie dłużej dobrze zabrać ze sobą dodatkowy żel pod prysznic, ale wszystkie te informacje są szczegółowo opisane w mailu który gość otrzymuje przed przyjazdem. W nocy faktycznie bywa głośno ale zatyczki do uszu rozwiązują problem. Wszystko nam się podobało

And, only two rolls of toilet paper. We had to buy more at the store. And no AC which was not a problem with the windows open. Glad it was on the 2nd floor or that would have made me nervous.

The noise lets you know you are really in London and it’s all done by about midnight. SoHo is such a fun area and you are right in it here - the staff are nice too if you have any questions The bed really needs replacing We are a 50 and 60 year old couple and had no issues with all the stairs

• Michelle (10/5): Great location and close to everything! - Location was great! So many restaurants nearby. Subway within a quick walk. Room was comfortable and relatively roomy. Host was quick to respond when we had an issue with the washing machine. Overall a great stay. Could have used an extra towel or two seeing as how we were there for 5 nights. They change linens once a week so an extra would have been helpful. Got a bath towel and hand towel each for two of us.

• Ruth (9/5): Very nice, comfortable, fantastic location and the staff were very nice and helpful when we had a problem (two problems) - Clean , not small, light, a cupboard. The staff were incredible The shower had not got the right angle. The lady got near the bed does not shine on the book, the instructions door was he appliances were bundled up together her with insurances etc’. The here was noise at night which the windows couldn’t keep out.

Great kitchen and modern bathroom with good storage. Bed was comfortable and everything was lovely and clean. Considering the price, our room had a broken lamp and blind. Water pressure in the shower was quite weak - not ideal for those with thicker hair. Windows didn’t keep much noise out at night, but considering the location noise is to be expected.

• Eduardo (8/5): I liked staying here! - Location is fantastic. The apartment has everything you need for a couple days trip, so very convenient. It gives you this feeling that you’re living like a local. It has a washer/dryer which is helpful too. The stairs going up the third floor were not a challenge for me but definitely would be a challenge for someone older or which knee/health problems. Though we managed to sleep okay-ish, The bed could be more comfortable as well as pillows to ensure a better sleep. Other than that is a great place to stay.

It's in a very central location with lots of bars, cafes, theatres, etc nearby. At times there was quite a lot of noise from people passing in the street.

• Jeremy (9/5): Superb - Right in the heart of the action. Everything was at our doorstep and we loved that part of the stay.

• Megan (8/5): Ideal base in the heart of London for an extended stay. Great interactions with staff. Highly recommended for young or y - Fantastic location in the heart of Soho, close to everything. Clean and comfortable with a handy kitchen and large fridge. Loved the convenience of having an in-unit washer/dryer. 3rd floor meant a lot of stairs! Next time I would book unit 1 or 2. Can be a bit noisy, especially Saturday night - but to be expected in Soho
• Karol (10/5): I would repeat it without hesitation. - The apartment and location were unbeatable. Everything you need for a very good stay is available, we even used the washer-dryer. Excellent experience.
• Kristyna (1/5): Bad Host, horrible accommodations - The area which the room is located is nice and busy. I don’t recommend this host. The room is very cold, the windows don’t shut properly - you feel the breeze coming through and hear everything from outside. The same thing in the bathroom - there is literally 0,5 cm wide gap between window and ceiling. The bed is so worn out, you can feel each spring when you move. When we arrived we were told that there’s no hot water - I literally had to spend a day at my room watching over repairmen out of fear for my things. The host was borderline rude and refused to compensate anything. She wouldn’t even pick up or reply to messages from booking. That’s why she doesn’t take any refunds, she knows exactly how bad the room is and when you arrive it’s too late to do anything about it but stick it out. We were given two towels which the handymen used so we literally had half the towels available to us. The room was also quite dirty- the cleaning lady doesn’t wash the dishes - you can still see lipstick from the previous user. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
• Melanie (9/5): Great affordable and clean apartment for London with lots of amenities. - Good amenities Great location for sightseeing, cafes, restaurants. Very clean apartment. A little loud on the streets over the weekend.
• Bogna (9/5): Great location, beautiful and very clean - Beautifully done, very well furnished, you literally had everything you needed, brilliant location - on the centre but on a side street. Very clean. Good size, very comfy bed. Heater and fans provided for both seasons. I'd love to stay there again. 9 instead of 10 only because it was a bit noisy but that's everywhere with that location. BUT earplugs were provided both sides of the bed!!
• Ruby (9/5): Superb - Great location, excellent value, communitive host, and lovely cleaning staff. When I read the reviews about the mattress, I requested extra bedding/topper which they kindly provided. I wish they had dimmers on the overhead lights and better-quality pillows.
• Tristan (8/5): Nice Studio in Soho - Location was very central and near everything. Lots of food options around. Transport was near as well. So were all the shops. The apartment was like in the picture. Modern and with everything needed. I appreciated that they left an instruction book with all the relevant information. Mostly the noise coming from the window. A few stairs but it's acceptable. Not a big deal.
• Hkay (9/5): Superb - Very clean studio. Very central. The stairs were narrow and hard to carry up our luggages. Also at night there was too noise from outside.
• Sonja (9/5): Overall very good - Good appliances, great location for theatres, great communication Small bathroom, can be noisy due to street noise such as people arguing outside
• Janine (10/5): Just perfect :) - The hosts were very friendly and addressed our concerns straight away. Check in and check out worked perfectly. The apartment was clean, lovingly furnished and had everything you need. The location is brilliant and the nights were surprisingly quiet. On the next trip to London, we will definitely book with you again. Great apartment, great place and great vacation. Thank you very much for this great apartment!
• Anton (9/5): Wonderful holiday in a cosy appartement in a great location. - The location was perfect. Right in the center of London with the Tube closeby and so many places to eat or drink. Only ‘negative’ were the windows. Even when fully closed, it sounded like they were open. It was pretty busy in the neighbourhood so there was a lot of noise at night. Luckily we were so tired because of our busy days, we fell asleep easily.
