• SILVIA *79 (9/5): Location perfetta per 5 giorni a Londra - Zona centralissima, a pochi passi dalla metro e con ristoranti/pub e un supermercato proprio sotto casa. Appartamento delle giuste dimensioni, ben attrezzato. Proprietario disponibile e gentile. Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di una sistemata, scarico del lavandino poco funzionante e asse del WC rotto.

Nice staff but close to no urgent help in case if one needs it

• Elena (9/5): Repetiré - La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrico, pero la calle es más tranquila que las de alrededor. Se llega andando a muchos sitios turísticos y hay dos líneas de metro muy cercanas. Al principio no supimos abrir el candado y la atención de la dueña fue excelente y solucionó el problema enseguida. Fuimos en una semana muy fria y dentro del apartamento se estaba muy bien de temperatura. El fin de semana se notó más ruido de la calle. El sofá cama podría ser más cómodo.
• virginia (10/5): Imperdible!! No busques más! Es aqui - La ubicación fue perfecta!! Supermercado en la esquina. Ubicacion privilegiada , con acceso a todos los lugares turísticos. El departamento está equipado con todo lo necesario. Eso nos gustó muchísimo. La ducha y la calefacción estuvieron geniales. Quizás el sofá para mi hija podría haber sido más cómodo pero estuvo bien .

• Cher Ping (8/5): Highly recommended for excellent location, space and value - Superb location just minutes walk from Leicester Square, Charing Cross Stations, Covent Garden market and hundreds of restaurants around! Very central location and highly recommend for that. The apartment was easy to find, clean, spacious with large windows and has 2 good sized beds. It is also well equipped with en-suite kitchen and appliances which was very useful! Service was also excellent with very prompt responses and grateful for the early check in too. No lift hence u need to lift your bags up the stairs and down. Due to central location on busy street, there are always many people and activities around so not recommended if you are a light sleeper who’s easily awakened at night or early hrs of morning. Apartment is not very new so bathroom is not updated and be great if they added little things like a roll holder and a wall shelf for the shower stall to simply hold toiletries and smoothen the experience.
• Sandra Ivonne (8/5): Excellent location - Excellent location, two minutes walk to Covent garden and close to shops, bars and restaurants, there's also a supermarket around the corner. Hot water and good pressure in the shower, bathroom has a bidet. Perfect for a couple, we were 3 people and it was a bit small, the living room is not suitable for sleeping comfortably. There's a lot of noise during the night, glass bottles from the bar downstairs are picked up very early, but this is always if you want to stay right in the center. The sofa bed in the living room is not comfortable, the bathroom could use a renovation. The windows in the living room don't have blinds that block light and the art shop in front keeps their lights on all night, so there was always light in this room and it was difficult to sleep.

Besonders die Lage ist unschlagbar.Viele sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso Pubs und Geschäfte auch Chinatown in der Nähe. Die Metro Station Leicester Square liegt nur etwa 300m entfernt, also ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Dadurch ist man optimal an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden und kann die Stadt bequem erkunden. Alles ok.

• concepcion (8/5): - La ubicación es maravillosa, a pesar de estar en plena zona de ambiente, a partir de cierta hora no había ruido y se podía descansar perfectamente. El apartamento es confortable y tenía lo necesario para pasar los cinco días que estuvimos. Repetiría sin dudarlo. El sofá cama, es pasable para una noche, pero muy incomodo para cuatro. Mi hijo de 23 años fue el que durmió en él y al final estaba bastante tocado con la espalda. Es la única pega que le pondría al apartamento porque la cama del dormitorio era maravillosa.

• Raewyn (6/5): For what we paid per night it was disappointing. Host was easy to deal with - Central location Friendly host, quick comms Sofa bed isn’t fit for purpose. Basically two lumps and v uncomfortable. I saw this was mentioned in reviews in 2023 and still hasn’t been replaced. No black out curtains in the lounge where the sofa bed is. Barely slept with the streetlights. Street is lined with bars and restaurants. It’s noisy. No aircon; apartment was incredibly hot. Really needs to be addressed. Was unbearable in the London heatwave. Apartment is on the first floor so beware all suitcases need to be carried up narrow steep stairs.

