It is completely different from the pictures. This is the dirtiest house I have ever seen. It is extremely like a slum. There are human hairs and stains on the bed sheet. I booked a stay from October 2nd to 7th and paid all the expenses. After I checked in on October 2nd, when I returned home at night, I found that the bed was too dirty. I sent an email to the management personnel and told them that I couldn't stay for a moment and would move out early in the morning. I spent the longest night of my life on the sofa. At noon on the 3rd, I hurriedly moved out and escaped from this place. I paid 600 pounds. I don't even want this money. This place has cost me 600 pounds. After I reported the problem and sent all the pictures to the management personnel, the management personnel said that he would check it, but he didn't. I tried to contact him many times, but he chose to ignore me. I swear that all the above contents are true. Everyone must not choose this store. • Louwrens (7/5): LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION - Very close to the city. Easy to travel. One bus straight into Oxford Street.(15min) Tube station 4 bus stops away.(5min). Bus stop right infront of the apartment. Very convenient. Place is great and ready not bad bad can use a small upgrade. Carpets are a bit worn down. No toilet brush. No bathroom bin. 1 dining room chair was broken. No steak knives in the kitchen. Cutlery also very old. Cups does not look nice to us. Coffee cracks and stains. Massive glasses only for drinks. I am not complaining. Just giving feedback on my stay. Really enjoyed out stay. If this couple of things can be sorted it would make this place a 10

• Taiye (6/5): Pleasant - The facilities in the apartment were very good and the space The apartment was smelling of cigarettes when we checked in looks like someone been smoking in there and pile of dirt in the passage way needs to be cleared. The TV didn't work throughout our stay.
• Tamsin (7/5): Functional , clean , spacious and worked to attend our event - Booked for location and suited us Clean , basic Could do with more than one mirror , maybe a full length . Bed in back room big bumpy All well and good demanding no noise and no smoking but when upstairs are djing until 5.30 am and the property next door are making whole corridor stink of smoke !! Door is also loose when you lock up not totally secure in our opinion

• Lisa (5/5): Very much budget accommodation - Location was good. Basic utensils provided in kitchen Entrance hall extremely shabby and randown. Small pins all over floor pinning down carpet I believe. No curtains or blinds in one bedroom ( we had to hang a towel to block light) WiFi does not work

• Daniel (4/5): No Wi-Fi or TV for five days. - Spacious apartment, good location with e.g. bus 148 nearby directly to central London. Very comfortable but small bed. No noise from the street. Close to grocery stores. Very disappointing that wifi and TV didn’t work throughout the whole stay (5 days/4 nights), despite we asked the host for help (he simply told us to reboot the router, which did not help), and despite it says at booking.com that there is wifi and TV. Not OK to include this in the booking.com facilities, people will then expect to actually have internet connection during their stay... Also, there is no dishwasher despite mentioned at booking.com (not even a dish brush). The staircase was filthy and the entrance door facing Walworth road didn't lock. The neighborhood was dirty. The toilet seat needs to be replaced. Very little toilet paper was provided. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. Only one duvet per double bed. Very dirty windows. The curtain is missing for one window, difficult to sleep when the room gets bright early. Thin walls to neighbors.

• Linus (1/5): Do not recommend to stay there - We got some issues with the room we booked. on the page of the room information, it showed there’s 3 beds, including a double bed, sofa bed and a futon bed. Thus end up only 2 beds here. The whole reason that we chose this stay it’s because it is a 3 beds place, however since there only 2 beds which cause us a less pleasant experience and inconvenience!

• Billie-anne (6/5): lovely stay but not worth the price you pay - good location, equipped with daily fresh towels ect and very spacious the beds were super comfy and loved the minimal decor loved how cupboard were stock with various items for us to use- such a nice little touch the tv didn’t have an Ariel so throughout the whole stay we couldn’t watch anything. The heating kept playing up and wasn’t turning on, it was freezing on the nights. both bedrooms need blackout blinds as the one bedroom was extremely bright making it difficult to sleep if you want a good nights sleep then I suggest you don’t stay here as the traffic was so loud as the apartment is located on a busy high street
• Adam (7/5): All things considered, positive experience for price and location - Location was great, you can see Big Ben from the window and get to many favorite locations quickly. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and groceries options. The flat had a spacious living room, kitchen and bedrooms. We used the living room fold out and had six people staying comfortably. Clean shower/tub with good heat/pressure. Host was responsive and helpful. Moldy bathroom floor and a few broken towel racks, dresser drawers, and window fixings, random/incomplete sets of dinnerware.

• Everton (8/5): Very good - Very recommended!! Location, space, value The TV has internet connection, but it had a problem to watch Netflix/YouTube/TV.. it doesn’t work and we couldn’t even talk to loud during the night because of neighbor who hit our wall ( I guess the wall is thin).

• Noor (8/5): not a bad place to stay - Easy access which is near to town, easy commuting. variety of shops nearby. It’s on the higher floor, had to take the stairs to go up and down. only one mirror which is in the bathroom, the heather machine shouldn’t be in the bedroom making the bedroom very warm.
