• ZIQIANG (8/5): - 交通非常方便，离地铁站很近，去市区很方便，房东非常热情体贴，有问必答。 靠近马路，噪音有点大，经常有救护车经过比较吵
• Karen (7/5): Excellent location, clean and comfortable apartment. Needs attention to detail and basic repairs to access. - Great location. Very clean. Lack of attention to detail. - Details state that apartment is on the first floor which it is but you have to climb 3 short flights of metal stairs (steep in places) which are outside and ill lit at night. Carrying suitcases is not easy. - Entrance to the building is terrible. The lock to the exterior door is almost impossible to use. The key has to be inserted, withdrawn a few millimetres then turned in a certain way- it is just a matter of time before a key snaps in the lock. There is no way anyone could use this lock without detailed instructions and we certainly never managed to gain access in less than 3 minutes- longer at first. - The intercom to the apartment does not work so visitors need to phone to say they are downstairs then the occupant has to go down to let them in as they can’t be buzzed in. - The TV did not work the entire time we were there. We asked for help and were given a vague note that did not help. No further action was taken. - Whilst I was alone in the apartment, an unexpected delivery of laundry turned up. I was reluctant to allow access but did, however the driver pointed out that he had a key which he would have used if the apartment was empty. Knowing someone had a key which would have been used is really not acceptable from a safety point of view.
• Lynne (8/5): Very good - Very close to tube, bus and grocery stores. Clean and had everything we needed. Can be noisy as on the main street but that is not the owner's fault. Would not put me off staying again.
• Hongmei (5/5): Not relaxed - Location was not bad, very close to the tube station. Cleaning can be much better. The floor was full of dust. Toilet needs better cleaning. The main entrance lock needs to be replaced. Not smooth at all. Full of rubbish by the gate. The smell over the weekend was awful. Only 2 fans working.
