- Eloise (9/5): Overall lovely apartment would stay again but just needs some minor improvements first especially for the price we paid - Comfortable beds with spacious bedrooms. Lovely roof access in a quiet area. Also liked how fans were supplied in all bedrooms. The patio doors in the living room with the safety glass was a lovely feature especially considering the temperature and was able to keep them open at night without any worries. Some windows and doors wasn’t very secure. The glass on the rooftop door was smashed and glass was left on the floor. There was also minor damages that was there when we arrived that we wasn’t made aware of. Someone was meant to do a walk through of the apartment with as and handover keys but there was no one there we wasn’t made aware told to fish them out of the letterbox which was difficult. We wasn’t made aware also not made aware of the lack of parking nearby to the apartment which was essential to us being a disabled family. The dishwasher was also not run before we got there so there was no clean dishes for us to use.

- Monica (9/5): Spacious clean quiet apartment ideal for Abba Voyage or Stratford area - Great location to visit Abba Voyage from - 10 min walk to Stratford DLR then 1 stop literally straight into Abba; easy from central London to get to Stratford by 7 min train from St Pancras. Very clean bright spacious apartment, we had lots of room for 5 of us using the 2 twin rooms and 1 double which made it so much more relaxed than using a hotel. Hadn't expected it to be on 2 floors so it felt like a house, with added bonus of a large roof terrace with outdoor furniture. Don't be put off by proximity to rail tracks - the room at that side had our lightest sleeper in and she was not disturbed at all by trains. Whole area was quiet and residential. A few little additions would have made this really perfect - instructions for the oven which didn't work until the time was set, and induction hob; a cloth to wipe surfaces in kitchen; hand wash in 3rd bathroom; cloth to clean the outdoor furniture; pre-arrival info that the coffee maker takes Tassimo pods
- SALLY (7/5): Comfy beds. Good location but stay could have been enhanced by additional information. - We were advised to phone 1 hour before arrival to arrange to meet to pick up keys. I tried ringing 10 times and phone was switched off. It was very stressful. Eventually someone else rang to say where were we. At that time we were just leaving the station at Stratford. we asked which exit would be the best and the person I spoke to didn’t know. We left by the wrong one and it took us twice as long to get to the property as it should have done. We were met by Ian eventually who gave us the keys and showed us around the property. There was a lack of written information in the flat and we never did manage to get the oven to work. Luckily we could get the dishwasher to work as there was no wash up liquid provided. No black bag provided for rubbish collection or information re where to dispose of rubbish at end of stay. I texted Ian who advised the rubbish store downstairs. Luckily it wasn’t locked as the key on the key ring didn’t appear to fit!
- KATHRYN (9/5): Overall the apartment was brill, it was clean plenty we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - We had to phone an hour before arrival, the guy said someone would be there, but wasn’t we had to phone again but then he did arrive. Lovely guy showed us around the apartment and then left us to it The dish washer didn’t work properly, there were no bin bags and no where we could take the rubbish so had to leave it in the apartment. Broken door handle on the bedroom door and there were only three forks and there was six of us in the apartment!

- Heena (8/5): A lovely apartment with a great location near the train station and ABBA Arena - The location was ideal which is why we chose it. We managed to get in a little bit earlier but we were given so many different mobile numbers to contact before, during and after that we didn't know who to contact for what in the end!
The beds were soft but comfy. We couldn't work out how to get the sound on on the TV. The supporting mobile number we were given said to only contact in an emergency or we'd be charged so we didn't call. Some instructions on how to work the TV and get sound on would've been useful.
A small table on the roof terrace would've been useful too. It was very neglected up there.
Some provisions for tea coffee and milk would've been a nice touch too as we had to buy everything and throw it all away on check out.
Also a towel in the downstairs cloakroom would've been handy.
Apart from that it was a lovely place and I would recommend it for a small group or family. Towel in cloakroom

- Melita (1/5): Very disappointed - the location was great we arrived during a very cold weather spell and the central heating wasn’t working. we later learnt that there was no money in the meter. Windows didn’t close. And one guest has suffered very badly from bed bug bites. The bath didn’t have a non slip surface laid and a guest slipped and bruised her leg. There was not cleaning sponges to wash the dishes so brought some or tea towels. An email will be sent to the company that represents this property.

- Marek (1/5): Bad - SkyVillion = scammers. They spoiled the whole trip for me and my family of 8. According to the terms, I paid for the apartment, signed the digital documents, and sent a 300GBP deposit. I also informed SkyVillion that my flight departs at 6:05 PM. By a complete coincidence, on the same day, the apartment I purchased stopped being available on the SkyVillion website for 3 nights and changed to 14 nights. Exactly at 18:04 (1 minute before the scheduled departure) a representative of SkyVillion called me to say that they did not have the Olympic Sky View apartment from my offer and they had to move me to some other location (10 km from the previously selected place). They sent me a link to the offer. As it turned out, a SkyVillion employee took me to yet another place… Of course, the apartment I rented was probably rented by someone who took it for longer.
The apartment was of a much lower standard:
- There were no chairs for all guests
- The oven doesn't work
- We were greeted by unwashed dishes in the dishwasher.
- After pressing the flush, maybe 1L of water flowed
- At night, the heating turned off due to the weekend mode (Looking for instructions for the radiator program at 2 am at 15 degrees is what I like).
- Photos have been manipulated in photoshop. In fact, you will end up in a worn-out hole. The place we bought SkyVillion sells at a higher price (over 100 GBP) than the one we were relocated to. They only refunded us for 1 taxi trip. I had to bear the additional travel costs on my own. They did not want to return the money for lowering the standard of the apartment. The employees lie and manipulate. We have not and probably will not recover money from these scammers. Unfortunately, Booking cannot help us. These types of fraudulent companies in London are said to be a plague and you need to be careful. I got scammed for the first time on Booking.com. Sad that the only way would be to file a lawsuit. Be careful!
