• MARÍA SALUD (10/5): Estancia muy cómoda. - El apartamento estaba muy limpio, la ubicación muy buena, camas muy cómodas. Marco nos dejó adaptadores de enchufe por todos lados. El apartamento es lo suficientemente grande para seis personas. La mesa donde comíamos era un poco pequeña para los seis, y estaba en el paso principal del apartamento. Quizás otro tipo de silla, plegable, puede ayudar a que haya más espacio en esa zona.

• Kevin (10/5): Super appartement au centre de Londres - Marco a été très arrangeant pour le check-in et le check-out, et de très bon conseil tout au long du séjour. L’appartement est idéalement situé, à deux pas du métro et en plein centre de Londres. Je le recommande sans aucune hésitation. 😊

• MEHDI (9/5): Un beau duplex au cœur de Londres - Le duplex est propre, bien équipé avec des serviettes et matelas à souhait. Il est à quelques minutes du métro "Elephant & Castle", dans un quartier très calme. Marco nous a fournit toutes les explications nécessaires. Nous avons libéré l'appartement à 15h au lieu de 11h, Marco nous ayant autorisé à le faire.

• Thorsten (9/5): Wunderbare Unterkunft ideal für ein paar Tage Stadturlaub in London - Eine sehr gute ruhige Lage nahe der U-Bahn Elephant & Castle, damit sehr zentral südlich der Themse. Es war alles da, was 4 Freunde zum Wohnen und frühstücken brauchen. Liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer, eine Küche mit allem Notwendigen. Sogar ein Balkon in Südlage mit einer interessanten Aussicht auf den Stadtteil sowie vom Laubengang auf die Innenstadt von London. Vom 9. Stock kann man richtig weit gucken. da fällt mir nichts ein

• Christian (10/5): Perfekte Unterkunft auch für längere Aufenthalte. - Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 6 Personen, 8 sind maximal möglich. Marco war herausragend, freundlich und konnte uns mit Allem weiterhelfen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, zentral aber ruhig und eine gute Anbindung an Bus und U-Bahn. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Ausblick ist super! Vielen Dank nochmals, Marco! Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima, vicinissima a stazione metro e bus, ben servita anche dal punto di vista di servizi come supermercati e caffè. A poche centinaia di metri centro commerciale con bel parco per i bimbi o per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro per musei e palazzi, con pub e ristoranti di vario genere. Consigliatissimo!
• Antoni (10/5): Magnífica estancia - Un apartamento duplex reformado, muy acogedor y céntrico. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Londres, muy limpio y decorado con muy buen gusto. A destacar los colchones de muy buena calidad y un sofá cama muy grande. Además, Marco fue un anfitrión muy atento en todo momento. Fuimos 8 personas (5 adultos y 3 adolescentes) y repetiríamos sin duda. Nada realmente destacable
• LAURA (9/5): Buen lugar para llegar a dormir - Impecablemente limpio, camas muy cómodas, cerca del centro, se ve todo nuevo al interior del piso, bonitas vistas, cocina muy completa y Marco sumamente atento y nos ayudó diciéndonos cómo transportarnos y lo que teníamos cerca para comer, súper, qué hacer, etc. Nos sentimos un poco apretados siendo 8 personas, sobre todo xq el sofá cama y una cama doble están en el mismo dormitorio. Me hubiera gustado saber que no iba a haber shampoo y jabón para bañarnos, tuvimos que ir a comprar al igual que más papel higiénico. El edificio por fuera se ve descuidado y deteriorado.

• Zozó62 (9/5): Superb - We had a wonderful 4-day stay in London with our family of five. Prospect House is an accommodation that meets every need, and Marco is a fantastic host. The view from the apartment is excellent. The flat is well-equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. The metro is within easy walking distance. It was our first time staying here, but definitely not the last.

The location was well accessible from bus stop and metro station, walkable distance. View was great - you could see multiple attractions from the windows Lastly, host was a great person. Was flexible with early check in and late check out. Provided us with all the details (supermarket, restaurants etc) for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend !! We were travelling with elderly. The ground floor room did not have shower facility. That was the only inconvenience

• Adewale (1/5): I didn’t stay for 1 hour in the apartment as the standard was below my expectations. - The hospitality of the owner The building is in a poor state, 3 bedrooms and a living room apartment was advertised but the apartment is 2 bedrooms but a bed was stationed in the living room making the living room not to exist. Passage and lift areas were dirty and not habitable for normal human beings. I moved out of the apartment immediately after checking in. I had to book anno apartment on booking.com and asked the owner for refund of my money but he insisted he would not give me any refund.

• Marie (8/5): Great value for money in an excellent location. - The apartment was really lovely, and very easy to find. The communication from the host was excellent. My kids loved the little playground outside the block of flats and we enjoyed watching the squirrels playing in the trees. The location is excellent, a very easy walk to the tube station and close to everything. We were a group of eight, and I'd probably recommend this for a group of six, just to give more space for hanging out, but we did know this when we booked, and its great to have a place that offers space for eight at such a good price. The outside/location was a little confronting when we first arrived as the apartment is in a block of flats that looks a bit rough, but as a family with young kids we felt perfectly safe the whole time and would not hesitate to recommend it.
• Shauna (10/5): Great place for a family to stay. - Fantastic location close to Elephant and Castle Tube and multiple bus stops. Small Sainsbury local across from station to grab groceries on way home. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need to cook. Lots of good quality towels. Has a convection microwave which was a bonus as I used the oven function alot. Washing machine easy to use loved having 2 clothes airers to dry all the washing especially with kids clothes. Clean building with 2 lifts. Marco was friendly host ,good communication and instructions. Would stay again. Needed small ceramic ceral bowls. Water pressure in shower is not very good but improves if you use the small shower head instead of rain head.
• Teresa (10/5): We are thankful for a lovely visit to London with a spacious and cozy spot to unwind and relax! - This apartment is on the top floor with a very secure lobby and also rooms and balconies with beautiful views and perfect for retiring after long busy days in the bustle of the London city. The apartment was clean, well taken care of (10/10) with new or excellent grade furnishings and fun and tasteful art. Nothing really! We have no complaints!
• Wtraveller888 (9/5): Spectacular view - The view! We could see London eye and the Shard. We had first class view of the London Eye NY eve fireworks. It was spectacular! Kitchen very well equipped. Marco is an excellent host who goes out of his way to help and kept in touch to ensure everything is good during our stay. He also let us store our luggage after checkout. Easy walk to Big Ben. It was a memorable stay.

• Glen (9/5): The great location of this cramped two story flat has excellent views. - Marco was great helping us to customize the lower bedroom for two adults upon check-in. Let him know before you check in on any particular arrangements you need and he is very helpful. Fantastic views from the room! Close to public transportation and within walking distance to the Thames River! Like most flats in London the rooms were very cramped for extra space. There are stairs to the upper two bedrooms and only shower.

The available extras like cleaning items etc. I kept hitting my leg on the bed base which protruded beyond the mattress, giving many bruises. Some sort of padding would help prevent injury. Lack of bedside table light for reading in bed.

• Deanna (9/5): Superb - Everything was great, Marco is incredibly friendly and an excellent host. He also responded very quickly to any questions that we had during our stay. A few things to mention, the apartment is on the ninth floor. Due to this, there is a beautiful view of London, especially at night! If you’re traveling with young children, there is a way to lock the balcony if you’re worried about them going out there. Also we visited London during record high temperatures and had forgotten that only 5% of properties have air conditioning. The apartment was very hot for a few days and then cooled down (totally beyond Marco’s control). The sofa bed in the living room was very firm, but was fine for our children (or for adults who prefer a firm bed).