It was in an amazing location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is full of bars and restaurants and bakeries. Very noisy neighborhood. As there was no air conditioner, we kept the windows opened all night and we couldn't sleep.

• Patricia (2/5): Rip off! - Location was very central and convenient. The building had very steep staircases, poorly lit stairs to access the flat. The flat had a strong bleach odor. The flat was very hot, and grubby. Worn furniture and linens. The sofa bed was extremely worn out and completely uncomfortable. It should not be listed as an extra bed at all. We left the flat two nights early and went to a hotel, due to how hot the flat was and uncomfortable the sofa bed was and also trying to manage the stairs was difficult; my spouse has some mobility issues, I do not, but still found the stairs difficult. We understand that first floor flats in Europe still have stairs; however, this listing should have identified that there are two steep and dimly lit stair cases to access this flat. The description is misleading. I would never stay recommend staying at this flat!
• Maja (8/5): Apartment had all nas you could ask for, it is in the heart of London - Location is great since you are 5 min to Tube, and next to restaurants, pubs, stores and theatres. Lack of A/C, bad water pressure under shower, very tiny area for eating.
• Louise (10/5): Great location! Cosy apartment. - Excellent location, with cafes and shops on the doorstep. Lovely old entrance to the apartments. The photos are true to how the apartment is in reality. Walking distance to most theatres, Covent Garden, soho, Oxford st etc. We found it reasonably quiet at night - some people had mentioned noise from the street, but it was not really a problem except for the odd occasion. It is central London after all! We were three adults and it was perfect. The host had excellent communication and the check-in and out system worked smoothly. Would definitely book again. Maybe not suitable for people with mobility issues due to staircase up to the apartment. It was no problem for us.

Reading previous comments, I was concerned with noise, so I bought ear plugs just in case but didn't have to use them.

Beds far too small and so squashy, bathroom ancient with poor water pressure, lighting to put make up and inadequate hot water available. Unsure if there was a hot water system that could be self-operated. Suboptimal wifi - very slow and often droping out.

• Tracey (8/5): Perfect location - Location was fantastic, right in the centre of the theatre district and easy walking distance to most tourist attractions. Everything you needed was right on your doorstep. Apartment was exactly as advertised and perfect for 2 people. Host was extremely helpful in getting the heating fixed straight away and also allowing us to extend our stay. The only downside to being in the centre of everything is the noise and lights. The apartment did not have any soundproofing and the windows could do with blackout curtains.
• Fidelma (8/5): Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return here again. - The location was superb and was close to lots of facilities including a local Tesco store and transport. it was in the heart of many coffee shops, bars and restaurants and very close to premier shopping facilities and Covent Garden markets. The apartment was well kitted out with cooking and laundry facilities. it was very clean too. The water in the shower was luke warm. I would have liked it to be hotter.

No place in the shower to put shampoo/soap which ends up floating in the water that does not drain quick enough as you shower. Mismatched crockery/glasses.

• Linda (8/5): Price is for Location. - You're paying for Location. This is an old flat right in Covent Garden. Bedroom bed is comfy. Quiet on the street and so near Everything, opened windows. Lovely area! Two flights stairs. Take out the trash. Sofa bed is simply two big lumpy sections. Washer/dryer didn't work. Needs to be a How To Guidebook in apartment.

• Sarah (8/5): Very good - A fantastic location. New Row is full of cafés. Theatres and National Gallery on the doorstep. In such a busy location you might think it would be noisy but it wasn't. The bathroom was nice and had a bidet! That's a total plus point. I would totally stay here again. Someone had been smoking which meant that the bedding did not smell totally fresh.

• Ron (3/5): Fantastic location but that's about the best of it. - The location is fantastic, close to everything you'll ever need, shops, supermarkets. pubs, restaurants and even the underground is only a few minute's walk. The apartment is tiny, way too small for more than two people. The furniture is old and worn out. it's not a comfortable place to relax and unwind. even the toilet seat was broken. It is very expensive for the condition and size of this place.
