- Wajahat (1/5): Worst experience - Very bad the windows are broken cold air and noise comes from outside, they close heating after 12 noon and after 12 am so you have heating for only 12 hours also hot water does not come after this time, they don’t provide any bedlinen or towels I stayed for 7 days, when I asked, they asked me to charge £20, the noise from other rooms do also come in they don’t have basic toiletries and dishes to make or cook anything overall the experiences was not recommended at all The location is okay and have free car parking
- Sandeep (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jithin (8/5): Very good -
- Jennifer (7/5): Great for a short stay - The price was very good for a London apartment and they made good use of the limited space. The bathroom and shower was very good the washing machine was quick and the coat hangers on the cupboard helped us hang out the wet clothes. When staying for a week you need a few extra things. Like a tea towel, a dustpan and broom so you can sweep up dust and dirt. Wiping dishes is hard with no tea towel. We purchased our own extra garbage bags and spatula too. The bed gets a bit grotty when you have no where else to relax and you walk through crumbs and dust from the kitchenette on your feet. These extra things would be really helpful. There was not much in the local area although it was a short walk to the supermarket and bus stop. With some research we found some good bars for an evening pint.
- Mr (6/5): Pleasant - Room was ok Bed was noisy and rubbish
- Paolo (3/5): Accredited for 40 m2, at check-in it shrinked to 20 ! - Half size - Half price
All was ok Just be aware that apt. 7 is far smaller than the 40m2 declared on Booking.
However is well proportioned and the bed too was quite narrow.
- James (10/5): Exceptional - Carol was helpful and kind Bed was a little uncomfy
- John (8/5): Great location and parking a real plus - Location and parking. Great bathroom .comfortable bed Window latch didn't work, would gave been nice to been able to lock it when I was out
- Claire (7/5): We were happy . We got what we paid for. - En-suite was clean and a well fitted kitchen We had to unplug the fridge ,it was noisy.
- Meliza (8/5): This place was a little gem, very convenient and really clean. Good value as well. - Exceptionally clean The bed was squeaky but overall I felt at home.
- Gary (7/5): Good -
- Jan (7/5): Very clean, lovely hosts just very compact for more than a couple of nights. - It was ok, a bit smaller than the apartment we had booked the week before. Small
- Jason (10/5): Exceptional - it was easy to communicate with a staff member, which I might add,we're very friendly,so thanks for that,a great place to stay if you need to be that ends of London or beyond, fair price considering it's in London, would defo book again if needed for sure
- Opeyemi (8/5): Very good -
- Lorenzo (8/5): Excellent place and host - Really good and comfortable place. Carol was amazingly kind and gave some useful advices. Free parking’s a great plus.
- Saul (8/5): Very good - Once in all cumftable all what was said in write up was how it was Morning light through window very bright maybe thicker curtains and fix broken window and a remote for tv could be a winner
- Ioan (9/5): Neat, tidy apartment with complimentary fan and some great extra touches. - Loved the feel of the room, the ease of access and more than anything, the fan! I wouldn't have survived the humidity without it. The bathroom was sweltering all the time because of the heated towel rack being on constantly. Otherwise, no complains.
- Merlin (8/5): Very good -
- Robert (5/5): Passable -
- Steven (7/5): Well-priced and convenient to work in London during a mainline train strike. - I arrived very early and this wasn't a problem. Appartment pretty small but had everything needed and was really clean. Very useful kettle, microwave, two-ring cooker and fridge. Advertsied as free off-road parking which turned out not to be (was still reasonable but...). Blinds at windows rather tired and didn't do a great job at night blocking out the light (no curtains either).
- Uzor (8/5): Very good - The house claimed to have free parking, which was the reason why I chose it. However on arrival, I was told parking if to be paid for separately.
I feel that I was scammed into choosing the apartment as they should have updated their ad to showcase that parking is now paid
- Garth (8/5): Very good - The unit is very clean and comfortable. Overall a very memorable experience The passage and stairway outside the unit need some attention. Maybe leave some instructions on how to operate washing machine etc
- Jin (9/5): overall good - spacious, nice location would be better if told me the free parking place in advance
- Alexander (8/5): Very good - The apartment had everything we needed. The host was communicative and provided speedy responses. Overall, the place is a good value for the money one pays.
- Chiamaka (8/5): Very good -
- Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional - Good value for money
- Splendor (5/5): Passable - not applicable the check-in process is impersonal, the host is not polite
- Tanguy (4/5): Overall disappointing - It has a fridge, a iron and a good enough shower, with hot water. Once you find the wifi password, the wifi was good. Overall a disappointing experience. First, I was told to pay a £100 deposit to a private PayPal account. The message asking for the deposit says that "This will be returned to you within 3-7 days after your reservation, we will also send you a prompt to leave a positive review in order to complete the process". Does this mean they wouldn't refund the deposit if I don't leave a positive review?
Before arriving, I had to request the access code for the key several times over several hours, then I was given the wrong code and eventually when I called them after arriving at the property, they found the right code. On arrival, the window was cracked and would not close. I raised this and I was told to "use force". All the blinds were broken, so privacy was not an option in the room. I asked whether an alternative was available and was told no.
- Wayne (8/5): Happy we stayed here - Comfy bed, good shower, great location for central London. All the facilities you could need for a weekend whether you want to eat in or out. Quiet at night too. Nothing
