• Denis (4/5): Great location, terrible host, poorly maintained place - The only thing we really liked was location. Don't know where to start. First thing was before the travel, as host sent us instructions for check-in (they were clear) and after instructions there were sentences with capital letters saying not to give bad review for silly reasons, to contact them for any problem to give them good review. Forcing good review in some way. We sent SMS to host 30 minutes before arrival as we were without internet (very expensive in UK for us, didn't buy UK SIM yet as it was late, planned to do it next day as it says WIFI in apartment). Host responded to our SMS right away (good start, I thought) and told us to follow instructions given before arrival to do self check-in. When we came to the apartment, we found out 3 major problems. It was very very cold. So I turned on heating, opened valves on radiators (had to close it in second bedroom as water was leaking) and waited for an hour. The only radiator that was hot was in bathroom. Second problem was smoke detector was beeping all the time every 30 seconds (loud beep). The last one was no wifi password to use free wifi. As we couldn't use WIFI I sent a SMS (as host responded to it one hour earlier) to the host writing him about this 3 problems. No response. Tried one 2 hours later as it was freezing in apartment and also next morning. No answer. There was a heater in second bedroom so we used it during night in our daughter's room and we put on a lot of clothes so that we could sleep. I red the instructions for the smoke detector and cleaned the sensor so the beeping stoped as for the wifi, we bought UK sim the next day and used hotspot so that all 4 of us could use it all the time. Though about sendng message on booking to the host, but was mad as hell and didn't want to write some bad words so we delt with the problems the best we could ourselves (bought another heater, UK sim card, cleaning sensor of smoke detector). What was also wrong with the apartment? Mold in bathroom, unstable closet ....

• Margaret (10/5): Great, would stay there again! - Great location, super close to public transit and groceries nearby. Came equipped with everything we needed My only suggestion is to move the shelf near the front door; a couple of us hit our head on it when bending over to lock or open the door from the inside. Also a second mirror for the other bedroom could be useful for larger parties!
• Praveen (8/5): Overall nice stay with good reach to nearest metro and shops. Comfortable bed rooms. - The location is good and close to the nearest metro station. The host's brother Kumar was very welcoming and was cleaning the house when we arrived. He allowed us for early check-in which helped us a lot to enjoy more of London! All the basic cooking items was there (probably was left behind by others) but it helped since we were preparing our own food. The grocery shops was also near by to get the basis stuff. The bathroom had the basic toiletries (probably left by other guests) but the curtain was not setup properly and it broke the moment we touched it. It was not a big problem for us but probably could be fixed for next set of guests.

Close to the underground, Victoria line, it is pretty easy to go and get in the city centre in just 30 minutes. The fornitures i complete, there is everything you need for a staying of few days up to a week. The owner is very reliable and helpful

• Giovanna (1/5): disappointing - The position was okay. The pictures on the website do not show the real conditions of the apartment. The house was indeed very dirty, there were stains on the walls, the bathroom had a leak, but in general it wasn't a nice environment to stay at at all. We didn't feel comfortable staying and sleeping there for 4 nights, which is why we left after 20 minutes to look for another accomodation, which we luckily found despite it being 1am. We also tried contacting the host to talk about what had happened, but after a few messages he stopped responding.

• Kenechi (7/5): In overall, it is good, however there should an improvement on the areas I pointed out. - Freedom, No Disturbance, Space, Nice Location, Friendly Neighbour/people, good cooking Utilities and Nice front very bushy and bad eye saw, i recommend that it should be cleared. WIFI doesn't connect to television, The bed was too soft it can cause neck pain and waist pain, Cleanliness is poor, no cleaner to clean the apartment that we did it ourselves, no standing fan, leaking toilet, the pots and frying pan has lots of scratches.

The area was not so great and the front of the building smelt like fe - Good spacious bedrooms Shower curtain meant that water went on bathroom floor. The toilet was broken, this was not the fault of the owner as the previous tenants had broken it and parts couldn’t be sourced during our stay.
• Matej (5/5): Close to the underground station. Nice kitchen. But I still wouldn't recommend. - The kitchen is nice. Underground station is very near. A "dodgy" neighbourhood (we saw a couple of junkies begging at the entrance to the building), loud neighbours upstairs, very dated bathroom.

• Joseph (8/5): The place we stayed had given us the home feeling atmosphere. - It's very close to the underground station. So, it became a very convenient place for us as tourists. Nothing. We needed a place in London for few days. We had all the facilities we needed.

• Orlaith (3/5): Poor - It was close to Bethnal Green station. The host was easy to contact. One of the beds had dirty sheets, which we had to ask to be replaced. Rubbish left in drawers, broken hangers, damp bath mat and no hand towel in the bathroom. Generally could use a touch up and a deep clean.
• Bechmann (3/5): I will not recommend anyone to stay there - The apartment is close the Bethnal station which makes transportation easy The place was really dirty. - Hair on the floor - crumbs on the floor, tables and in the oven - dirty carpets in the kitchen and bathroom - Not enough towels for all guests
