The second bedroom comes with 3 single beds, one of them has a slide out single bed that can be used around the apartment, wardrobe and views to the open green space outside. • Stex67 (8/5): Voto alto ?? - Ottima posizione vicino a 2 fermate metro e alla stazione Paddington, dove partono i treni per Windsor e in zona molti ristoranti e locali dove fare colazione .Check-in in autonomia. Appartamento con 2 camere comode , una doppia , una tripla mentre l'altro letto è posizionato nel salottino , insieme al divano per eventuale altra persona. Cucina attrezzatissima e c'è anche la lavatrice. Un bagno ristrutturato comodo con la doccia grande e nuova, l'altro minuscolo solo con water e lavandino. Un solo asciugamano a persona non è molto corretto. In verità non ho neanche provato a contattare il proprietario per farli integrare e magari avrebbe provveduto , però è una cosa da segnalare. Nella Camera centrale la tenda non è molto oscurante e si fa giorno presto.

Letti un po' scomodi (cuscini parecchio duri). Con qualche piccola accortezza, si potrebbe rendere l'ambiente piu' accogliente.

• Virginia (9/5): Buena relación calidad precio para Londres - El alojamiento está muy cerca de trasporte público, de bares y supermercado. La casa estaba limpia y el contacto con la propiedad fue muy buena y rápida. Estuvimos cuatro adultos y dos niños de forma cómoda. Tiene un baño completo y un aseo lo que fue muy útil para tantas personas. No tiene la típica moqueta de Londres en el suelo y eso fue muy positivo porque el suelo se veía limpio. Todo correcto. Se oía algo de ruido de la calle pero no fue un inconveniente para nosotros
• Guillem (10/5): Muy recomendable! - Rashid nos mandó un correo con todas las indicaciones básicas y lo dejó todo preparado para nuestra estancia. El apartamento está situado en una zona muy tranquila y bien conectada. Además, hay supermercados, bares y cafeterías en la misma calle. El apartamento está genial, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en familia. La cocina está bien equipada, las camas son cómodas, dispones de almohadas extra y todo está muy limpio. Si volvemos a Londres, ya sabemos dónde reservaremos! Muchas gracias por todo! Sugiero que dispongan de un par de sillas extra. No puedo decir nada negativo porque nos encantó.
• Luz (10/5): Mini vacaciones en familia - El apartamento estaba muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de Bayswater y su estación de metro, por lo que nos pudimos mover cómodamente por la ciudad. Además, está a unos 20 minutos andando de Notting Hill y su mercado en Portobello road y cerca de algunos museos como el de historia natural. Bastante amplio y bien equipado. Nada, todo bien.

• Penelope (10/5): Super location, lots of room. - Plenty of room and super location. Easy walk from Paddington and to several other metros, also to supermarkets, restaurants and Kensington Park (for a morning jog). Good size for a family of four, with a comfortable queen bed and 3 twins. And an extra toilet! Well stocked kitchen included a big fridge and all appliances, and even plastic tongs for getting out your crumpets safely – for an easy breakfast at home or a simple supper. Everything you needed for a good base to explore London. Nice to have a lift to get up to the flat, too. Toasty warm in December, quiet except for the occasional pigeon. Useful multi-outlet plug extension that fits European and USB plugs, for multiple charging. Oh, and the hosts always responded promptly to all our texts. The shower drains pretty slowly, and the kettle was a little finicky, as was the left half of the double toaster. But those are really minor details. We were so pleased with the location!

• Tracey (9/5): Very pleasant stay and would definitely book again. - Marlow House is a perfectly executed home from home, it had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Located between Paddington and Bayswater tube stations there was plenty of travel options within easy walking distance, Bayswater is a lovely area in its own right with lots of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets conveniently located nearby. Being really picky but perhaps some shower gels/shampoos would be a nice bonus for international travellers.

Perfect place for families. - Excellent location close to downtown and with all the amenities you could want for a short or long-term stay,.Well-furnished and very clean apartment. Six beds when including the futons in the living room. Overall, great value for what you get in downtown London. Perfectly accommodated our group of three adults and three kids. These are minor things: lack of tea or dish towels, lack of shampoo, some squeaky doors and floors (hard with a sleeping baby), outdoor area is a little shabby and we were unsure on arrival but turned out to be very quiet and safe. The host’s written communication is not 100% clear but we got the gist and his intention is very sincere. The futons are also not very comfortable but that’s to be expected. The beds are otherwise very comfortable.

• Jonathon (1/5): 2025 terrible experience, renter beware - The unit does not have AC, in contradiction to what the listing says. There is only a portable unit in the living room that exhausts out an open window and drains into a used water bottle. Is it not AC by any definition I can think of. The owner will respond to this and state in some detail how the unit does have AC (though it is only portable) and how this guest--me--are being unfairly critical in this review. I'll simply say this, the unit was very disappointing in all respects other than location. The owner will also say that the weather was not warm enough to require AC. Again, that isn't relevant--the unit is on the 7th floor and it gets pretty warm up there in the summer, even if the outside temp is only in the 70s Fahrenheit. The beds each had a warm comforter and no top sheets so the option was either sleep hot or uncovered. I rented it believing it had AC and it does not. In addition, it smelled at various times/places like mildew, cigarette smoke and air freshener. There is mold in the bathroom, the freezer door won't open all the way and one of the freezer shelfs is broker, the building elevator is not reliable (it felt like it dropped a foot or two more then once when I was in it--enough that we started taking the stairs every time) and there were large piles of trash outside the elevator on two different occasions. I've attached a number of pics that back up everything I state here. I only stayed two nights of a six-night rental knowing I likely wouldn't get any money back. Again, the owner will dispute all of this and say that I did not give them a chance to fix it, etc. I'm an experienced traveler and have rented probably 20 different places from Booking, Airbnb, etc. This is the first one I ever left early. Take that as you will.

