The house as well as the apartment needs a new coat of paint. The walls are a bit dirty, there is mould on the wall, over the bathtub. The bar under the apartment is very noisy, which is normal, but still...
• Cecilia (8/5): El lugar cómodo y con una ubicación práctica - Si bien está lejos del centro, es de muy fácil acceso por la estación del underground que está justo al frente. Además tiene un supermercado al lado de la estación que está abierto las 24 horas del día, donde se pueden comprar cosas para comer si llegas tarde y para tomar desayuno. En la esquina hay un pub, el tema del ruido fue complicado porque tuvimos que usar tapones en los oídos para poder dormir.

• Anders (5/5): Enkelt och spartanskt boende i ett bra läge - Mycket enkelt att hitta och checka in. Läget bra nära tunnelbana men en kortare tur till centrala London. Fungerande kök och spartansk inredning. Det fanns brister som vi påpekade via meddelande men som inte besvarades alls av ägaren. Vi fick leva med det helt enkelt.

• Saripa (7/5): Best aardige accommodatie die met veel verbeteringen een paradijs zou kunnen zijn. - De accommodatie was erg schoon toen we aankwamen. Ook is de flat ruim; groot genoeg voor ons gezin van 4 personen. Bijna elke kraan lekte. De doucheslang in de ensuite badkamer lekte. De kraan in de keuken zat onder de kalk. Er waren meer dan 10 lepels en maar 2 vorken. Veel te weinig glazen en bekers. De koekenpannen waren zo beschadigd dat je ze niet kon gebruiken. Er stonden vieze borden in de kasten. De slaapbank in de huiskamer was doorgezakt waardoor je er niet op kunt zitten. De matrassen in de slaapkamers zijn zo dun dat je de spiraalbodem er doorheen voelt. De vloerbedekking in de slaapkamers is vies. Geen salontafel in de huiskamer.
• Aneka (6/5): Comfortable enough - The location of this property is exceptional. It is both accessible to get there and to get into the property. Having stayed there before I assumed all the apartments were equal. However, apt 4 is not the same as apt 2. My bedroom window overlooked overflowing rubbish bins. The front windows, barbed wire and pigeons. There was also only one toilet in this apartment which is fine except that I originally paid less to stay in a 2-bed apartment in the same block with two bathrooms. It should be possible to book the apartment you want not just be assigned one on the day.

The bathroom door wasn’t closing properly and the washing machine wasn’t working properly either, the owner has been notified of this and I’m pretty sure they’ll swiftly fix it

Food truck open late and parked opposite the apartment plus a 24/7 supermarket. The host Hollie was amazing- very helpful and kind.

• Nicole (8/5): Great value for money in a good location for transport links - I like the amount of space we had, which gave us both privacy (as well as separate bathrooms). I liked the cleanliness. It gets warm quickly if you use heating. The single glazed windows mean it’s a little noisy, the tv doesn’t have a way to connect to your phone.

But I was there only for one night so it was perfect, new appliances, spacious flat, excellent location and really quick reply when messaging the host. Great experience! I’d recommend and stay there again in the future for sure I missed having a big smart tv to make it even more cozy

Een 24 uurs winkel zit ook aan de overkant en de Lidl op 300 meter. Het appartement is prima Je uitzicht is op een overkapping van een dak waar smorgens de eekhoorntjes druk in de weer zijn. De pannen konden beter Op vrijdag en zaterdag is ernaast een discotheek je hoort de muziek niet Maar wel rumoer van pratende jeugd

Property was spacious and airy and very clean Sadly no easy parking in area, booked a parking spot nearby for £16 for 24 hrs. Battery was dead in remote. We had to buy another battery. • Mervyn (7/5): Great convenient location. - Next to the tube station unfortunately there was a tube strike through our stay so didn’t get to use it. However there’s bus stop right outside the property which gets you to most central places within 45-60mins. Check in was very easy. Comfortable beds and flat was relatively clean - I could walk around bare feet. Shower was clean too with ample of hot water. Sofa was new and very comfy! The hall way of the building needs a bit of updating. Flat was clean but it lacks character - bare walls that could do with a new lick of paint. Musky smell upon entering but thankfully I brought my own room spray. I feel like it has so much potential if they gave the flat a bit of an updating but overall it was a pleasant stay!

• Min (5/5): Convenient for shift stay but wifi do need improved - The location is quite close to city centre, and there are many groceries and public transportation. The wifi does not work, also the signal is always poor there, that is annoying.

The sofa bed had a hard plank down the centre, luckily my nephew was light and small so fitted on one side. The blinds in the ensuite wouldn't pull down so my cousin and her daughter felt exposed and their shower trickled so all 4 of us had to use the hand held shower head in the communal bathroom. We couldn't find the ironboard and when you turned the toilet taps on air in the pipes made a noise waking everyone at night.

• Ellie (7/5): The apartment it clean and functional but there are no extra luxuries. Fine for a short stay and a great base from which - The apartment location was great, just across from the tube and bus stop right outside. Easy access to town and Clapham. It was clean and functional. The communication with the host was great. We notified them of an issue with the shower and they had it fixed that day. The building itself is a bit shabby, but once inside the apartment it’s fine. As we were there over a weekend, the noise from the pub next door was extremely loud and continued into the early hours of the morning. This was not the fault of the host and may be fine during the week. The views from the apartment are pretty bleak and it is sparsely equipped (eg 1 wine glass, no clothes rack to dry washing on etc).

Despite complaint, it was not repaired. Located next to Pub, there is lot of music till 4.00am in the morning, which is quite disturbing

A bit scant on furniture and only 1 lamp so the light was very strong in the evenings. Could do with a repaint! There is a pub or club behind the building and there was a lot of noise from it until 3am.

• Louise (9/5): Superb - Very convenient location in Stockwell. Even though it was on the high street the bedrooms are situated at the back of the flat so are quiet. Had everything you needed for a simple stay.
• Sproat (8/5): Nice little area to stay in and nice little apartment - The tube was very close so that was very convenient, and the property was nice and a good price. My only issue was the bathroom in the hallway wasn't the best. It was clean but the lighting wasn't great and it was very hot in the bathroom due to the towel warmers. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Convenience shop, restaurant and bus stop very nearby. Windows blind not functioning. I can't sleep at night because I'm frightened of outside views. I'm worried if someone sneaks me while I'm sleeping. I felt unsafe.

• Dawn (9/5): Superb - Fabulous size, very comfortable with everything we needed for our quick stay. We had a pram which couldn't fit in the front door so it was a bit of a hassle to fold it down and carry a baby, a toddler, our luggage and the pram through the door and up the stairs!
