• David (10/5): la estancia perfecta calidad precio - la ubicacion esta muy bien a una cuadra del lugar donde pasan los buses , pasan tres lineas todas dejan muy bien conectadas, el lugar es muy tranquilo y silencioso, el departamento tiene un ambiente muy moderno y la cocina y el baño muy bien, modernos y nuevos los artefactos, dejo algunos utensilios basicos que ayudaron mucho, la calefaccion excelente , se agradece que haya dejado azucar , te , cafe, jabon shampoo.....toallas , secador de ropa, todo muy agradable para llegar a descansar despues de recorrer Londres las camas muy buenas y comodas buenas sabanas el barrio es tranquilo ademas y tiene locales de compra cerca a un par de cuadras, dos minimarket y local de comida rapida la verdad me gusto todo, tal vez un detalle no tiene secador de vajilla , los platos y vasos quedan expuestos a caerse despues de lavarse en la cocina

• Petr (9/5): - Uvítali jsme možnost parkování ve vnitrobloku. Přímo u domu bylo menší dětské hřiště, na kterém se děti naladily na další denní program. Cca 150 metrů dál bylo větší dětské hřiště se zajímavými i náročnými herními prvky. Za celou dobu pobytu jsme nezaznamenali nějaký vandalismus, výtržnosti apod. Jednalo se v tomto směru o klidnou lokalitu. Ocenili jsme také dobrou dostupnost zastávek veřejné dopravy a síť různých obchodů. Společné prostory budovy by jistě mohly být upravenější, ale to je věc, kterou ubytovatel sám nemůže ovlivnit.

• javi (8/5): Todo muy bien en general - Alojamiento muy bien conectado, todo limpio y con calefacción en toda la casa Las cortinas, tanto del baño como de la casa, necesitan un cambio, se ven algo estropeadas
• Anna-Lena (7/5): Große Wohnung mit Blick Richtung Stadt - Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, die Küche gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind super - das hat uns gefallen. Von den Nachbarn hört man nicht viel - wenn man sie trifft, sind alle sehr freundlich. Das Badezimmer ist groß, mit einer Dusche in der Badewanne und einem Fenster. Wir haben in den Schlafzimmern und auf dem Sofa geschlafen - ausreichend für vier Personen. Wir haben uns mit Bolt fortbewegt. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist super! In der Gegend fühlt man sich sicher, auch wenn der erste Anschein was anderes sagt. Die Duft-Stecker sind überflüssig und stinken - gerne wegpacken, sie machen Kopfschmerzen. Der Fußboden im Wohnzimmer ist sehr sehr laut, das Schlafsofa beim Umdrehen auch. Der Balkon ist sehr ungepflegt. Der Kühlschrank ist nicht ganz heile. Der Aufzug ist kaputt und bis in den dritten Stock schon etwas zu Schleppen. Im Ganzen hätte es etwas sauberer sein dürfen.

• klaus (4/5): - Die Eichhörnchen auf der anderen strassenseite Die Fotos sahen wirklich klasse aus. Die Realität hat dann doch geschockt. Schimmel im Kühlschrank. Im Bett schwarzes Haar, alles hat bei jedem Schritt geknarrt. Die Gegend ist für nächtliche Aktivitäten ungeeignet. Ein Uber dauert immer lange zu bekommen, weil dort niemand die Gegend gern anfährt. Wer also wagemütig ist und zuviel Geld in der Tasche hat, bitte schön.

• Elke (4/5): - Nur eine halbe Stunde von den Hauptattraktionen entfernt. Ein Parkplatz ist verfügbar. Genügend Platz für viele Personen. Sehr dreckig. Es wird zwar geputzt aber sehr oberflächlich. Überall verschmierte Oberflächen, dreckige Fenster, Terassentür kaputt, etc. Eine Grundreinigung ist notwendig! Viele Dinge sind kaputt und abgelebt/schmuddelig. Die Couch ist sehr unbequem um wirklich dort zu schlafen. Auch den Gastgeber (nur Kommunikation per Mail) habe ich als unhöflich und sehr fordernd empfunden. Beim Erstkontakt gleich drohen was gezahlt werden muss wenn wir dieses oder jenes machen. Die Gegend wirkt auf den ersten Blick unsicher obwohl sich das nicht bewahrheitet hat. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft nicht wohl gefühlt. Zur Infor: Es ist ganz oben in einem Wohnhaus. Kein Lift.
• Sylvia (9/5): Ruhig gelegenes Appartement mit Parkplatz - Das Appartement ist gut und praktisch eingerichtet, es war sehr sauber. Umgebung war für London sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem nah an öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Es war sehr gut, einen Parkplatz zu haben.