• Sofia (9/5): Zum zweiten Mal sehr zufrieden - Wir waren zum zweiten Mal mit der Familie im Marlow House und wieder sehr zufrieden. Verglichen mit anderen Unterkünften, die wir in London schon hatten, ist diese die Beste, weshalb wir unseren jetzigen Urlaub so geplant haben, dass die Wohnung auch frei ist. Rashid war vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes jederzeit erreichbar und extrem hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, insbesondere für (Familien-) Ausflüge in den Hyde Park; Tube-Stationen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie diverse Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus selbst ist zwar wenig einladend, aber die Wohnung ist sauber und gut eingerichtet, Betten bequem. Die Küche ist eher funktional, aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Im Bad ist eine bemerkenswert große Dusche mit gutem Wasserdruck. Die zweite Toilette ist bei einer Gruppengröße von fünf echt hilfreich. Es gab auch einen Zweitschlüssel, falls man sich mal aufteilen möchte. Wir freuen uns schon auf unsere nächste Reise.

• Milla (8/5): It was good place - The location and cleanliness of the place were good. Check in was convenient because keys were in box near door. Also kitchen was good and clean. The downside is the worn and very linty sheets. The bed linens are not very fresh, I hope they change them to newer ones because flat was also very hot so it wasn’t nice think how many guest has sweated in them.

It was as close to public transport and supermarkets. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Good value for money and great location. The flat itself was clean and comfortable with many thoughtful features - like umbrellas. Kitchen had everything we needed. Having a full bath AND a half bath was really handy for 2 couples.

Apartment was located in what Australia we would refer to as Housing Commission complex with multiple government / council buildings in the facility which was not advised in the property listing. It is why it states 'has a communal garden and play area' which I would not let our child play in. Was in a nice part of London but not a great neighborhood. First person was saw when we arrived was a drunk man muttering something at us. People talking loudly at night made it hard to get to sleep. Main bed was old and creaky. Make sure you take your own shower gel / soap as none provided. For the area and aged of the unit it was overpriced and not value for money.
• Sherrit (10/5): A spacious comfortable apartment with a very nice host - This was our third time staying in this apartment when visiting London. It's in a great location, close to the buses, subway, and shops. Rashid is a great host and allowed us to leave our suitcases while we got lunch because we arrived too early for check-in. The apartment is comfortable and quiet (the neighbours previously played music late at night but this time we didn't hear anything). The kitchen is very well equipped and we were able to eat breakfast and dinner in the apartment (bought from the Waitrose across the street) to save money while on holiday. We really like this apartment and feel comfortable there, so there is nothing that we don't like.

I didn’t expect that the building was in the government type housing complex that it was in. It probably cost a little more than it should have, in this complex.

I could feel myself living there! The AC is not put in use until July. This was an unprecedented hot spell at the end of June.

• Kyong (7/5): good location, but a 2.5 star from me on the place - the location was very close to the tube and paddington station was 7 min walk. it listed that there was air conditioning and unfortunately in the 7th floor unit we were in it was very hot, 80 degrees 🥵 so we did call for some fans and they brought us 2 small ones. the sheets and the pillows, blankets, towels need a lot of laundry attention. the bedroom i was in i have to wonder if it was changed out.
• Jennifer (8/5): Great location and comfortable and clean. Limited amenities. - The host was great with communicating in general. Fantastic location and clean rooms. There was a shortage of linens, yet a labeled linen closet with a lock on it. There was a single dish towel, and once it was wet, no more. There was no hand towel to dry hands in the second bathroom. There was also no soap for the showers. I don’t expect all the fancy toiletries, but I always assume soap for the shower is provided. We hand to shower with antibacterial hand soap, which did not lather easily. Some of the repairs were clearly a do-it-yourself job, like tile roughly laid out in the bathrooms without finished edges.

Bad smell of damp. No hand towels or bath mat provided. Bathroom window very difficult to shut; we had to leave it lying open overnight.

We were a group of 6 friends and it was a challenge to find a suitable place, that could accommodate all of us. The apartment had all the conveniences needed - separate kitchen and two bathrooms. Rashid was a great host - very welcoming. There was a strange constant noise in the bathroom (like a long sigh, probably from the pipes), but that was rather funny than a problem.

As a family with 5 children, it was ideal as we were still able to cook meals etc and were also in a great location. we would absolutely stay here again. Some things could do with a little upgrade. The double bed is very creaky and wasn’t particularly comfortable.

We plan to stay here again the next time we’re in London. The neighbours are sometimes a little loud at night playing music but they stopped at 10pm. Otherwise everything is fantastic.
