- ogor (8/5): - I like that it was portable and beautiful. It's also accessible and there are local shops nearby. The entrance to the suite was discouraging @ First, but we liked the place later.
- Rhianna-poppi (7/5): Cosy stay in London - This property came with a lot of appliances to make it feel more like a home for the weekend , Host was very accommodating and did daily check ups. Temperature well regulated as there is controllable heating as-well as a fan. Also a CO-OP and other convenience stores and a tasty Kebab shop next to the property Not much to say property is small but for 3 girls it was enough space.

- Edgar (8/5): - Hosts were amazing and had always great communication and were texting us to resolve any issue. Location is very far away from the center so we had to take many trains or buses to go back and forth.
- Mark (8/5): Useful find, good hosts, nice clean little place in a good location. - Easy to get in, responsive and helpful host. I needed a quiet bolthole close to the Eltham area and this suited me perfectly. It's not the lap of luxury but as a garage conversion, it's pretty well done and you get the bonus of the occasional fox running across the roof. They've fitted everything you need into a small space so a double bed, shower room, pretty good kitchen and were also kind enough to leave some supplies and call round mid week (I was there for 9 days) with new towels, sheets and toiletries. There is a handy parade of shops only minutes away plus the main road in and out of Greenwich or the M25 is only a short drive away. Nothing much to put here really. If you were going to go in for elaborate cooking then the kitchen needs a few extra bits but wouldn't stop me from returning which I probably will.

Kuchyň, obývák, koupelna a ložnice v jednom prostoru. Šikovně vymyšlené. Vybavení až po lékárničku. V kuchyni vše na vaření. Pěkně zařízeno.
Postel čistá, povlečení taky.
Majitelka velmi ochotná a nápomocná.
- Manuela (8/5): For two nights, since we were leaving in the morning and coming back in the evening, it was fine. - It has a small kitchen where we could prepare breakfast and dinner. - better ventilation of the rooms: the bedroom smelled a bit musty
- the bathroom fan wasn't working and the doors were creaking.

- Sarah (8/5): Compact, comfortable, well-equipped space. Perfect for a 2 night work stay. - It's a converted garage accessed down a path beside a shop. The space is surprisingly well planned and comfortable. Kitchen had everything so you could cook but I chose to go out to a restaurant which was only a few hundred metres away. The area is quiet.

- Halima (10/5): Exceptional - A garage conversion, nonetheless, modern and very comfortable with private entrance.
Jo is a great host and very responsive.
- A (5/5): One-bedroom stay in SE London - I was arriving late in the evening and was able to do a self-check in with clear instructions from the host. It was close to public transport links to central london - about 30 minutes on the train. The space was compact but the size was fine for me as a solo traveller. The bed was quite comfortable and the shower worked well. When in the property you could adjust the thermostat as needed. There was a supermarket only a couple of minutes walk away. The place was absolutely freezing when I arrived - around 6 degrees - and took a number of hours to be warm enough for me to sleep on the first night - meaning that I was awake until around 3:30am after arriving around 11. The cleanliness was sub-standard in some areas, for example the rug and the bathmat. It didn’t feel that comfortable to access the property at night as it was down a dark lane and it was easy to get lost in the area as all the streets looked very similar. I felt it was overpriced particularly given these issues.