• Buse (6/5): Overall, I would rate the stay 3 out of 5 — there were some positive aspects, but several issues made the experience les - “Although the house is a bit far, it’s easily accessible thanks to nearby bus stops. The check-in process was also very smooth.” However, upon arrival, it seemed like the place was only superficially cleaned. There was a strong bleach smell that bothered our babies, and once it faded, we noticed the carpet was dirty and there was a lot of dust under the bed. Some items we dropped there couldn’t even be retrieved. Also, unlike the photos, there were no complimentary items like tea, coffee, or even paper towels. I found it uncomfortable that guests are expected to wash the dishes, especially since there was no dish soap or sponge provided. Not everyone may clean as thoroughly. Additionally, the elevator was not working, which could be quite challenging for families traveling with babies or carrying a lot of luggage. The floorboards creaked a lot, which was a bit disturbing, especially at night.

• Nicola (1/5): Bad - Ummmm, I'm really struggling with this review. Had i known I wouldn't have booked it. The condition of the apartment was disappointing. The location is not desirable. The smell came from the drains that didn't drain in the bathroom and smelt like something had died, which permeated outside into the stairwell. The flooring was unlevel and lifting in the main room. The outside door off the lounge had something going on with the hinges. Some of the windows weren't much better. The heating was difficult to navigate. The kitchen was very basic and lacked immenities, the kitchen tap was loose .... everything was dated and worn. I really struggled to write this review but have been encouraged by family after a number of days to write what I thought.

• Catherine (8/5): Pleasant stay for a group - Spacious When 6 people are staying, you need to leave more than 2 rolls of toilet paper. The description of the apartment should also mention that it is up on the top level with no lifts - carrying luggage up can be difficult

I dont think, that costimers have to clean apartment before leaving.

• Leonardo (9/5): A pleasant stay in a nice quiet residential area - The position was very easy to reach with the bus, the apartment was quiet and spacious enough. I had some minor issues that the owner fixed immediately. The fridge and breakfast supply were a little bit limited - like, there was a coffee machine and a ton of coffee capsules in the cupboard, but they were the wrong format.

• Angela (7/5): This is a nice clean and comfortable flat, good value for money, as long as the traveler does not mind the longer commut - Clean, well furnished, kitchen well provided with all needed. 4th floor no lift, clogged sink in bathroom, dirty balcony, not suitable for use despite the nice view.
• Heidi (9/5): Great apartment handy for getting into London via bus - Lovely decorated and you could smell how clean it was as soon as you opened the door. Both very large bedrooms and a good living space with modern and spacious bathroom and kitchen. Some useful extras left for us too such as ice trays filled and bottles of water. The flat was great the only thing that would have been useful were if there was a mirror in the bathroom (even just one of those desktop ones) and maybe a dressing table in the bathrooms somewhere to sit and get ready. I would also say don’t let first impressions of the area put you off as it’s a gorgeous flat inside and the area was quiet and felt safe on a night

The lockbox is handy when you’re not alll coming and going at the same time. Peckham rye is a 25 minute walk. Bus stops are 2-15 minute walks. There’s a small grocery nearby. Having a washing machine is a great bonus A clothes drying rack would be nice

Owner was quick to respond to queries. Check-in was super-easy. would book again. Minor points but would have been good if a hairdryer and shampoo were made available.

• Lazaro (10/5): Exceptional - Very good taste in the renovations made to the apartment. Unfortunately the elevator was turned off and was a bit far from the center of London. Also had some trouble with Booking and how they send information, caused me to not able to enter the apartment on the first day.
• Andrew (8/5): Great place to stay - It was well situated as I was visiting family who live in the area where nothing was more than a bus ride or two away. Even for central London it is great. Only minor issue was that the washing machine was not working as it had multiple error codes but that should be easily fixed

• Becky (8/5): if u want a value for money stay in London this is a great find. as long as your not too bothered about being a classic - lovely little apartment, felt very homely. short bus to elephant and castle and the tube. would come again for a value stay in London it’s very noisy at night so bring earplugs! we stayed Friday to Monday. the area isn’t great but for the price it’s value for money for the middle of London. We felt safe during our stay here.
