• Angela (7/5): Great base for Abba Voyage - The apartment and facilities were just as described and just as the images show. All of the equipment was available and in working order. The whole apartment was quite warm even without any heating on but 2 big fans are provided. The host was very helpful and responsive to any queries. Detailed directions were provided on the day. Its a great base if attending Abba Voyage as it's just a 20 min walk away. The apartment is set back within the grounds of a warehouse business and accessed through their locked gates in the evening. It is on the first floor together with another apartment next door and to gain access there is a flight of stairs so it's not suitable for those with mobility issues. Nearest underground Tube station coming to & from Euston is Bow Street which is also about a 20 min walk away. There are loads of those public cycles whereever you go if you don't fancy walking. Overall it was a nice stay and if we happened to travel to that part of London again would rebook. Couple of little things that could be improved: Although everything seemed nice and clean on the surface. Unfortunately, every mug, glass, some of the plates and cutlery I took out needed to be washed before use as they hadn't been washed properly, the mugs had tea or coffee stains in them which were easily removed once I washed them properly. Obviously not cleaned properly by previous guests but should have been checked in between stays. There is only 1 pillow each on the double bed & a couple of decorative cushions. The pillows need replacing, they had seen better days, they were lumpy, flat and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, as there were no spare pillows there was nothing that could be done. It would be better to provide 2 pillows per adult offering some flexibility and comfort for guests. Bathroom is very small which was expected but the sink in particular is a tiny cloakroom hand sink not suitable for a proper bathroom and face washing etc as the water goes everywhere. None of these are major and wouldn't stop us coming back. Overall excellent value for money, felt very safe just a couple of simple tweaks to improve things further.

De host was ook zeer behulpzaam De foto van de buitenzijde van het gebouw die op de site staat is helemaal onjuist. Dit geeft een vertekend beeld van de locatie.
• Andrea (6/5): Ganz ok - Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, die Informationen zur Wohnung gut verständlich. Es war alles Notwendige vorhanden, auch Handtücher und Bettwäsche! Grundsätzlich war es sauber, jedoch Schimmel in der Dusche, und es roch etwas muchelig. Alle Türen quitschten, die Wohnung sehr hellhörig und die Treppe war sehr steil. Im Flur piepste ständig ein Feuermelder?!

Bagno piccolissimo, si apre a malapena la porta. Non c’è un granché nelle vicinanze (un solo pub, no ristoranti o supermercati). Unico bus il 339 ma non molto comodo, preferirei avere la metro più vicina.

Arrêt de bus juste à côté. Un logement que je conseille. Rien..tout était impeccable. Peut-être un peu loin du métro.

L’host ci ha contattato fino alla mattina stessa del giorno del nostro arrivo a Londra, per poi non risponderci più alle domande riguardanti i dettagli relativi all’arrivo e al self check in. Verso le 15, orario di inizio del check in, la prenotazione è stata cancellata, inaspettatamente e senza nessun preavviso, e l’host non ha più risposto né ai nostri messaggi né alle nostre chiamate. Esperienza deludente, che ci ha arrecato molto disagio e ancora oggi non abbiamo nessuna informazione riguardo le motivazioni di cancellazione. Sconsiglio vivamente, nonostante le numerose recensioni positive. Spero non prenotiate qui, poiché potreste incorrere nel medesimo disguido.

• jackie (7/5): Served our purpose for ABBA voyage,however not very good for getting to and from tube station to go into London itself c - The property was fine, but there was not enough cutlery, 2 knives, no teaspoons, no dishtowels for drying used dishes, also the kettle needs to be descaled. Instructions about shower use would have been handy ie if you want it hot turn it to cold and vice versa, the property was comfortable and did serve our purpose for ABBA Voyage visit but it is a bit out from the venue so we took an Uber which costs around £5 to get to the venue you could probably walk but it takes at least 20 minutes, but the walking route is very dark and not a busy route. There appears to be 2 flats we were in flat B unsure if Flat A also belonged to same person or was privately owned how ever they are very noisy as this appears to be above us and the noise continued till around 1.30 am on a Sunday morning and when they leave the building they tended to bang the doors shut alway down stairs. Could be wooden floors above so always going to hear movement above. It is a bit out from airport you can take the tube to Stratford then a 20 minute walk to apartment, so in all probably about 1-11/2 from airport.

• Meike (3/5): Nie wieder - Das Einzige, was beautiful war, war das Bett - sauber und gemütlich. Am schlimmsten war die verschimmelte Dusche, gefolgt vom miefigen und verstaubten Sofa. Auch die Sicht aus dem Fenster auf einen Baustellen- Innenhof war katastrophal- den musste man überqueren zum Eingang. Vom Eingang aus musste man eine eklige Treppe rauf. Alles war etwas schmierig und nicht gut geputzt. Es gab Ameisen. Ich verstehe die Bewertungen vorher wirklich nicht. Die Umgebung ist eher trist, die Tankstelle um die Ecke verkauft nur Benzin ( Shop geschlossen). Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war nett und zuverlässig.