- Abdullahi (9/5): Superb -
- Abdullahi (8/5): Very good - The apartment is nice. The part way to the Apartment should be made better.
- Steph (10/5): Exceptional - It was very neat and very thought out. our stay was very relaxing and the location central to facilities maybe a bigger cooling system in the summer would be more ideal as there is a tendency for heat absorption during the day.
This is not a negative point just an advice because this is one of the best bnbs I've used and I didn't miss home or my bed.
- Natalia (9/5): Great holidays and good connections to the centre of London - Very nice host! A third chair for a family was missing
- Michal (9/5): Superb -
- Habeebah (10/5): Awesome 🙌. I would definitely recommend - The property was very clean and beautiful. Every single item was clean. Plates, pans, machines, literally everything. The bathroom was beautiful with all the necessary stuffs in place. The heating was working. The property was very close to bus and rail station and easily accessible. Very safe environment. The host was very nice and provided some complimentary items which was really nice. The room also had a table incase one wants to work Nothing
- Abdus (8/5): Reasonable price, comfortable stay and just like the photos. As expected. - Comfortable, just what we needed for a 3 night stay while I showed my parents around London.
- Nirmal (5/5): Passable -
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Vivian (8/5): Very good - It was small but had everything we needed. The hosts were very helpful
- Jay (8/5): Excellent converted garage for short stay - Close to the venue we were going to and free on road parking easily available. Good for a quick stop over, although probably better for 2 sharing a bed. It was quiet and secluded and well kept. The sofa bed was a bit lumpy. The place is excellent considering it's a converted garage. Difficult to locate but got help from a friendly neighbour. Ran out of shower gel. There was extra hand soap but not shower gel.
- Stefan (9/5): Superb - Very uncomplicated, quick and nice communication. Nice little place, original idea and clean rooms.
- Hannah (4/5): We loved the kitchen supplies but were quite surprised by the size for 3 people. - We wished there had been more research on our end on how far this was from the city but the public transportation and neighborhood were mostly easy, quaint and homey. Directions to door where confusing. Didn't realize that the property was a converted garage. It was also not clear how to enter the door code.
- Aamir (8/5): Very good -
- Manuel (5/5): Passable - Clean, hot water, near the station. Bad Location, you should inform the correct and show pictures of the entrance.
- Tim (8/5): Great for independent travellers with good access to London - Close to Falconwood station and rail access to London area; door code allowing entry other than at set time; smart and clean with modern appliances. A few teabags to accompany the coffee/milk would have been appreciated as a non-coffee drinker !
- Eyber (4/5): Disappointing - The property has a problem with hot water. The shower consisted of one minute of warm water alternating with 3-4 cold/freeing water. When I contacted the host she said she had called the plumber out several times but clearly unable to fix it. Cannot recommend this unless you like cold showers
- Caro (7/5): cheap and cheerful. - Value for money Lack of hot water. Surprised that it was a converted garage. That should be in the description.
- Ray (2/5): This was so unsatisfactory that I left the premises after the first night. 2 days rent forfeit. - The design and layout of the garage conversion was clever and thoughtful, allowing space for friends to occupy in the privacy of two rooms. The area nearby: close to frequent bus service, close to rail station, good local amenities i.e. shops, off licences, restaurants, and chemists. An excellent little micro-pub close by. 1. Mucky lane access, no lighting at night, tricky vehicle access for unloading
2. Sleeping/Sitting room space cramped - muddy access lane made keeping clean floors difficult
3. Booking.com: no external imaging, No ID or house number on premises - required guesswork
4. Breach of security by proprietor during CCTV battery replacement – door code security device disabled (reversed when discovered by me)
5. Single bedding supplied for double guest bed-settee
6. Hot water not working for two days
7. Jack and Jill bathroom doors – locks and catches in poor unserviceable condition, danger of being locked in the bathroom.
8. Heated towel rail not working - bathroom cold and damp, drying difficult
9. No instructions on premises; e.g. for operating heating, appliances, hot water, towel rail etc.
10. My carefully frugal heat settings overridden remotely by proprietor
11. Discussions with proprietor revealed to me that the premises were being watched to determine when and how long I was in or out of the space. Their remote alteration of my heat settings was based on these apparent observations.
12. Discussions with the proprietor were at times acrimonious and obstructive on their part.
- Julia (6/5): Pleasant -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - We had a lovely stay there and jo and husband was so helpful .it was very clean and had everything we needed in there for our stay .would stay there again .also it is right next to shops and a little cafe
- Steve (9/5): Attentive hosts, compact space with everything you need. - Had everything we needed for our stay plus some extras in the cupboards. Far enough away from the hustle & bustle but easy transport links. Sofa bed uncomfortable but assured a new one is being sought. Other than that can’t complain about anything.
- Kyle (9/5): Excellent host, great value for money, comfortable and clean. - The property was very clean, had all the necessary facilities. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Excellent value for money. The only slight shortcoming was that the location was not not near enough a tube stop, however this can be managed easily through buses and ride sharing apps.
- Marian (10/5): On the whole I really liked it! - Very quiet area, felt very safe walking around. The hostess made sure to message every day to see how things were. Felt absolutely fine about leaving my car on the street. Good WiFi. The shower was cold - neither of us could figure out the knack to getting it to warm up. The alley was a little intimidating to walk down after dark.
- Monique (7/5): Good - Very friendly and helpful host. She gave us information about how to take the train to the center and lots of other useful information. She asked us how we were doing and if there was anything else we needed. There was a fan, washing machine, fridge, and is was nice to be able to make our own breakfast and also cook dinner, to stay within our budget. Enough stores at walking distance, which was very convienient. We had no problem entering the apartment through an alleyway, we did not feel unsafe. I did see a fox once when I walked to my car one evening. We were able to check in earlier as planned, which was lovely, since we arrived very early on the ferry. There was free parking right at the back of the apartement. It was a quiet neighbourhood. However, kids from the neighbours were playing in the garden early in the morning, and we like to sleep in, but it did not bother us too much. The apartment is at the end of the hosts' garden, in a remodelled garage. It opens through a door code, so no risk of losing a key. The busstop to the trainstation is right at the back of the apartement, but is also at walking distance. One way ticket to London center was about 3 pounds, we used an Oystercard and recharged it. The apartement was a bit small for 3 people, but we knew that beforehand. The couch bed for the 3rd person was not very comfortable to sleep on, but my daughter managed to make the best of it. You cannot sit outside, but you can open the door to the garden, for fresh air. We did not open the other door to the alleyway.
