• Helder (8/5): Uma estadia prática para um curto período de tempo - Ter estacionamento próprio, a forma de realizar o check-in e a vista. O cheiro a tabaco que vinha de outros apartamentos. A maçaneta da porta de um dos quartos estava estragada
• Akim (8/5): Good and tidy appartment, but the host was hurrible. - The propety is clean and tidy, warm, cosy well ventilated, heating is on a regular basis The smell as tou walked into the house, the heavy smell of cigarette and attitude of the host towards us, despite make effort to tidy up and keep the fat clean before we check out, the was rude towards , although there was a language barrier, she speak English, but with hand gesture she was urging us to leave almost literally aggressive towards us.

• Alyssa (8/5): Great place in pinner - I really liked this location. It's only 5 minutes to walk to the station, which is on the met line, so it's great to get into central. Annie, the manager, was fantastic in her replies. We had a problem with the old beds being very uncomfortable, as was mentioned in earlier reviews, and she promptly ordered new ones for us. Also, the toilet was leaking, and within the hour, she had the plumber there to fix the toilet. I had just fled from a house in Northolt, where the owner would not fix the broken boiler and was stuck without hot water for about 10 days. So Annie's responsiveness to our problems was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Annie! Also, having a car park, even if it was only for about 3 cars, was a great addition. Having fled my previous booking due to not being able to shower for 10 days, I was truly desperate, and I didn't filter out that I needed a non-smoking flat. Smoking inside is very common in the UK, and that's not something I had expected, as in Canada, inside is purely non-smoking. Unfortunately, that is something that I didn't enjoy as the smoke from the other flats comes up into this top flat. However, if you do smoke, or are used to it, then this flat is definitely for you. The flat is also on a main road, so it does get quite noisy in the 2 rooms that face the road, so just be sure to bring ear plugs. The stairs are, as other reviews have pointed out, quite steep. So if you are very mobility challenged, then this might be a little difficult for you. The car park- although absolutely amazing to have, the neighbours often park in there and block us in. I did have to move/ ask others to move as the neighbours would park in a way that would completely block the driveway. The shower doesn't like to drain very much.

• Ikenna (2/5): Very poor - The hot water kettle lid opens up close to the boiling point. The mattresses are not comfortable, including the pillows. We all had general back pains. The rooms had a non pleasant odour. There were no pots, etc, for cooking. The bolt of the entrance door to the apartment is deformed.I don't wish to continue. In summary, it was an unpleasant experience.

• Rose (5/5): Stay for holiday not old folks home - tidy and organise. steps long and narrow. one bathroom for 5 adults is nightmare. tiny bathroom and weak water flow. tap water contains white deposits, buy big water bottles for drinking highly recommended and bring portable electric cooker. iron board need share quite inconvenience. bath towels available too small for adults. no privacy and outdoor scenery or outdoor space to relax. public transportation available unclear. download london public transport app.

• Darren (3/5): Won’t be going back as it needs maintenance - Door was hanging off , the tv wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi , the shower only ran warm for 2 mins , There was no where to sit for the 3rd person to sit and watch tv .

• Lpas (9/5): Superb - I liked how all the necessary amenities were provided, and even shampoo and body wash in pump bottles in the shower. Description was accurate, and it was a nice apartment to stay in for almost a week for us. 5-10 minute walk to Northwood Station, and plenty of good food in the town centre (highly recommend The Three Wishes pub). There was enough space for 6 of us. Thank you! Just minor notes: the lock for the apartment door was a bit concerning. It can be only locked from the outside, which means once locked, if anyone is inside, they can't open the door from the inside. This might be a safety concern. And it might be nice to have a full-sized mirror in the room closest to the bathroom, even if it just leans against the wall :)
• Benjamin (9/5): Superb - It was clean, ready for guests, and didn't need to look for things. Everything was available. Great place in General The bathroom drain was really slow to drain, and the shower was barely coming out. But everything else was great.