We were able to find parking on Just Park app at extra cost just 7 mins away. Separate bedroom. Decent sofa, TV etc Very noisy neighbours: Flat above was banging on floor & slamming doors late on first night; someone leaving at 5am. A party, we think in Studio A ending at 3am 2nd night. Sat & Sun morning the yard immediately outside bedroom & kitchen started work at 7.30am. The bed was awful: very saggy with no back support. Minor irritation was coffee in canister looked like ground coffee but no cafetière. No teabags so we bought at nearby garage.

• Jennifer (8/5): Great little apartment - Great size, well thought out, quiet area. Very close for the Abba Arena and short walk into Bow for food and essentials. Very secure, behind a locked gate after 6pm - felt very safe. Really excellent value overall, tiny details would make it superb, would definitely stay again. Kitchen needs more pans and utensils, there were only things suitable for cooking a pizza or fried food. Only 1 towel each

• Lee (6/5): Apartment was OK for our short stay and within walking distance of the ABBA Arena - The apartment was fine for our brief stay. It is extremely small, but we did expect that. A few TLC tweaks would make this a far more comfortable stay. The apartment was not that well equipped so don't assume you will be able to do any cooking during your stay. There were no pots, no oven tray, no grill pan in the oven, only one frying pan. We had planned to make breakfast, as there is nothing close by to walk to for this, however ended up just having toast. There was a toaster and a kettle. The fridge was large and there was a washing machine too which we didn't need. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, especially in the shower area. The shower head was not attached to the pole either (the bracket was missing from the pole to hold this). It meant showering was a bit awkward as you had to hold the shower head. None of these issues are big, or, expensive to sort, and if the hosts attended to these, it would make visitor stays much more comfortable. There is a Shell garage next door which sells some conveniences, but, again nothing close by for any essentials so bring what you think you are going to need. We stayed here as it was walking distance to the ABBA Arena.

• Diane (6/5): Average - The apartment was located a pleasant short walk away from ABBA voyage. Easy access and a small shop nearby. It's relatively clean, but the bathroom needs some work. Theres Shampoo, soap etc available. Spacious enough facility Poor quality beds and sofabed quite uncomfy topper required for sofa bed. Minimal bedding and towels more pillows required. Bedding is poor quality and smelt fusty. The shower head was broken and wouldn't stay up. The towels are too small. Sadly, the lounge area smelt of cigarette smoke.

Also the information on location and how to gain entry were great.a Having to access the apparent through a warehouse yard was a surprise, but made for good conversations while coming and going. • Josanne (8/5): It was appropriate for what we needed. - It was fine for a one night stay to attend a nearby event. Apartment was clean and heaters were left available for our comfort. Very comforable couch in the living area. The host was very responsive and helpful. Entrance to the property was through a kind of workyard and it was difficult to find a restaurant close by in the evening or somewhere to have breakfast in the morning. Bed was rather too bouncy for our liking but that is a personal preference. Stairs were a bit difficult to navigate with luggage.
• Leanne (8/5): Very good - The decor and space were lovely. When we got there, beautiful lights had been left on for us, with some lovely music. We had plans to go out, but really wanted to stay and snuggle in the ambience The electric heaters were the only heating, so we were a bit chilly for a little while, while we worked out the the heating and fire place were not usable. Also, the temperature in the shower was a little bit hard to manage, going from very hot to luke warm pretty quickly. A full length mirror somewhere in the property would have also been a nice touch.

Mould in the shower but that didn’t necessarily affect us as we were only in London for one night. The host was pleasant however the code to get into the building was incorrect on the website which meant we had to call the owner to receive the actual code to be able to access the property. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again.

It had different appliances with everything you need. it is a bit far from the city center around 1h but always had transport if you walk 10 (bus)/20min(underground). the shower was good with harm water. the sofa bed is too stiff to sleep while the bed matress was too soft. the boiler probably is for all the apartments and at every hour of the night when people went to take a shower who ever was sleeping in the sofa bed was awake due to the noise. in the bedroom you could hear the noise of the water from the other apartments. the noise from the business at all different hours even at midnight they were still unloading things and making a lot of noise. the majority of silverware in the kitchen is just for 3 people so we had to share. in the bathroom the lavatory is very small.

• Kelly (10/5): Give it a whirl. - It was welcoming. Lovely lighting, clean, tidy. Any problems sorted straightaway. Quick to reply too. Don’t be put off by the area of the accommodation - we were in a little flat behind locked gates (at night). The property was fine. Just not really easy to get to anywhere unless you know the buses and how it works.
