• kevinatkin (7/5): - Excellent location. Modern and clean. Cool on a very warm evening and quiet. Need some maintenance: broken shower hose which is not long enough for the shower head to fit in it's holder. Missing kitchen cupboard door. Broken hooks in the bathroom
• Elaine (5/5): OK for a couple of nights, clean and in a decent location. - The property was in a good location with plenty of bars & cafes close by. It was nice and quite in the evening whilst sleeping and the beds were nice and comfy. I was surprised that there wasn't any coffee or a little bit of milk when we arrived, there was an empty coffee jar with no lid in the kitchen cupboard! There was an iron and board but the board didn't have a cover on it, we had to use a towel! The shower was very poor, hard to get the right temperature, either red hot or freezing cold and the water flow was only half of what should have come out of the shower head. You had to move the shower head around your body as the holder for it was too high to attach it to. Thankfully we only stayed for 2 nights so managed without having to wash our hair, it would have been a long job had we stayed an extra night. Not sure why it advertises as having a swimming pool, we didn't see one.

• Marianne (5/5): I liked the location - Location was good and very quiet No shower except hand held over bath. Was hard to find, instructions should be clearer. Floor dirty. Walking around inside with bare feet, my soles were black.

• Nikki (4/5): Disappointing. - The location The property looked so much better in the pictures, but the actual place was a bit run down. The toilet wasn’t working properly. You have to flush multiple times and wait at least a minute between each flush, otherwise it wouldn’t flush all the way. The shower was the most annoying. There was no water pressure. It took a very long time to shower and wash my hair. I was so tempted to fill up a bucket before I got in the shower! The shower head is too short so it doesn’t reach the holder. I’m only 5’3” and I had to bend my knees for the shower head to reach the top of my head to wash my hair. When you shower you have to use one hand to hold the shower head and the other hand to clean yourself. No shampoo/conditioner was provided so we had to go buy some. The kitchen gadgets didn’t seem very clean so we didn’t use anything. Bed sheets weren’t changed when we arrived. Found stains and hair all over the fitted sheet, which definitely looked like someone had already slept in it. Luckily, we found a clean fitted sheet in the closet so we changed it ourselves. Sorry but we cannot recommend this place. We didn’t have a comfortable stay. Next time we would rather pay a little bit more to stay at a much better place.
• Balogun (9/5): Great experience overall - The apartment was really nice. Just what we needed, especially with the kitchen, and little things like having an iron etc. The neighbourhood was also quite nice, with stores just a walk away. I also appreciated the communication from Ade. The bed was a little too soft and Sometimes the commute to the city centre was quite a task.
• Loretta (7/5): Location was fantastic and nice neighbourhood. Two steep staircases may be difficult for anyone with a disability. Don’t - Heating was excellent and being able to use washing machine was so handy. Kitchen was well equipped though we didn’t cook in it. Location was amazing with views from kitchen window to the nearby shops. The shower was terrible. Nothing like I’ve ever experienced. No water pressure so water just dribbled out. Mattress was very basic, however I did manage to still sleep well!
• Nico (1/5): Stay away - Location Almost no water pressure in the shower, impossible to properly wash yourself. There is a bath tub but not stopper so you can’t use that either. The mattress is abysmal, wire springs poke you all night. Owner trying to extort me for £245 for a small washable stain on the sheets.

• Christopher (7/5): We were quite happy with our stay. Not much else available in the area around Broadway Market and the location was impor - Good location, very clean and good communication from the owner. The furniture, fixtures and fittings are all quite tired/dated and and in my own opinion could do with improving. Extra pillows would be good, perhaps a pump could be fitted to the very low pressure shower and a new fridge installed where the door can be closed properly.
• Esther (9/5): Very clean & handy serviceable apartment close to eateries & shops. Young trendy area - It was super clean, warm & had a useful kitchen including washing machine. Flowers & condiments were a nice touch. Was handy for London Greenwood, Hackney City Farm where we needed to be. Nice cycle route & some non traffic area. Broadway market is a lively & interesting place with organic shops, plenty of eateries, humming market at the weekend & chi-chi shops. London Fields & Lido & Five point Brewery all walkable to. So I’d recommend if wanting an interesting short stay. Nothing to dislike. It was fine, very serviceable & warm. Suited our needs very well. Not so keen on the black furniture/ sheets but suspect that this reflects a masculine taste & I am female. Mattress was a bit lumpy & maybe availability of 2nd pillows would be good? It is on the 2 nd floor of a short row of a 2 storey maisonette with some greenery around. One small flight of stairs but it may not be suitable for disabled or those with lots of luggage.

• Autumn (9/5): Great stay, very spacious home - Beautiful location, Hackney is a cool place to be, great breakfast spots and things to do. My only criticism would be wanting basic shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash available in the bathroom, even cheap ones from savers or something would do. They had fresh towels/toiletries and a hairdryer so that was nice.

• Denise (5/5): Good location, very basic accomodation - Location to Broadway market and London Fields is great. lots of choices in bars and restaurants. Nice stroll along the canals Very basic and could have been cleaner. Linen from precious stay was draped over a rack in a cupboard and the towels smelt mouldy - no doubt they were dried this way too. Cushions, lounge cover etc not clean. Toilet doesn’t flush properly
