• Maria (5/5): - Al principio parecía que todo estaba súper bien y el propietario muy atento contestaba súper pronto y estaba muy pendiente. El alojamiento la verdad que deja mucho que desear, el espacio era muy pequeño y cuando llegamos no habían dejado la nevera abierta y literalmente olía a pies. Había un espacio minúsculo para pasar entre la cama y “cocina” si se puede llamar así ya que estaba todo junto en una habitación muy pequeña y no había ni sitio para poder estirar las piernas. Para colmo, pagamos un seguro de daños antes de ir por si acaso se rompía o pasaba algo, lo cual no pasó nada, porque a pesar de estar súper poco tiempo en el alojamiento no se rompió nada y dejamos todo perfecto, pues, tres semanas después de volver del viaje recibimos un mensaje de que habíamos roto la caja fuerte donde había que dejar las llaves, con foto incluida (de una caja fuerte normal y sin romper) exigiéndonos un pago de 144£ el cual, obviamente no pagamos porque habían pasado 3 SEMANAS y a parte de dejar todo perfecto, me vas a decir que no ha pasado nadie después de nosotros… que si cuela cuela. Le hablé al alojamiento para decirle que no íbamos a pagar que habíamos dejado todo perfecto por nuestra parte y que tenían una cara que se la pisaban y pista: no obtuvimos respuesta por su parte porque sabían que no tenían razón y que si cuela cuela, o sea unos impresentables y unos jetas. Básicamente, que no nos esperen otra vez.

• Kavi (9/5): Very pleasant stay. Nice, comfortable and relaxing place. Great location to get out and about! - Great location The shower door doesn’t close fully, so there was some leakage. Desk is in an awkward place which means the bed cannot be pushed against the wall to create more space to flow in and out of the entrance and kitchen area.

• John (4/5): Disappointing - Location is good Nice quiet area bit close to transport etc. The bedsit was very poorly laid out, money was spent on reasonable materials such as kitchen and shower room but no sensible plan on layout and poor maintenance. . The shower is at a window that partly outside the shower, there is sealer everywhere to stop leaks and it still leaked while I was there. The wash hand basin is almost impossibleto access The TV is directly over the cooker. There is a fold down table that can't fold down because it hits the end of the bed .and you can't open the wardrobe because of the fold down table! The bed sinks to the floor at each end if you sit on it, I actually think it's a sofabed with a mattress on top but was afraid to investigate in case it collapsed. And if you weren't careful you'd smash your head on the radiator that is partly used as a headboard. Everything seems to be 6 inches in the wrong place! The place is basically a waste of good materials.and probably good intentions that weren't followed up on. Obviously no one is checking if a planned layout will work or if it has been carried out correctly and to the intended quality. I left a day early

• Hugh (8/5): Excellent apart from the problem with the shower recess. - Location good, room size adequate for a single traveller, bed, heating and appliances all good making a largely self-catering stay possible and enjoyable. The only problem was with the shower recess. Perhaps because the floor has subsided, shower water no longer drains away correctly and leaks onto the bathroom floor. Poor quality attempts have been made to address this problem but not effective and unsightly. Professional remediation would be the best solution.

• Tasoula (4/5): Disappointing - N/A The property was not as advertised, way smaller than shown on the pictures. One of the main reasons choosing this property were the facilities, the washing machine was broken, we called the host and they advised someone will be coming in to fix it, when an engineer came they said they need to contact someone else and then they will have someone dispatched by the end of the week, when than engineer came they said they cannot fix it so they informed again and someone else came again stating this cannot be fixed and to make a complaint. We were going in circles for a week. When my daughter called the given number she was told they have a ticket raised for a new washing machine and that it would have been delivered on the day or the next day, she explained Saturday was the last day and it wouldn’t have been ideal to wait for a new washing machine to be delivered so she asked for a refund, she was informed the person who took the call was not the host but he would inform them about the refund and get back to us, keep in mind this was last Wednesday no one got back to us and when we tried to call again there was not reply.
• Sam (6/5): Pleasant - I liked the utilities. Bed was comfortable. Close to tube station and lots of buses. The bathroom sink was too small. The shower leaked a lot. The floor was dirty on arrival. The frying pan needs to be stainless steel to work on the type of hot plates in the kitchenette.

• Devita (8/5): Perfect little place for solo traveller with great transport links - Perfect little space for me on a solo trip. Kitchen had all the things you needed. Really good transport links a very frequent bus to central London plus piccadilly line just down the road. My room when I checked in wasn't cleaned so I contacted them and instantly sent the cleaners so I barely waited 20 minutes for my room to be ready. Comfortable bed and really nice shower plus soap and shampoo if you needed them. Area is nice too, came back very late at night and it was well lit and not creepy Bed is very weird, comfortable but weird. If you sat on it in a certain way you'd basically feel like you're falling through. It wasn't cleaned before I arrived (they fixed it very quickly but it was after checking in time so you'd expect it to be cleaned) One of the plug sockets behind the bed doesn't let you put a plug inside. Would be v much preferable if there was a lamp in the room. It was either having the TV on mute or have the full lights on.
• Samuel (1/5): Cockroaches and other bugs running very fast - Images shown the reality and we accepted that. I really hate doing this but there were cockroaches everywhere. The place was not clean when we arrive which can happen (we cleaned it, no problem) but the cockroaches are other words. Place it is not safe, neither healthy. If I think about it I still feel anxious. Horrible experience
• Jennifer (7/5): Inexpensive and convenient - The reviews were so mixed it was hard to know what I was getting into, so here’s the detailed download to help you make your decision: clearly they’ve listened to feedback and made the entry very easy, including step by step instructions with photos that they provide after booking. it’s a simple code for the front door and a lock box inside with the apartment key. Had no issue. it’s VERY convenient to Manor House tube stop (and Finsbury if you prefer but Manor closer and less busy). 5 min walk to tube. Apartment is small, very small, just enough room for a bed and kitchen. But all I needed was a modest, safe, clean place to crash at night bc I was out spending my money exploring London during the day. It was less than half the price of other places I found. The shower/bathroom isn’t great. It’s tiny and they have put up shower doors to address prior complaints but it’s now comically small (hard to even access sink so I used the kitchen sink). There’s still a lot of water damage that they really need to address but it’s fine for a few days.

• Victoria (6/5): Small modern space - Very neat and modern furnishings and pretty well kitted out considering the space confines. Although more of a personal preference, I found the bed very hard to sleep in as it was very soft/sinky rather than on the firmer side. It was also hard to keep the room cool even though I visited in May. Also was given a key code for the lockbox that wasn't correct and it was very hard to get a hold of someone quickly considering I couldn't get into the apartment. Would likely be a little tight for two people to stay here.
• Ralitsa (1/5): terrible - Came in and the lockbox had the wrong combination took them like 20 minutes to get that fixed only to find the apartment I this state. I also had to wait 3 hours for a cleaner to come. by that time my evening was ruined. the bed was it hu and the apartment still smelled.
